office space in delhi — Wezoo

If you are looking for office space in Delhi, the first question is rarely price — it is which side of the city you want to be on. Wezoo lists six private office buildings across the capital, from Nehru Place and Saket in the south to Mayur Vihar in the east and Aerocity beside the airport, with 104 rooms between them for teams of one to twenty-three. This guide walks through all six, with the monthly figure, the room sizes and the availability each one publishes.

Every listing for office space in Delhi below is a private office — a lockable room your team keeps, not a desk in a shared hall. If you are weighing that against the alternatives first, our complete guide to private office space covers what the product is and where it fits. For the wider picture of how these arrangements work, see our overview of the flexible office market.

What does office space in Delhi cost?

On Wezoo, the lowest monthly figure for office space in Delhi is ₹16,690, at District Centre Mayur in the east. The highest is ₹629,970, for the twenty-three-person suite at Delhi Rectangle in Saket. Everything else sits between the two.

Two details change how you read those numbers. Each listing publishes two rungs — one for a 24+ month term and one for a 12–24 month term — so the figure you see always belongs to a length of commitment, and the two are not always the same way round. Separately, every one of the 104 listings shows a minimum rent of one month. The long-term rung is what the price ladder is built around; the one-month minimum is what the contract actually allows. Ask for both when you enquire.

Prices are indicative starting points, not quotes. A private office is a lead-gen product: you send a request, the operator comes back with a figure for your team size, your term and your start date.

When should you choose a private office over coworking?

Choose a private office when the room needs to be yours at the end of the day. Coworking gives you a seat; a private office gives you a door, a lock and walls you can put a whiteboard on.

That matters in three situations in particular. Client work that involves confidential material — legal, financial, medical — needs a room nobody else walks through. Teams that talk out loud all day, whether that is sales or support, need to not be the loudest thing in a shared hall. And a company registering a working address wants a space with its own identity, not a shifting hot desk.

The trade is commitment. Coworking is bought by the day; the Delhi rooms on this list price around a 24-month view, with a one-month minimum written underneath. One caveat on scope: Wezoo lists no meeting rooms, hot desks or day offices in Delhi, so office space in Delhi here means a private room or nothing. The same six buildings also carry virtual office listings if what you need is an address rather than a desk — our guide to virtual office addresses in India covers that route.

District Centre Mayur by Regus, Mayur Vihar

The only east Delhi address on the list, and the one that opens the price ladder. District Centre Mayur puts eighteen private offices on the seventh floor, in what the listing calls one of the city’s prime commercial locations, with parks and gardens to walk around at the end of the day.

What to expect: rooms for one to seventeen people, 2–4 m² at the entry end and 45 m² at the top, from ₹16,690 a month on a 24+ month term — the lowest monthly figure Wezoo lists in Delhi — to ₹283,730 for the seventeen-person room. Breakout space and catering are listed.

Caddie Commercial Tower is the airport option, next to Indira Gandhi International. Twenty-three private offices — the deepest choice of the six — sit on the fifth floor, with Highway 48 giving direct access back into downtown Delhi.

What to expect: rooms for one to nine people, 4 m² to 24 m², from ₹37,790 a month on a 24+ month term to ₹340,110 for the nine-person room. Parking, wheelchair access, breakout space, catering and a stocked kitchen are listed.

Operator: Regus. Fourteen of the twenty-three listings carry a dated availability, the earliest from 1 November 2026. Request Caddie Commercial Tower on Wezoo.

How to choose, and how far ahead to ask

Dated availability on these listings runs from October 2026 into 2028, so office space in Delhi is not a market where you turn up and move in on Monday. Work backwards from the date you need the room, not forwards from today.

  1. Fix the team size first. Each room’s stated headcount is a ceiling, so a six-person room does not stretch to eight. Only three buildings list a room above ten: Delhi Rectangle up to twenty-three, District Centre Mayur up to seventeen, Elegance Tower Delhi up to fifteen. The rest stop at nine (Caddie Commercial Tower), seven (Eros Corporate Tower) and six (Punj Essen House).
  2. Pick the side of the city. Nehru Place, Jasola and Saket are the southern cluster; Mayur Vihar is east; Aerocity is west, at the airport.
  3. Send the request with your term. The published figure is the 24+ month rung, so say up front whether you want that or something shorter.
  4. Ask for the start date in writing. Most listings here publish a future availability date, and that date is the one that decides whether a building is actually an option.

Best Delhi districts for a private office

Delhi’s commercial geography was planned, not accumulated, and that is why office space in Delhi clusters the way it does. The district centres these buildings sit in — Nehru Place, Saket, Jasola, Mayur Vihar — are a land-use category in the Delhi Development Authority’s Master Plan for Delhi, which is why each one has the same mix of towers, parking and retail at its feet.

Nehru Place is the technology address, and it carries two of the six buildings. Saket is the retail-and-hotel end of south Delhi; Delhi Rectangle sits beside the Marriott there. Jasola is the newer southern district, and the listing there calls it fast-growing. Mayur Vihar is the one east-of-the-Yamuna option, and where the city’s lowest listed monthly figure sits. Aerocity trades the city centre for the terminal: Caddie Commercial Tower is the one address here that sits beside the airport.

All five districts are on the Delhi Metro network, which is the practical reason to choose between them: pick the district your team can reach without changing lines twice. If your search widens past the city boundary, we have the same breakdown for office space in Gurgaon and for office space in Noida.

Outside the capital region, the same private office product is covered in our guides to private office space in Bangalore and office space for rent in Hyderabad.

Office space in Delhi — FAQ

How much does a private office in Delhi cost?

Wezoo’s lowest listed monthly figure for a private office in Delhi is ₹16,690, at District Centre Mayur in Mayur Vihar. The highest is ₹629,970, for the twenty-three-person suite at Delhi Rectangle in Saket. Both are the 24+ month rung; every listing also publishes a 12–24 month rung. All figures are indicative starting points — you get a quote by sending a request.

Can one person rent an office space in Delhi?

Yes. Five of the six buildings list a single-desk private office: Eros Corporate Tower, Punj Essen House, Elegance Tower Delhi, District Centre Mayur and Caddie Commercial Tower. The exception is Delhi Rectangle in Saket, where the smallest room is sized for two.

What is the minimum rental term?

Every one of the 104 Delhi listings shows a minimum rent of one month. The published price, though, is the rung for a 24+ month term, so a shorter commitment will be quoted differently. Ask for both when you send your request.

Which parts of Delhi have Wezoo private offices?

Six buildings across five districts: Nehru Place has two (Eros Corporate Tower and Punj Essen House), with one each in Saket, Jasola, Mayur Vihar and Aerocity beside Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Can I book office space in Delhi online?

No — a private office is requested, not booked. You send an enquiry through the building’s page on Wezoo with your team size, term and start date, and the operator comes back with a quote. Meeting rooms, day offices and hot desks are not listed in Delhi.

How far in advance should I start looking?

Dated availability on the Delhi listings starts in October 2026 and runs into 2028, and most buildings publish a future date rather than immediate occupancy. Start the conversation several months before you need the room.

The short version

Six buildings, one operator, 104 rooms. If cost leads, start east in Mayur Vihar. If the client list leads, start in Nehru Place or Saket. If the flight schedule leads, start at Aerocity. Office space in Delhi is not short — it is just spread across a city that was planned in districts, and choosing the right district is most of the decision.
