1-2 person office space Las Vegas — the glass tower at 101 Convention Center Dr.

Wezoo lists 125 private offices for one or two people at 21 Las Vegas buildings, and 1-2 person office space Las Vegas starts at $199 a month. That is the whole of the band: 32 offices listed for one person and 93 listed for two.

One thing to know before you compare anything. Every listing here is run by the same company — IWG, trading as Regus on 20 of the 22 listings and HQ on the other 2. The price differences below are differences between buildings and brands, not between competing operators, and the rental terms are one company’s terms everywhere. Our complete guide to private offices covers how these agreements work across the US.

For three people and up, 3-6 person office space Las Vegas covers the larger rooms at these and other Las Vegas addresses.

Wezoo snapshot — 1-2 Person Office Space Las Vegas

  • 21 buildings with a Las Vegas address list an office for one or two people, across 22 Wezoo listings
  • 125 individual offices: 32 for one person, 93 for two
  • One person $199–$675 a month · two people $398–$1,378
  • The typical listing asks $455 for one person across the 18 that include one, $910 for two across all 22 (median of each listing’s own lowest price, so a listing with 14 rooms counts once)
  • Floor area 22–108 sq ft (2–10 m²)
  • Minimum term one month on all 125 offices — but no one-month price is published
  • Operator: IWG throughout — Regus on 20 listings, HQ on 2

Every price here is the operator’s published starting price for that room, read from the 125 live offices on September 22, 2026. Treat them as the figure to open a conversation with, not a quote.

What does 1-2 person office space Las Vegas cost?

A one-person office runs $199 to $675 a month and a two-person office $398 to $1,378. Taking each listing’s own lowest price, the middle of the set is $455 across the 18 listings that include a one-person room, and $910 for two people across all 22. The cheapest one-person room is at 1810 E Sahara Ave; the most expensive is at 1 Meridian Vista Drive.

Those headline figures carry a condition that is easy to miss, and it is the most useful thing on this page. All 125 offices quote two monthly rates, not one: a lower rate for a term of 24 months or more, and a higher one for 12 to 24 months. The advertised price is always the longer-term rate. Sign for less than two years and you pay the second number.

The gap between the two is fixed per listing — to the nearest percentage point every office in a given listing carries the same ratio — but it varies sharply between them, from +9% at 400 S 4th Street to +67% at Bank of Nevada Complex. An attractive headline rate is not the same as the cheaper one-year deal. The same two-tier structure appears in 1-2 person office space San Antonio, so it is how this operator prices rather than a Las Vegas quirk.

Both rates are in the table below, in dollars, so you can compare 1-2 person office space Las Vegas on the term you will actually sign.

1-2 Person Office Space Las Vegas: every listing, both sizes

All 22 listings, ordered by the cheapest way in. Each cell carries both rates in dollars — the advertised 24-month price and what the same room costs on a 12 to 24 month term — plus the floor area and how many rooms of that size the listing holds. A dash means that size is not listed there.

Floor area is the range the listing itself gives. On 65 of the 125 offices it states a span rather than one measurement, so read the upper figure as the most the room can be and confirm it when you view. The headcount is the room’s maximum occupancy, not a count of desks that fit.

Two things the ordering hides. First, the 12 to 24 month column does not rank the way the headline column does: 17 of the 22 listings change position between the two terms. Las Vegas Town Square is the 17th cheapest for two people on the long term and the 21st on the short one; 1 Meridian Vista Drive moves the other way, 21st to 15th. Second, at every listing that offers both sizes the two-person price is exactly twice the one-person price on the advertised 24-month rate, and within a dollar of twice on the 12 to 24 month rate — the flat per-person structure the 3-6 person office space Las Vegas page sets out in full. If you are sizing for a team that might double, multiply.

Read the table on the term you will actually sign, not on the advertised one.

Only 18 of the 22 listings include a one-person office

If you are working alone, this is the constraint that decides your shortlist. 18 listings include a room for one person. The other 4 — 1635 Village Center Circle, 1980 Festival Plaza Drive, 400 S 4th Street and 6787 W Tropicana Ave — start at two, so the smallest room available there is a two-person room at the two-person price.

That sounds like a penalty, and often it isn’t. The cheapest two-person office in the band is $398 at 1810 E Sahara Ave — below the one-person room at 11 of the 18 listings that include one. Taking a room bigger than you need at an inexpensive address beats taking exactly what you need at an expensive one. The table is ordered by the cheapest way in rather than by room size; read it that way.

That choice is sharpest at one address. 400 S 4th Street and City Center Place are two listings on the same building — a pair the 3-6 person office space Las Vegas page takes apart in full — and in this band they split neatly. Only City Center Place includes a one-person room, at $339, and 400 S 4th Street is the cheaper of the two for a pair, at $498 against $678. Same front door, different answer depending on whether you are one person or two. Ask about both.

Not every building with a private office has a room sized for a single person, and that holds elsewhere too — see 1-2 person office space Phoenix, 1-2 person office space Charlotte and 1-2 person office space Seattle.

When should you choose 1-2 person office space Las Vegas over a hot desk?

When the door has to close. Client calls, regulated work, anything with a confidentiality duty attached, and anything where you need to leave a second monitor set up overnight. A private office at this size gives you a lockable room and a fixed address; a hot desk gives you a seat and flexibility.

What term do you actually have to sign?

Read the listings carefully here, because they say two things at once. Every one of the 125 offices states a minimum rent period of one month — so this is not a lease. But the only prices published are for terms of 12 to 24 months and 24 months or more. What a genuine one-month term costs is not published anywhere, and since the shorter of the two published terms is already 9% to 67% above the longer one, it is reasonable to expect a month-by-month rate above both. It is worth putting that question to the building before anything else. Our guide to private offices works through the same trade-off in more depth, and serviced office Las Vegas covers what the monthly figure includes.

If you expect to grow past two desks inside the year, price the next size up at the same time — because the per-person structure is flat, a third and fourth desk cost roughly what the first two did. 3-6 person office space Las Vegas has that grid.

How far ahead should you ask about 1-2 person office space Las Vegas?

Further ahead than the headline prices suggest, and this is where the cheap end of the table disappears. Of the 125 offices in this band, not one is listed as available today. 53 carry a future start date; the other 72 give no date at all, which means the listing does not say — not that the room is free.

Cross that against price and the range narrows sharply. 5 of the 22 listings publish a start date on or before October 31, 2026. The cheapest of them asks $465 for one person and $530 for two — against $199 and $398 across the table as a whole. The $199 room at 1810 E Sahara Ave is dated January 1, 2027.

Listing One person Two people Starts
2300 West Sahara Avenue $465 / $663 $930 / $1,326

October 1, 2026

500 North Rainbow Boulevard $475 / $663 $950 / $1,326

October 1, 2026

6787 W Tropicana Ave — $530 / $779

October 1, 2026

Las Vegas Town Square $585 / $960 $1,170 / $1,919

October 1, 2026

The Gramercy $635 / $861 $1,270 / $1,722

October 1, 2026

Prices are 24-month / 12–24-month. One caveat that matters more than the dates themselves: at every one of those 5 listings, exactly one office carries that start date. The rest of the rooms in the building are dated later or not at all, so the date in the table is the first door opening, not the building opening. Ask which room it is.

The dated supply spreads thin from there: October 2026, 5 offices · November 2026, 7 offices · December 2026, 8 offices · January 2027, 4 offices. Those are counts of individual offices, not of listings, and they cover 24 of the 53 dated offices — the remaining 29 start later, 16 of them between February and May 2027. The last dated office in the band is a room at Bank of Nevada Complex starting October 1, 2031, and 2 of the 22 listings publish no date on any room at all.

If you need a room this quarter, work the table above from the Earliest date column first and the price second — that is the binding constraint on 1-2 person office space Las Vegas right now.

Where the 22 Las Vegas listings sit

The 22 listings spread across 15 ZIP codes. Measured in a straight line from the downtown listing at 302 E. Carson Street, they reach 10.6 miles at 1980 Festival Plaza Drive. The rough shape is cheap and central, or expensive and suburban — the 3-6 person office space Las Vegas page sorts the same buildings east to northwest at the larger sizes. Full addresses are in the table above.

Within 5 miles of downtown — 9 listings. One person $199–$465, two people $398–$930. Cheapest on both sizes: 1810 E Sahara Ave (89104).

5 to 8.5 miles out — 6 listings. One person $359–$585, two people $530–$1,170. Cheapest for one person: 2410 Fire Mesa St (89128); for two: 6787 W Tropicana Ave (89103).

8.5 miles and further — 7 listings. One person $489–$675, two people $978–$1,378. Cheapest on both sizes: Arroyo Corporate Center (89113).

One practical note on the address itself. A Las Vegas mailing address does not always mean the building sits inside the city limits — much of the valley is unincorporated Clark County — and that decides who licenses you. The city publishes an “Am I In Las Vegas?” check alongside its business license pages, while Clark County requires a license of anyone operating a business in its unincorporated area. Confirm which applies to your building before you file.

That is the shortest term any of them publishes — but no price is published for a one-month commitment. The rates you see are for 12 to 24 months and for 24 months or more, so ask what a month-by-month arrangement would cost.

Can I move into 1-2 person office space Las Vegas straight away?

Not according to the listings. Not one of Wezoo’s 125 one- and two-person offices in Las Vegas is marked as available today. 53 publish a future start date, the earliest being October 1, 2026, and the other 72 publish no date at all — which means the listing does not say, not that the room is free. Ask the building directly.

Is 1-2 person office space Las Vegas available month to month?

Every one of Wezoo’s 125 one- and two-person offices in Las Vegas states a minimum rent period of one month, so a month-by-month arrangement is possible in principle. What it costs is another matter: the only rates published are for terms of 12 to 24 months and of 24 months or more, and no price is published for a one-month commitment. Since the shorter published term already runs 9% to 67% above the longer one, expect a month-by-month rate above both, and ask the building for it directly.

Who operates 1-2 person office space Las Vegas?

All 22 Las Vegas listings on Wezoo are IWG addresses — 20 listings trading as Regus and 2 as HQ. That makes the rental terms consistent across the city, and means the price differences between them reflect the building and the brand rather than a different company’s offer.
