A virtual office in Coimbatore is an address, not a desk. It puts a Tamil Nadu street address on your paperwork, with mail handled at the building, and there is no lease to sign for it. Wezoo lists three virtual-office locations in the city, all run by Regus.
This guide covers the two that identify a building by name: where they sit, what each listing publishes and what it does not, and what the registrar actually asks of an address before it accepts one. If you are still choosing a city, the national guide to virtual offices in India covers the product end to end. This page stays on Coimbatore.

What does a virtual office in Coimbatore cost?
Neither Coimbatore listing on Wezoo carries a published starting price. That is the shape of the product rather than a hole in the data. A virtual office is sold as a plan, and the plan is quoted when you ask for it.
What the listings do publish is the shape of that plan. The core is a business address with mail handling. Forwarding, scanning, call answering and meeting-room access sit on top of it as additions. Both Coimbatore addresses are run by the same operator, and Wezoo describes the same plan shape at either one.
There is no national figure to fall back on here either, and quoting one would tell you nothing about Coimbatore. Ask for the plan you want and you get a real number for it. Put the same request to both addresses and you can compare what comes back.
Is a Coimbatore business address accepted for company registration?
Yes, with conditions, and the conditions are worth reading first. A registered office has been mandatory under the Companies Act, 2013. At incorporation you name the state the registered office will sit in, and the address itself is intimated to the Registrar of Companies within thirty days (Startup India, Compliance for Registered Office).
The registered office does not have to be where you work. Startup India puts it plainly: having one is a legal requirement, and it is not needed to conduct any activity there. That is exactly the gap a business address fills.
The catch is signage. The company name and the registered address have to be painted or affixed on the outside of every office or place where the business is carried on, and Startup India names this as the requirement that startups in shared space struggle with most. Before you file a Coimbatore address with the Registrar, ask the operator whether your company name can go on the board.
GST is a separate question with a separate answer. Your principal place of business has to sit inside the state you are applying in, so a Coimbatore address supports a Tamil Nadu GSTIN and only a Tamil Nadu one (GST portal, Principal Place of Business FAQ). Where the premises is a co-working space, the same page tells you to select Shared as the nature of possession unless you hold a valid registered sub-let agreement with the provider. Our national guide to a virtual office for GST registration goes through that application step by step.
The document list itself is short. For rented premises: the rent or lease agreement plus one document establishing the lessor’s ownership, such as a property tax receipt, a municipal khata copy or an electricity bill. Where no agreement exists, a consent letter on plain paper from the consenter with their identity proof and one ownership document is the route (CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST, 17 April 2025). That instruction also tells officers not to ask for documents beyond the prescribed list, and not to raise presumptive queries.
One thing it does not remove is physical verification. Where an application is flagged as risky, or where the officer decides to check, registration is granted within thirty days after a visit to the place of business, and the verification report has to say whether the declared place of business exists. An address nobody can find is the one that fails.
The 2 virtual office addresses on Wezoo in Coimbatore
Wezoo’s Coimbatore virtual-office page counts three locations. One of the three is listed under a road name rather than a building name, so it is not enumerated below — a registered office wants a building you can point at. The two here both name one.
1. TNCD Square

TS.NO.114/1, Kamaraj Road, Uppilipalayam Post, Coimbatore 641015. The listing puts Lions bus stop on the doorstep, Singanallur train station around a 2.5 km drive away, and Coimbatore International Airport just over 4 km away. Catering and breakout space are listed. Reception runs 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
No starting price is published for this address. Wezoo carries no photograph of this particular building either — the images on its listing are marked indicative — so the card above carries the address rather than the frontage.

2. Hanudev Info Park C Block

Hanudev Info tech Park, Coimbatore 641028. A new development, and the listing describes top-floor space with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct connections to Coimbatore’s other business districts along Avinashi Road. Parking, step-free access, catering and breakout space are all listed. Reception hours match the other address, 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
No starting price is published here either. The same building also carries private offices, so it appears in our guide to private cabin offices in India — useful if the address is a first step rather than the whole plan.

Which Coimbatore districts carry the most weight for a business address
For the company registrar, the district decides nothing. What you name at incorporation is the state, and the address you file afterwards moves inside it.
GST is where the postcode starts to matter. State and Centre jurisdiction on your registration is displayed from the PIN code you enter for your principal place of business (GST portal). The two Coimbatore addresses sit at different ones: 641015 for TNCD Square, on the Kamaraj Road and Uppilipalayam side of the city, and 641028 for Hanudev Info Park C Block, inside the Hanudev Info Tech Park development.
Then there is the part no rulebook covers: what the address says to whoever reads it. The Hanudev listing names Avinashi Road as its direct connection to Coimbatore’s other major business districts. The Kamaraj Road address trades that for the airport run, just over 4 km by its own listing, and a bus stop at the door.
For the registrar the state decides. For everyone else, the road does.
Who uses a Coimbatore business address — and who should not
It works for a company incorporating in Tamil Nadu that has people but no premises: the address holds the paperwork while the team works wherever it works. It works for an out-of-state business that wants a Tamil Nadu GSTIN and a Coimbatore line on its invoices before committing to a floor. And it works for a founder who would rather not have a home address on public record. If Coimbatore is one of several cities on your list, the same product is listed as virtual office space in Hyderabad, as a virtual office in Bangalore and as a virtual office in Delhi and as a virtual office in Chandigarh.
It does not work in three cases. If people need to sit somewhere every day, this is the wrong product — that is a private office, and the Hanudev building carries those too. If you cannot get the company name onto the board at the address, the Companies Act signage requirement is a problem you meet later rather than never. And if the business genuinely runs from somewhere else entirely, keep in mind that a verification officer can be sent to the declared place of business and has to report whether it exists.
A virtual office in Coimbatore is a real address used at arm’s length. It is not a way to be somewhere you are not.
How to request a virtual office in Coimbatore
A virtual office is not booked online the way a meeting room is. You request it, and the operator comes back with the plan and the terms. Wezoo’s Coimbatore page sets it out in three steps: pick the address, say which services you want — mail forwarding, scanning, call answering, meeting-room access — then activate it and set how mail is handled. A response typically lands within a business day.
Have the paperwork ready before you start. For GST you will need the agreement the operator gives you plus one document establishing ownership of the premises on their side, and the whole set uploads as JPG or PDF, with the agreement capped at 1 MB and each supporting document at 100 KB (GST registration document checklist).

Frequently asked questions
Is a virtual office in Coimbatore valid for GST registration?
It is, when the address sits in the state you are registering in. The GST portal requires the principal place of business to be located within that state, so a Coimbatore address supports a Tamil Nadu GSTIN. For co-working premises, select Shared as the nature of possession unless you hold a valid registered sub-let agreement with the provider.
Can I use a Coimbatore virtual office as my company’s registered office?
A registered office is mandatory under the Companies Act, 2013, and the address is intimated to the Registrar of Companies within thirty days of incorporation. It does not have to be where you work. Before you commit, check that your company name can be displayed at the address, because the Act requires the name and registered address to be affixed outside every place where business is carried on.
How much does a virtual office in Coimbatore cost?
Wezoo publishes no starting price for either Coimbatore listing. Virtual offices are sold as a plan and quoted on request, so the figure depends on whether you take mail forwarding, scanning, call answering or meeting-room access on top of the address itself.
How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in Coimbatore?
Three locations. Two of the three are listed under a building name and are the ones covered on this page: TNCD Square on Kamaraj Road, and Hanudev Info Park C Block in the Hanudev Info Tech Park development. Both are run by Regus.
Will anyone come and check the address?
Possibly. Where a GST application is flagged as risky, or where the officer decides verification is needed, registration follows a physical visit to the place of business within thirty days, and the report has to state whether the declared place of business exists.
Can I use a virtual office in Coimbatore for a GSTIN in another state?
No. The principal place of business has to be inside the state where registration is sought. A Coimbatore address supports Tamil Nadu. For another state you need an address in that state.
