A virtual office in Chandigarh is not a desk you sit at. It is an address you put on a GST application, on a letterhead and on a company filing, and Wezoo lists four such addresses, all of them carrying Chandigarh as their city. If you want the national picture first, start with our guide to virtual offices in India.

Price is the usual first question, and in Chandigarh it is the wrong one. All four addresses sit inside Chandigarh and all four carry a 160xxx postcode, so none of them hands you a different registration from the others — and none of them publishes a monthly figure either. What you are actually choosing is how the line on your invoice reads. Below: what the four listings publish, which sector each one sits in, and who should walk away.

  • 4 buildings listing a virtual office on Wezoo
  • Listed monthly price: none. No figure is published on any of the four listings.
  • Operators: HQ, Regus
  • Districts on the listings: Sector 17 A, Sector 26, Industrial Area Phase 1, Industrial Area Phase 2
  • Plan published on all four: business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number, meeting room access

Further down, each of the four in turn.

What does virtual office cost in Chandigarh?

Wezoo publishes no monthly figure for any of the four Chandigarh addresses. A virtual office listing carries an address and a service list; the operator prices the plan when you send a request.

The plan itself is the same on all four: a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access. The same five lines, on every one of them. So the inclusions are not what separates these addresses. The quote is, and so is the sector.

Two things move that quote. One is how many of those five you actually take — a postal address alone is a different product from a plan that answers your phone. The other is paperwork: an address you only print on invoices needs less of it than an address you register a business at. Ask the operator which of those two jobs the plan is doing before you compare anything.

Is a Chandigarh business address accepted for company registration?

All four listings say the address can be used as a business address in Chandigarh, and two of them — SCO 54-55-56 and Elante Offices — add the same line: confirm registered-office rules with the operator. Nothing in the four listings, and nothing in the sources at the foot of this page, says that a registrar has accepted any particular Chandigarh address. What the sources do set out is what the paperwork has to look like, and that is the part worth reading before you file.

For GST the address you give is your principal place of business. The GST portal’s FAQs on principal place of business state that it “needs to be located within the state where you are applying for the new GST registration”, and that State and Centre jurisdiction is displayed from the PIN code entered, because PIN codes are mapped to jurisdictions. All four Wezoo addresses carry a 160xxx postcode.

That mapping is not something to undo on a whim. The portal’s FAQs on amendment of registration put the principal place of business among the core fields, which a tax official has to approve, and give you 15 days from the change to file. Crossing a state line is not an amendment at all: “GST registrations are state-specific”, and relocating means cancelling the old registration and applying afresh.

On documents, the portal’s FAQs on additional places of business list what counts as proof of possession. For rented or leased premises it is the rent or lease agreement plus something supporting the lessor’s ownership — a property tax receipt, a municipal khata copy or an electricity bill. For shared premises it is a consent letter with the same kind of ownership document behind it. So the portal asks for documents behind the address as well as for the address.

Incorporation is a separate counter. That filing goes to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs rather than the GST portal, the operator’s documents are what you attach to it, and the sources on this page cover GST registration and not incorporation — so check the current MCA requirements before you file, and ask the operator which documents come with the plan. One local note: commercial sites in Chandigarh are allotted and auctioned by the Estate Office of the Chandigarh Administration, which also checks misuse of the sites it allots.

The 4 virtual office addresses on Wezoo in Chandigarh

Four buildings. Each entry carries only what its own listing publishes.

1. SCO 54-55-56 — Sector 17 A

Regus runs this one, on the 3rd and 4th floors of SCO 54-55-56, postcode 160017. The listing places it in Sector 17 A, beside the Sector 17 Plaza, and its account of the surrounding streets names the Chandigarh Post Office — worth a glance when the product is somewhere for your post to land.

The building lists parking, catering, a lounge, wheelchair access and breakout spaces. Its recorded walking distances put the nearest parking at 583 m and the CTU local bus stop at 1,384 m. The virtual office plan is the same five lines as on the other three.

2. Timber Market — Sector 26

HQ runs Timber Market, at Site 3, Sector 26, postcode 160019. The operator’s own description puts the Transport Chowk bus stop on the doorstep and Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport about 18 km away; the recorded walking distances on the same listing put the nearest bus stop at 878 m and the nearest parking at 206 m.

The building record lists one service: catering. This is also the Chandigarh address that appears in our national virtual office in India guide, so if you have read that page you have met this one already.

3. Elante Offices — Industrial Area Phase 1

Elante Offices: the Purv Marg frontage in Industrial Area Phase 1

Regus again, at Plot No. 178-178A on Purv Marg, postcode 160002, in Industrial Area Phase 1. The listing gives its own distances: five minutes on foot to the Elante Mall bus stop, Chandigarh Junction railway station 3 km away, the international airport around a 30-minute drive.

Its account of the district names a Passport Seva Kendra, a bank and a hospital, and the building lists breakout spaces and catering. It is also the Chandigarh entry in our guide to virtual offices in India, which covers the same address from a national angle.

4. HQ 66 — Industrial Area Phase 2

HQ 66: the Plot No 66 address in Industrial Area Phase 2

HQ runs this one too, on the 4th floor of Plot No 66 in Industrial Area Phase 2, postcode 160002. Its listing calls the surrounding district a hub for commerce and light industry, with Chandigarh Junction and the international airport both within easy reach. Catering is the single entry on its building record too.

The virtual office plan here matches the other three line for line, so the reason to pick HQ 66 is the address itself: an Industrial Area Phase 2 line reads as a working commercial address.

Which Chandigarh districts carry the most weight for a business address

Chandigarh is written in sectors, and the four addresses sit in four different parts of that grid: Sector 17 A, Sector 26, Industrial Area Phase 1 and Industrial Area Phase 2. Three postcodes cover them — 160017, 160019, and 160002 twice.

The postcode is the part that does administrative work. The GST portal’s principal-place FAQs say State and Centre jurisdiction is displayed from the PIN code entered, because PIN codes are mapped to jurisdictions. All four of these are 160xxx. That is why the sector is a signal to a customer rather than a lever on your registration.

What each sector signals does differ. Sector 17 is the district the SCO 54-55-56 listing calls one of Chandigarh’s most popular commercial areas. Sector 26 carries what the Timber Market listing calls one of the city’s busiest commercial roads. Industrial Area Phase 1, where Elante Offices sits, is described as a commercial district of manufacturing, IT and corporate offices; Phase 2, where HQ 66 sits, as a hub for commerce and light industry. The listings do not distinguish between the four for registration purposes.

All four carry Chandigarh as their city.

Who uses a Chandigarh business address — and who should not

A Chandigarh business address fits three cases cleanly. You sell into Chandigarh and need a registration there. You want a Chandigarh line on invoices and a website without signing a lease. Or you need post received at a staffed address and forwarded, which is one of the things a home address cannot do for you.

Three others point elsewhere. If you need a room rather than an address, the same four buildings also list private offices, and office space in Chandigarh covers those with the monthly figures the virtual office listings do not carry. If the registration you need is in Punjab or Haryana, a Chandigarh address will not get you there: the GST portal is explicit that registrations are state-specific, and that crossing a state line means cancelling and applying afresh. And if you cannot produce the possession documents the portal asks for, the address is not the thing standing in your way.

Wezoo publishes the same address-level detail elsewhere in India, including virtual office addresses in Navi Mumbai, virtual office addresses in Kochi and a longer list for a virtual office in Delhi.

How to request virtual office in Chandigarh

Four steps, and none of them is a checkout.

Start with the sector, because the plan is the same everywhere and the address is not. Then ask the operator for a price, since none of the four publishes one. Then ask which registration papers come with the plan — the agreement or consent letter, and the ownership document that has to sit behind it. Then send the request.

That last step is a request, not a booking. A virtual office is not bookable online on Wezoo, and neither is a private office; both go to the operator, who comes back to you. The button says “Request” for exactly that reason.

Virtual office in Chandigarh — FAQ

How much does a virtual office in Chandigarh cost on Wezoo?

Wezoo publishes no monthly figure for any of the four Chandigarh virtual office listings. Each one carries an address and a five-item service list — business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access — and the operator quotes a price when you send a request. Two things move that quote: how many of the five you take, and whether you need registration paperwork as well as a postal address.

Can I use a virtual office in Chandigarh for GST registration?

The address you register is your principal place of business, and the GST portal states that it has to be located within the state you are applying in, with State and Centre jurisdiction displayed from the PIN code entered. All four Chandigarh addresses on Wezoo carry a 160xxx postcode. The portal also asks for documents behind the address: a rent or lease agreement, or a consent letter for shared premises, together with a document supporting the owner’s possession such as a property tax receipt, a municipal khata copy or an electricity bill. Confirm the current requirements on the GST portal before you file.

How many addresses does Wezoo list for a virtual office in Chandigarh?

Four, measured on 30 September 2026: SCO 54-55-56 in Sector 17 A and Elante Offices in Industrial Area Phase 1, both run by Regus; Timber Market in Sector 26 and HQ 66 in Industrial Area Phase 2, both run by HQ. All four carry Chandigarh as their city.

Which sectors do the Wezoo virtual office in Chandigarh addresses sit in?

Four different parts of the Chandigarh grid, across three postcodes. SCO 54-55-56 is in Sector 17 A (160017), Timber Market in Sector 26 (160019), and Elante Offices and HQ 66 in Industrial Area Phases 1 and 2 respectively (both 160002). The listings do not distinguish between the sectors for registration purposes; the GST portal maps State and Centre jurisdiction from the PIN code entered.

Can I book a virtual office in Chandigarh online?

No. A virtual office is a request on Wezoo rather than an instant booking, and the same is true of a private office. You send the request through the building’s page, and the operator comes back with the plan, the paperwork and the price.
