You have four people, a landlord who only wants to discuss a three-year lease, and a deadline that is not going to move. That is the point at which a search for office space in Kolkata usually starts. Wezoo lists four buildings in the city that rent by the room and by the month, so this guide walks through all four: what each one starts at, how big the rooms get, and which part of the city it sits in.
Four buildings, one operator, and a one-month minimum on every room. That is the whole of Kolkata’s serviced-office market on Wezoo today, and it is small enough to read in one sitting. For how these agreements work across the country — deposits, notice, what a serviced office actually includes — start with our guide to private offices in India. This page stays on the buildings.

What does office space in Kolkata cost?
Between ₹14,650 and ₹3,80,400 a month, depending entirely on how many people have to fit. That is the published range across all 75 rooms, and the two ends are doing very different jobs: the low end is one desk in an internal room, the high end is a 24-person room at Sector V.
The four entry points are close together. PS Arcadia Central opens at ₹14,650, RDB Boulevard 5F at ₹15,550, Globsyn Crystal Tower I at ₹15,850 and Horizon at ₹19,750 — Horizon is the priciest place in the city to put one person. Move up to a team room and the buildings separate: Horizon tops out at ₹1,58,000 for eight people, PS Arcadia at ₹1,17,200 for eight, RDB Boulevard at ₹1,55,500 for ten.
Two things the listings settle that a broker usually will not. Every rate is per room and per month, not per desk. And the minimum term on all 75 of them is one month, which is the number that decides whether this market is worth your time at all.
When should you choose a private office over coworking?
In Kolkata the question answers itself, because Wezoo lists no hot desks, no day offices and no meeting rooms here — the four buildings carry private offices and virtual offices, and nothing else. If you want a desk by the day in this city you will be booking it somewhere other than Wezoo, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Where the choice is real, it turns on three things: a door that locks, a room whose size you control, and a cost you can predict. A private office gives you all three and asks for a month. A shared desk gives you none of them and asks for nothing. Teams that handle client files, take calls all day, or need somewhere to leave two monitors overnight stop being able to work on a shared desk at about the four-person mark.
The comparison people actually mean, though, is against a conventional lease. A lease in Kolkata means a security deposit, a lock-in, fit-out, and your own electricity account. These 75 rooms are furnished, serviced and let for a month at a time. You pay more per square metre for that, and you keep the ability to leave.
The 4 best private offices in Kolkata on Wezoo for 2026
Ordered by how many people they suit, smallest entry first. Every building below is run by Regus and every rate is the one published on the listing.
1. PS Arcadia Central — central Kolkata

What to expect: 22 private offices for 1 to 8 people, from ₹14,650 to ₹1,17,200 a month, in rooms of 4 m² to 22 m². This is the cheapest way into a private room anywhere in the city: no other building in Kolkata lists a room below ₹14,650. Thirteen of the 22 listings seat four people or fewer. The listing describes a ninth-floor office in Kolkata’s central business district, with basement car parking, round-the-clock security and two five-star hotels a short distance away.
The rooms split evenly between external offices, which have a window, and internal ones, which do not — 11 each, the only even split of the four buildings, and the external rooms start at three people. It is also the only one of the four whose listing names a coffee-and-tea bar and a lounge, alongside parking, catering, breakout space and wheelchair access. Eleven of its rooms carry no start date; the rest publish a handover date you can plan against.
Operator: Regus. Best for: a client-facing team of two to eight that needs a central address more than it needs floor space. Request PS Arcadia Central on Wezoo →
2. Globsyn Crystal Tower I — Salt Lake Sector V

What to expect: 15 private offices for 1 to 24 people, from ₹15,850 to ₹3,80,400 a month, in rooms of 4 m² to 65 m². It is the only building in Kolkata on Wezoo that goes past ten people: there are 15-person, 20-person and 24-person rooms here and nowhere else in the city. The 24-person office is the largest room and the highest rate on this page.
The address is Block EP, Sector V — the planned IT township, not the older residential blocks of Salt Lake. The listing describes an open-plan building with a large corporate foyer, and lists breakout space and catering. Ten of its 15 rooms are internal offices without a window and five are external; all three rooms above ten people are external. Ten carry no start date.
Operator: Regus. Best for: a team that has already outgrown ten desks, or one that expects to this year. Request Globsyn Crystal Tower I on Wezoo →
3. Horizon — E.M. Bypass

What to expect: 21 private offices for 1 to 8 people, from ₹19,750 to ₹1,58,000 a month, in rooms of 5 m² to 20 m². Its one-person rate is the highest of the four, and so is its eight-person rate, at ₹1,58,000 against ₹1,24,400 at RDB Boulevard and ₹1,17,200 at PS Arcadia. The address is 1005 E.M. Bypass, on the arterial road that runs down the eastern edge of the city; the listing puts the airport 16.2 km away.
Sixteen of its 21 rooms are external offices with a window — more than any other building on this page — and they start at two people, so you do not have to take a team room to get daylight. Horizon is also the most immediately usable of the four on paper: 17 of its 21 rooms carry no start date at all, more than anywhere else here, and only four publish a future handover. Services named on the listing are breakout space and catering.
Operator: Regus. Best for: a team that drives in, or one that spends more time at the airport than in the CBD. Request Horizon on Wezoo →
4. RDB Boulevard 5F — Salt Lake

What to expect: 17 private offices for 1 to 10 people, from ₹15,550 to ₹1,55,500 a month, in rooms of 4 m² to 25 m². It is the only building here whose ladder runs unbroken from one person all the way to ten — every size in between is listed, which matters if you expect to move up a room rather than move out.
The trade-off is daylight: 13 of its 17 rooms are internal, and the smallest external office starts at six people, so a small team here is taking a room without a window. The listing describes a communal kitchen and breakout space in the building, with an on-site cinema and gym, and names parking and wheelchair access. Six of its 17 rooms carry no start date. We profile this building in more detail, alongside nine others across the country, in our guide to private cabin offices in India.
Operator: Regus. Best for: a team that wants room to grow one desk at a time without changing address. Request RDB Boulevard 5F on Wezoo →
How to choose, and how far ahead to request
With four buildings the shortlist is not the hard part. The sequence is.
-
Fix the headcount first, then the area. Rooms are priced by how many people they are listed for, so the headcount picks your rate before anything else does. Check the square metres next: a six-person room here can be 16 m² or 17 m², and that is the difference between three monitors and a meeting.
-
Check the start date, not the price. Of the 75 rooms, 44 publish no start date and 31 publish a future one, running from 1 November 2026 out to 1 January 2029. A room you like may simply not be free when you need it.
-
Decide between the two halves of the city. Pick the one your people already travel to, not the one that looks better on the map. Sector V and the central business district sit on opposite sides of Kolkata.
-
Send the request, then ask about the deposit. The monthly rate is published; the deposit, the notice period and what is included in the service charge are agreed with the operator. Get those three in writing before you sign anything.
A private office is not bookable online the way a meeting room is, so every route to office space in Kolkata on Wezoo runs through a request to the operator rather than a checkout.
Best neighbourhoods for office space in Kolkata
Salt Lake is where the desks are. Central Kolkata is where the meetings are. Two of the four buildings sit in each half, and the split is administrative as well as practical.
Salt Lake Sector V. Globsyn Crystal Tower I and RDB Boulevard 5F both carry the 700091 pin code, which is the IT and ITES township run by the Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority — a civic body separate from the city corporation, with its own property tax, building-plan and trade-licensing regime. It is where the larger rooms are: the only offices on this page above ten people are here.
Central Kolkata. PS Arcadia Central sits on the 700016 pin inside the area administered by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, in what its own listing calls Kolkata’s central business district. It is the right half of the city if clients come to you.
E.M. Bypass. Horizon sits on the eastern arterial road, on the 700105 pin. Neither the CBD nor Sector V, which is the point: it is the address that works when your team lives in the southern and eastern suburbs and drives in.

Office space in Kolkata — FAQ
How many private offices does Wezoo list in Kolkata?
Seventy-five individual offices, spread across four buildings — 22 at PS Arcadia Central, 21 at Horizon, 17 at RDB Boulevard 5F and 15 at Globsyn Crystal Tower I. All four are run by Regus.
How much is the cheapest office space in Kolkata?
The lowest rate published on any of the 75 listings is ₹14,650 a month, for a one-person internal office at PS Arcadia Central in central Kolkata. Rates are per room per month, not per desk.
Can I book office space in Kolkata online?
No. A private office is a request, not a booking — you send an enquiry through Wezoo and the operator comes back to you on availability, the deposit and the notice period. Only the monthly rate, the room size and the listed capacity are published up front.
What is the largest team Kolkata can take?
Twenty-four people, in a single 65 m² office at Globsyn Crystal Tower I in Salt Lake Sector V, listed at ₹3,80,400 a month. That building is the only one in the city that lists rooms above ten people.
Does Wezoo list coworking desks or meeting rooms in Kolkata?
Not at present. The four Kolkata buildings carry private offices and virtual offices only — there are no hot desks, day offices or meeting rooms listed anywhere in West Bengal on Wezoo today.
I only need a registered address, not a room. What then?
All four Kolkata buildings also list a virtual office, which gives you the address without the room. What that does and does not cover for company and GST registration is set out in our guide to virtual offices in India.
The short version
PS Arcadia Central if you want the cheapest door and a central address. Globsyn Crystal Tower I if your team is bigger than ten. Horizon if you drive. RDB Boulevard 5F if you expect to grow one desk at a time. Four buildings, 75 rooms, one month’s minimum on every one of them — that is the whole of the market for office space in Kolkata on Wezoo, and it is a short list by design rather than by omission.
