A virtual office gives your business a real street address in a staffed building, without renting a room you sit in every day. In Namibia that matters more than the search volume suggests. Almost every commercial listing in the country points at Windhoek, and almost all of it is whole floors on a long lease. If you need a business address in Namibia but not 400 square metres of it, this is the product you are looking for.
This page covers what a virtual office in Namibia actually includes, where the addresses are, what it costs, and what you should check before you use an address for company registration. Wezoo currently lists one virtual office address in Namibia, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pad the page.
What you get with virtual office in Namibia — and what you do not
A virtual office is an address plus the arrangements that make the address usable. You get a business address at a real building, you get somewhere for post to arrive, and you get a front desk that knows your company name. What varies, and it varies a great deal between providers, is everything attached to that: whether post is forwarded or scanned, whether calls are answered in your company name, and whether you can use meeting rooms in the building when you need one. Those are agreed when you make the request, not assumed from a page like this one.
What you do not get is a workspace. A virtual office is not a desk, and it is not a room. If you need somewhere to actually sit, that is a different product, and in Namibia the same building carries it: see office to rent in Namibia for the private office side, which covers the rooms you can occupy rather than the address you can use.
There is one distinction worth making early, because it is the thing most people arrive here confused about. A post box from the national postal service and a virtual office are not the same thing. A post box is a numbered compartment at a post office. It receives mail and nothing else: there is no street, no building, no reception, and nobody to sign for a courier delivery. A virtual office is an address at a specific building with staff in it. Which of the two is appropriate for you depends entirely on what you need the address to do, and if that purpose is company registration, read the section on legal use further down before you commit to either.
Where virtual office is available in Namibia — the cities and how many addresses in each
Wezoo lists one virtual office address in Namibia, and it is in Windhoek. That is the whole national picture, and it reflects the market rather than a gap in our inventory: Namibia is a small flexible workspace market, and what exists is concentrated in the capital.

If your business is on the coast, around Swakopmund or Walvis Bay, there is no local virtual office address on Wezoo today. A Windhoek address still works for most of the purposes people want one for, since a business address does not have to be the place you work. But it is worth knowing before you plan around it.
The Wezoo virtual office address in Namibia
1. Maerua Mall — Windhoek

The address sits on the third floor at Maerua Mall, in the middle of Windhoek. Maerua Mall is one of the best known addresses in the city, which is useful for a business address in a way that a generic office park is not: clients, couriers and banks all know where it is without being given directions.
The building carries a staffed reception, breakout spaces, a lounge, a coffee and tea bar, catering and a restaurant. Getting to it is straightforward: there is parking on site, public parking next to it, and public transport close by. The building is wheelchair accessible.
Post handling, mail scanning and call answering are arranged with the building provider rather than listed as fixed features, and they differ between providers. Ask for exactly what you need when you make the request, and get the answer in writing before you print the address on anything.

What virtual office costs in Namibia — and is there a free option?
The Namibian address does not carry a published price, and that is normal for this product rather than missing information. Virtual office pricing depends on what you attach to the address, so providers quote it per request instead of listing one number. Pricing is on request, in Namibian dollars.
On the free question, which comes up in almost every market: no, there is no free virtual office address in Namibia on Wezoo, and you should treat free business address offers elsewhere with some care. An address that costs nothing is usually either a post box, which is a different product with different limits, or an address shared by so many companies that it stops doing the one job you wanted it for. If budget is the constraint, ask about the simplest version of the address without the extras, rather than looking for a version that is free.
Is virtual office legal in Namibia, and which addresses the registrar accepts
Here we are going to be careful, because this is the question where a confident wrong answer does real damage.
Using a virtual office address as your correspondence or trading address is ordinary commercial practice. Using one as your registered company address is a separate question, and the answer depends on rules we have not verified for Namibia. We are not going to name an authority, quote a section number, or tell you that the address is accepted for registration, because we have not read the Namibian source ourselves and an answer borrowed from a neighbouring country is worth nothing here.
What we can tell you is how it works in practice, and what to check:
- A registered company address and a postal address are different things, and a provider may be willing to supply one and not the other.
- The building provider sets the conditions for how the address may be used, and your request goes through them. Ask them directly whether the address may be used for company registration, and get it in writing.
- Before you register anything, confirm with the competent Namibian authority that the address and the intended use are acceptable. That is the only answer that binds.
- Expect to provide identification and company details. Any provider operating properly will ask for them.
General orientation only, not legal advice. Requirements change and we have not verified Namibian registration rules from a primary source. Position as at 29 October 2026. Check with the competent authority before you rely on any address for registration.
Who uses virtual office — and who should not
The people this suits best are the ones who need presence without premises. A consultant or sole trader working from home who does not want a home address on invoices and a public register. A company based in Swakopmund, Walvis Bay or across the border that wants a credible address in the capital. An international business testing Namibia before committing to anything with a lease attached. A small team that already has somewhere to work and simply needs post to land somewhere reliable.
It suits some people badly, and it is worth saying so. If you need somewhere to sit every day, this is the wrong product and a private office or a desk is the right one. If you need to receive clients regularly at your address, check what meeting room access the building actually offers before assuming it. And if you are hoping a Windhoek address will make a business look Namibian when it has no real connection to the country, that is a use that tends to come apart under scrutiny, whether from a bank, a registrar or a customer.
How to request virtual office on Wezoo
There is no checkout and no instant booking, because a virtual office is an agreement rather than a product you add to a basket. You send a request, the provider comes back with what they can offer at that address and what it costs, and you decide.
Open the address, send the request, and say what you need the address for, whether you need post forwarded or scanned, and whether you want calls answered. The more specific you are, the more useful the answer comes back.

If a Windhoek address is not what you need, the same product exists in neighbouring markets on Wezoo. The closest is virtual office in South Africa, roughly 1,150 km away and the obvious option if your business already works across that border. Further afield, virtual office in Tanzania covers East Africa, though at around 2,950 km that is a separate market rather than a neighbouring one. And if what you actually need in Namibia is a room rather than an address, office to rent in Namibia is the place to start.
