A virtual office in Noida buys you one thing: a street address in the city that your company can use on paper, without renting a floor you will not sit on. Wezoo lists nine of them, spread from Sector 3 in old Noida out to Sector 136 on the Expressway. This page walks through all nine, what a Noida address is accepted for, and which sector is worth paying attention to.

Noida is the practical NCR alternative to a Delhi address. Rents are lower, the Blue Line reaches most of it, and Uttar Pradesh is a separate GST state from Delhi, which is the whole reason a lot of companies want a second registration here. If you want the national picture first, start with our guide to the virtual office in India and come back for the Noida detail. What follows is every virtual office in Noida that Wezoo lists, address by address.

Wezoo snapshot: Noida virtual offices

  • 9 virtual office addresses listed on Wezoo in Noida

  • Published price in these listings: none. Every one is a request a quote listing

  • Operators listed: Regus (8 addresses) and Spaces (1 address), both IWG brands

  • Sectors named in the listings: 3, 16, 16B, 18, 62, 104, 126, 135 and 136

What does a virtual office in Noida cost?

Honestly: our listings do not say. Not one of the nine virtual office in Noida groups on Wezoo carries a published starting price, so there is no city figure for us to quote and no national average worth borrowing. What you get instead is a quote from the operator once you tell them what the address is for.

That is not evasion, it is how the product is sold. A virtual office in Noida is priced by plan, not by desk. A plain business address with mail handling is the cheapest tier. An address cleared for GST registration costs more, because the operator has to produce the documents a tax officer will ask for. An address cleared for company incorporation costs more again. Ask for the tier you actually need, not the one with the lowest headline.

The building rarely moves the price of a virtual office in Noida. The plan does. Two questions settle it: how long is the commitment, and does the tier include the registration paperwork. Get both answered in writing before you pay.

Is a Noida business address accepted for company registration?

Yes, and the rule is statutory rather than local, so a virtual office in Noida is treated no differently from any other serviced address. Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013 requires every company to have a registered office capable of receiving and acknowledging communications. It does not require that office to be a floor you lease, and it does not exclude a serviced address. What it does require is that the address is real, that post sent there reaches you, and that the company name is displayed at it.

GST is the part people get wrong. For a Noida GSTIN you are registering a principal place of business in Uttar Pradesh, which falls under the Uttar Pradesh State Tax department, not Delhi. The GST portal sets out what counts as a principal place of business, and any further premises you operate from go on the same registration as additional places of business.

What the officer may ask for is now written down. CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST lists the acceptable proof for a principal place of business and tells officers not to raise presumptive queries or demand documents that are not on the list. Keep the rent or licence agreement, the no objection certificate and a utility bill, all in the operator name and all matching the address you typed into the portal.

The failure mode is worth naming. Under rule 21 of the CGST Rules, 2017, a registration can be cancelled where the place of business is not what was declared. An address you never visit and cannot be reached at is the risk, not the serviced address itself. If you want the registration angle in full, we have a separate guide to a virtual office for GST registration.

Which Noida districts carry the most weight for a business address

A registered address is judged on where it is. Not by a regulator, who only cares that it works, but by the customer, the bank and the supplier who read it. Where you put a virtual office in Noida says something, even when no regulator reads it. Noida splits into three belts and the nine Wezoo addresses sit across all of them.

  • The metro core, Sectors 16, 16B and 18. World Trade Tower, Max Towers and Wave One. Blue Line on the doorstep, DLF Mall of India next door, instantly recognisable across the NCR. This is the belt to pick when people will visit.

  • The IT belt, Sector 62, and old Noida, Sector 3. Green Boulevard and D-14. Sector 62 reads as a technology address and carries the longest service list of the nine. Sector 3 is low rise and industrial, which suits a firm that wants to look like it makes something.

  • The Expressway corridor, Sectors 104, 126, 135 and 136. Starling Edge, Knowledge Centre, Assotech Business Cresterra 2 and Sovereign Corporate Tower. Newer stock, bigger floor plates, and two separate postcodes, 201303 and 201304, that mark the address as Expressway rather than old Noida.

One practical note. Eight of the nine addresses share the 201301 postcode, so if your paperwork needs to look distinct from a sibling entity, the Sector 126 and Sector 136 addresses are the two that read differently at a glance.

Who uses a Noida business address and who should not

A virtual office in Noida works for a company that is genuinely distributed. A Delhi or Gurgaon team that needs a Uttar Pradesh GSTIN to bill UP customers. A founder incorporating from a flat who does not want a home address on the MCA record. A services firm with no stock, no walk in customers and no reason to hold a floor.

It does not work in three cases, and the honest answer is to say so. If you hold inventory, the address has to be where the goods are, and a desk in a lobby is not that. If a regulator in your sector requires inspected premises, a shared address will not survive the inspection. And if nobody in your company can reach the building to collect a notice, you are carrying the rule 21 risk above for the sake of a line on a letterhead.

The test is simple. Can someone from your company stand at that address this week if they have to? If yes, it is an address. If no, it is a postbox, and the law can tell the difference.

How to request a virtual office in Noida

A virtual office in Noida is not instantly bookable the way a meeting room is. You request the address, the operator comes back with a plan and a price, and you sign. The sequence is short.

  1. Decide what the address is for: mail only, GST registration, company incorporation, or more than one of those. The tier follows from the answer.

  2. Pick the sector from the three belts above, then pick the building. The 9 Wezoo listings each link to their own page.

  3. Send the request. Ask in the same message for the rent or licence agreement, the no objection certificate and a utility bill in the operator name, because those are the documents the GST officer will want.

  4. Check the documents name the exact address you will type into the portal, down to the floor and unit.

  5. File. For a company, the registered office goes on the MCA record. For GST, it goes in as the principal place of business.

If you are weighing Noida against the other side of the border, our virtual office in Delhi guide covers the same ground for the capital, and virtual office addresses in Gurgaon do the same for Haryana, which is the third state inside the National Capital Region and the one a Noida address cannot serve. Virtual office addresses in India sets out the national picture across cities. If what you actually need is a desk rather than a line on a form, see office space in Noida.

Nine addresses, three belts, one decision. Pick the virtual office in Noida that someone from your company could actually walk into, and the paperwork looks after itself.

Virtual office in Noida: frequently asked questions

Can I use a virtual office in Noida for GST registration?

Yes, provided the operator gives you the documents the officer expects: a rent or licence agreement for the premises, a no objection certificate and a recent utility bill, all in the operator name and all matching the address on the portal. CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST sets out the acceptable proof and tells officers not to demand documents outside that list. Ask whether the plan includes those papers before you pay.

How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in Noida?

Nine, across Sectors 3, 16, 16B, 18, 62, 104, 126, 135 and 136. Eight are Regus addresses and one, Max Towers, is a Spaces address.

What does a virtual office in Noida cost on Wezoo?

None of the nine Noida listings carries a published price, so the figure comes from the operator after you send a request. Price tracks the plan rather than the building: mail handling is the cheapest tier, GST registration costs more and company incorporation costs more again.

Is a Noida address better than a Delhi one?

It depends on what you are registering for. Uttar Pradesh is a separate GST state from Delhi, so a Noida address is what you need to hold a UP GSTIN. For visibility to clients in central Delhi, a Delhi address still reads closer to home. A virtual office in Noida is what lets you hold a UP GSTIN; a Delhi address does not.

Do I have to visit the building?

You should be able to. Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013 requires a registered office capable of receiving and acknowledging communications, and rule 21 of the CGST Rules allows cancellation where the place of business is not as declared. Every virtual office in Noida on this page is a staffed building with a reception, so collecting a notice in person is realistic.
