1-2 person office space Nashville — Wezoo

If you need 1-2 person office space Nashville — a room with a door for yourself, or for you and one other person — Wezoo lists 49 of them across 11 buildings as of September 22, 2026. Every price, floor area, room type and start date below is taken from those listings on that date; the square-foot figures are converted from the square meters the listings give.

All 11 of those buildings are run by one company. Regus, Spaces and HQ are three brands of IWG, and they hold 8, 2 and 1 of the addresses. Wezoo also lists private offices at two WeWork buildings in Nashville, which price a room in bands rather than at a single headcount, so a search set to one or two people passes over them. Both are below. If you want the product explained from the top rather than priced for this size, start with our complete guide to private office space.

Two monthly rates follow every one of the 49 rooms instead of one. The listings publish a rate for a term of twenty-four months or more, and a second, higher rate for a term between twelve and twenty-four. The headline you see first is the two-year figure. Our guide to 1-2 person office space San Antonio first set out how that pair works. Both appear on every room below, so you are never quoting yourself a price you cannot sign up to.

Wezoo snapshot — 1-2 Person Office Space Nashville, September 22, 2026

  • 49 private offices labeled for one or two people, across 11 buildings

  • Monthly price, term of 24 months or more: $235 to $990, median $638

  • Monthly price, term of 12 to 24 months: $356 to $1,575, median $808

  • Rooms for one person: 15 at 7 buildings. Rooms for two: 34 at 11

  • Operators: Regus, Spaces and HQ — three brands of one company, IWG

  • Minimum term stated in the listing: 1 month on all 49 — but no price is published below a twelve-month term, so a one-month deal is a conversation, not a rate

What does 1-2 person office space Nashville cost per month?

A room for one runs $235 to $495 a month on the longer term and $356 to $787 on the shorter one. A room for two runs $470 to $990, or $712 to $1,575. Those are the whole ranges, not a selection.

Every 1-2 person office space Nashville listing on Wezoo, read September 22, 2026. Medians are over listings rather than buildings; both figures in a row come from the same listing.
Team Rooms Buildings 24 months or more

12 to 24 months

One person 15 7 $235 – $495 (median $319)

$356 – $787 (median $486)

Two people 34 11 $470 – $990 (median $644)

$712 – $1,575 (median $978)

Both sizes 49 11 $235 – $990 (median $638)

$356 – $1,575 (median $808)

Read the median for your own size, not the one for the band. The $638 in the bottom row is mostly a two-person number, because seven in ten of the rooms are two-person rooms.

Each building sets one rate per person on the label and multiplies it by that number, so a two-person room is exactly twice a one-person room at the same address on the twenty-four-month rate, and within a dollar of twice on the shorter one (5 of the 7 buildings that list both sizes are exact; 222 Second Avenue and 5380 Hickory Hollow Pkwy round a dollar apart). 7 of the 11 publish a one-person room, and those published rates run $235 to $495 a person. At the other 4 the per-person figure is half the two-person price rather than something the listing quotes. For the rest of the ladder, office space Tennessee ranks every priced building in the state on that basis, and 3-6 person office space Nashville does it for these same addresses one size up.

The gap between the two terms is a property of the building, and it does not track the headline rate. Across the 11 it runs from 26.6% at 201 Summit View Drive to 75.1% at Two American Center — divide any pair in the tables below and you will land inside that range. The two addresses that advertise the same $319 a person part company on the shorter term: 1 Music Circle asks $486 for its one-person room; 201 Summit View Drive asks $404. Same headline, $82 a month apart once you sign for less than two years.

1-2 Person Office Space Nashville: the label is a ceiling, and two buildings count it differently

The number on a listing is the most people the operator will put in the room. It is not a count of desks — IWG counts people, WeWork names its rooms after desks — and nothing stops one person taking a two-person room. How many desks, cabinets and a small meeting table actually fit is a question for the walk-through.

It matters here, because the two WeWork buildings price in bands. Their smallest room is listed as Private Office (1-3 desks), and the description reads, word for word: “Indicative pricing and size for a representative WeWork private office for a team of 1-3. Actual offices, availability and pricing are confirmed on enquiry.” The ceiling recorded against it is three. So eleven buildings label a room at one or two people, and thirteen have something a team of one or two can take.

Put the cheapest room that seats two at each of the thirteen side by side and the two WeWork addresses tie for third:

Entry price for two people at all 13 Nashville-area buildings that publish a private office, September 22, 2026. Equal prices share a rank, marked with an equals sign.

Every figure in that table is a published starting point. On Wezoo a private office is a request rather than an instant booking: you send an inquiry and the operator confirms which room is free and on what terms. The two shaded rows, 18th & Chet and 901 Woodland St, say as much in the listing itself.

Where 1-2 person office space Nashville is, and how far out you have to go

Distances below are straight-line, measured from 500 Church Street in the middle of downtown, using the coordinates in the listings themselves. Two of the other ten sit within half a mile of that point. After that the map thins fast: nothing at all between 2.6 and 5.1 miles, and then five buildings spread from 5.15 miles out to 10.84 miles.

Two of those place names are worth a sentence, because a search for 1-2 person office space Nashville returns them and the address alone does not tell you why. Antioch is a neighborhood inside Metro Nashville — the city and Davidson County have run as a single consolidated metropolitan government since 1963, and the Census treats them as one place. Brentwood is a separate city in Williamson County, over the county line, and its two addresses here are 8.4 and 8.6 miles south of downtown.

The 11 buildings with 1-2 person office space Nashville on Wezoo for 2026

Nearest to downtown first. Each entry gives what the building lists in this band and nothing else; bigger rooms at the same addresses are covered in the 3-6 person guide linked above.

1. 500 Church Street — Nashville

1-2 person office space Nashville — Interior corridor at 500 Church Street

Interior corridor at 500 Church Street by Regus, downtown Nashville

What to expect: Church Street runs through the middle of downtown, and this is the lowest published per-person rate of the seven buildings that quote one. It is the only building here with four separate one-person rooms, and their floor areas are not all the same, so ask which one you are being shown.

The downtown tower at 315 Deaderick Street, home to Spaces, Nashville

What to expect: Two blocks from 500 Church Street, on the seventeenth floor of a downtown tower. The building also shares the band’s earliest start date, October 1, 2026, with Highland Ridge II.

1-2 Person Office Space Nashville: every building and size, one row each

The 49 rooms collapse into 18 building-and-size groups, 15 of which hold more than one room and can therefore differ inside themselves. Within a group the price is the same. Of those 15, the floor area differs in 11, the outside wall in 8, and the start date in 13 — so the last three columns are the ones to take to a viewing.

All 49 1-2 person office space Nashville listings, grouped by building and size, read September 22, 2026. Where a group holds several rooms the floor-area column spans all of them. “Earliest start listed” is the first date published for that building at that size.

Two entries there need a question before you commit. 315 Deaderick Street records one of its two one-person rooms at 2 m², which is 22 sq ft and almost certainly not the usable floor of a room you would sit in — and that is the room dated September 1, 2031. 1 Music Circle records one of its two one-person rooms at 9 to 11 m² and the other at 7 — which is why its group spans 7 to 11 in the table above. The upper bound on that larger room sits above every one of the building’s four two-person rooms, while it costs the one-person rate. Both are printed as the listings have them.

When can you actually move into 1-2 person office space Nashville?

Not today, on the evidence of the listings. Of the 49 rooms, 28 carry a start date and every one of those dates is in the future. The other 21 carry no date, which means the listing does not state one — if nothing dated suits you, those are the rooms to ask about first.

The earliest is October 1, 2026. 6 of the 28 fall inside the next ninety days, and they sit at just 3 addresses: 315 Deaderick St, 5380 Hickory Hollow Pkwy and Highland Ridge II. The latest is September 1, 2031, almost five years out.

The 6 rooms in the band with a published start date inside ninety days of September 22, 2026. One row per 1-2 person office space Nashville room, so the wall and the date belong to the same room.

They are 21 of the 49, the largest single group on this page and the first ones to ask about if a published date does not suit you. What the listing withholds is the date, not the room: the price, the size and the wall are all there.

One of those rows answers a question the grouped table cannot. Burton Hills IV lists two two-person rooms at $578, one on an outside wall and one interior; the undated one is the interior room, and the room with the wall is dated January 1, 2027.

1-2 Person Office Space Nashville or a coworking desk: which is cheaper?

At around five or six days a month, on the buildings that sell both. Every one of the 7 buildings with a one-person office also sells a hot desk by the day, so the comparison can be made inside a single address rather than across the city.

1-2 Person Office Space Nashville against a hot desk at the same address. Both figures come from the same building’s Wezoo listings. The hot-desk figure is the operator’s price plus the 10% booking fee; the office figure is the listed monthly price, which carries no booking fee in the listing.

Read your own row, and read the column that matches the term you can sign. On the twenty-four-month rate the crossover runs from 4.9 days at Highland Ridge II to 6.4 days at 201 Summit View Drive: in whole days, at five days a month the office already wins at 1 of the seven and at seven days it wins at all 7. On the twelve-to-twenty-four-month rate the whole set shifts to 8.0 to 8.8 days — about eight days a month at every one of the seven. A shorter term does not just cost more; it moves the point where an office beats a day pass by roughly three days.

Our guide to coworking space in Nashville covers the desks themselves. Day offices in Nashville covers the middle option, a private room booked by the day, which runs $108.90 to $251.90 a day per room across 11 buildings, whatever the room’s size.

How to choose 1-2 person office space Nashville, and how far ahead to ask

  1. Decide your term before you read a price. Every monthly rate in the 49 exists twice, and the shorter term runs between 26.6% and 75.1% above the longer one, depending on the building. The listing states a minimum term of one month; the cheapest published rate assumes twenty-four.

  2. On a budget, work from the second price column. On the twelve-to-twenty-four-month rate, 6 one-person rooms come in at $400 or under, and they sit at just two addresses, 315 Deaderick St and 500 Church Street. Cross that against the dates and the two constraints do not meet: 5 of those 6 are dated, the earliest April 1, 2027, and the sixth carries no date at all. Nothing at or under $400 has a published start date this year. The cheapest room that does is $579 at Highland Ridge II — so on that budget the move is to ask about the undated room at 500 Church Street, not to wait for a listing to change.

  3. Pick the size on what fits, not on the headcount. The label is a ceiling. One person can take a two-person room, and at 4 of these 11 buildings that is the only option there is.

  4. Ask which room. Two rooms at the same building with the same label and the same monthly rate can be several square meters apart, one on an outside wall and one interior, and months or years apart on start date. The grouped table above gives the spread; the listing does not tell you which room you are being offered.

  5. Check the start date before you fall for the price. 28 of the 49 rooms are dated, all of them forward, and only 6 inside ninety days.

  6. Send the inquiry early. 1-2 Person Office Space Nashville is a request, not an instant booking: you ask, the operator comes back with what is actually free and on what terms. The published dates give you no reason to wait — only 6 of the 49 rooms are dated inside ninety days, and 21 carry no date at all, so the answer to “when” comes from the operator rather than from a listing.

Best Nashville neighborhoods for a one- or two-person office

Downtown holds three of the 11 inside half a mile — the reference point itself, 500 Church Street, plus 315 Deaderick Street and 222 Second Avenue South. That cluster contains both the lowest published per-person rate of the eleven and the highest, so being central is a choice of building rather than a premium you pay. 2 of the 6 rooms dated inside ninety days are there too.

Music Row is one address, 1 Music Circle North, just over a mile out, and it has more rooms in this band than any downtown building except the Church Street one.

West End gives you two buildings around two and a half miles out, Two American Center and 3200 West End Avenue. Both list two-person rooms only.

East Nashville has one private-office address, 901 Woodland Street, and it is one of the two that price in bands.

Green Hills and the east side pick up at about five miles — Burton Hills IV to the south-south-west, Highland Ridge II to the east-south-east. Highland Ridge II has the deepest set of rooms in this band anywhere on the list.

Brentwood and Antioch are the outer ring, eight to eleven miles out, and the ones to look at if you are already south or south-east of downtown.

Other US cities where we have priced the same slice this month, if Nashville is not the only place you are looking: 1-2 person office space Seattle, 1-2 person office space Las Vegas and 1-2 person office space Jacksonville.

1-2 Person Office Space Nashville — frequently asked questions

How much does 1-2 person office space Nashville cost?

A private office labeled for one person in the Nashville area runs $235 to $495 a month on a term of twenty-four months or more, and $356 to $787 on a term of twelve to twenty-four months. A room for two runs $470 to $990 and $712 to $1,575 on those same two terms. Those figures cover all 49 such rooms Wezoo listed across 11 Nashville-area buildings on September 22, 2026.

Which Nashville-area buildings list 1-2 person office space Nashville?

Eleven. None of them publishes a date you could move in on today: every published start date is in the future, and the remaining 21 rooms carry no date at all. They are 500 Church Street, 315 Deaderick Street and 222 Second Avenue South downtown; 1 Music Circle on Music Row; Two American Center and 3200 West End Avenue on West End; Highland Ridge II east of the city and Burton Hills IV in Green Hills; Seven Springs and 201 Summit View Drive in Brentwood; and 5380 Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch. Two more buildings, both run by WeWork, price a room for a team of one to three rather than at a single headcount.

What is the minimum term on 1-2 person office space Nashville?

Every one of the 49 Nashville-area rooms in this size range states a minimum term of one month in its listing. The headline price is a separate matter: it is the rate for a term of twenty-four months or more, and the same listing publishes a higher rate for a term of twelve to twenty-four months. For a term shorter than twelve months, ask the operator.

How big is 1-2 person office space Nashville, in square feet?

Across the 11 Nashville-area buildings, the one-person rooms are recorded between 2 and 11 m² (22 to 118 sq ft), with most of them between 6 and 7 m² (65 to 75 sq ft). The 2 m² figure is one room at 315 Deaderick Street and is almost certainly not a usable floor area — ask before you rely on it. The two-person rooms are recorded between 7 and 10 m² (75 to 108 sq ft). Three things can vary inside a single price: the floor area, whether the room is on an outside wall, and when it becomes free — so ask which room you are being offered.

Can I move straight into 1-2 person office space Nashville?

Usually not on the published dates. Of the 49 Nashville-area rooms in this size range, 28 carry a start date and every one of those dates is in the future, the earliest being October 1, 2026. 6 of them fall inside ninety days, at 3 addresses. The other 21 rooms carry no date, which means the listing does not state one. Send an inquiry and the operator will confirm what is actually available.

Is 1-2 person office space Nashville or a coworking desk cheaper for one person?

The answer turns on how many days a month you show up. At the seven Nashville-area buildings that sell both, a one-person private office on the twenty-four-month rate costs the same as between 4.9 hot-desk days at Highland Ridge II and 6.4 at 201 Summit View Drive. On the twelve-to-twenty-four-month rate the whole set moves to 8.0 to 8.8 days, so a shorter term pushes the crossover out by roughly three days a month. The hot-desk figure includes the 10% booking fee; the office figure is the listed monthly rate.
