1-2 person office space Jacksonville — Wezoo

Wezoo lists private offices in 16 Jacksonville buildings. Twelve of them publish a room rated for one or two people, and that is what this page covers: every 1-2 person office space Jacksonville listing Wezoo carries, priced by building, with floor area, window, floor and release date on each row.

The number that decides most searches is smaller still. Only eight of the 16 buildings list a one-person office at all. The other four in the band price their smallest room for two, and at the four buildings outside it the smallest room is rated for three people or more. A rated headcount is a ceiling, so a larger room will seat you — you just pay for the desk you are not using, which is why the one-desk shortlist is eight addresses rather than all 16. Rent across the whole band runs $295 to $850 a month on a two-year term — and if you want the full three-to-six-person picture, the sister page on 3-6 person office space Jacksonville takes it from there. For how the product works generally, start with our complete guide to private office space.

Two things shape every figure below. All twelve band buildings trade under two brands of the same operator group — Regus at ten addresses and HQ at two — and one pricing rule holds across all of them. The second: the “from” price on a listing is the two-year price. Every one of the 60 listings publishes a second, higher monthly figure for a term of one to two years, and it changes the order of the shortlist.

What does 1-2 person office space Jacksonville cost?

Before any of the figures below: every listing of 1-2 person office space Jacksonville labels its own pricing indicative, in that word, all 60 of them. The arithmetic on this page is exact because the published numbers are exact, but the published numbers are an opening position. Treat every price here as the figure the building will quote you, not the figure you will sign.

One desk costs $295 to $405 a month; two desks cost $570 to $850. Those are the figures a listing shows, and they apply to a term of two years or more. Sign for one to two years instead and the same twelve buildings quote $394 to $617 for one desk and $788 to $1,288 for two.

Both figures sit in the same field. Every listing’s description ends with a line in this shape: “2 people · 8–10 m² · floor G. Indicative monthly pricing: $650/month (24+ month term), $890/month (12–24 month term).” The headline “from” price is the first of the two. The gap between them is a property of the building, not of the room: each address applies one multiplier to every office it lists and rounds the result to the dollar. Across the twelve the gap runs from +21.2% at 4720 Salisbury Road to +52.3% at Flagler Center.

In money, a one-desk room costs between $69 and $212 a month more on the shorter term — $69 at 4720 Salisbury Road, $212 at Flagler Center — and a two-desk room between $138 and $438. That is what a year of commitment costs instead of two, per address. The listings write the two bands as “24+ month term” and “12–24 month term” and do not say which side a term of exactly 24 months falls on, so ask.

That gap re-orders the market. On the two-year rate 841 Prudential Drive has the cheapest single desk on this page at $295. Move to a one-to-two-year term and 4720 Salisbury Road takes the lead at $394, while 841 Prudential Drive rises to $417. Neither building changed; the term did. On a one-year term the cheapest single desk on this page is $394 a month, $4,728 a year; the cheapest two-desk room is $788, $9,456 a year, at the same address. Decide which column you are shopping before you compare anything.

Every building that lists 1-2 person office space Jacksonville, cheapest desk rate first. A dash means the building publishes no one-person room; the last column is what that building’s own listing records as a nearby stop, and “not listed” means the listing says nothing either way. Prices are monthly, as listed on September 22, 2026.

Rent here is arithmetic: the building’s rate per desk times the room’s rated headcount. On the two-year rate a two-desk room is exactly twice a one-desk room at the same address, at all eight buildings that sell both. On the one-to-two-year rate it holds at six of the eight; the other two land a dollar off because each row is rounded separately — 10163 Fortune Parkway ($978 against a published $979) and 841 Prudential Drive ($834 against a published $833). Read the rate column as the pair of 24-month prices: one desk is the rate, two desks is twice it. The one-to-two-year figures need the building’s own gap, which its card carries further down.

Which buildings sell 1-2 person office space Jacksonville for a single desk?

Eight of them: 841 Prudential Drive, 10151 Deerwood Park Boulevard, 4720 Salisbury Road, 9428 Baymeadows Road, 208 N. Laura Street, 10163 Fortune Parkway, Bank of America Tower and Flagler Center. Between them they carry 13 one-person listings. The remaining four band buildings — 1505 Dennis Street, Quadrant 1, 4600 Touchton Road and 10752 Deerwood Park Boulevard — start at two desks.

This is the trap in reading a desk rate off a table. 1505 Dennis Street has the lowest rate per desk on this page at $285, and no one-person office. The cheapest thing you can rent there is a two-desk room at $570. A solo operator who sorts on the rate column and calls the first number spends $275 a month more than they need to — 841 Prudential Drive rents a one-desk room for $295.

Windows narrow it again. Every listing in this band is labelled external or internal — a window on the outside wall, or an interior room. Of the 13 one-person offices, four are external, spread over four buildings: 9428 Baymeadows Road, 4720 Salisbury Road, 208 N. Laura Street and 10163 Fortune Parkway. The cheapest single desk on this page, at 841 Prudential Drive, is an interior room. The cheapest one with a window is $325, at 4720 Salisbury Road and 9428 Baymeadows Road. The label costs nothing on its own: the price is still rate times headcount, so an external and an internal room of the same size at the same address carry the same rent. What the label changes is which rooms exist.

All 13 one-desk rooms Wezoo lists in Jacksonville, cheapest first, September 22, 2026. ⚠ marks a stated floor area that cannot be right.

Does a two-desk room buy more floor space?

Mostly yes, and at two addresses not at all. Across the 58 rows of 1-2 person office space Jacksonville whose stated area is usable, one-person rooms are recorded at 43–75 sq ft (4–7 m²) and two-person rooms at 75–108 sq ft (7–10 m²). The two ranges touch at 75 sq ft (7 m²) and go no further, so above that size every room in the band is a two-desk room. At exactly 75 sq ft, two buildings sell the same size under both labels:

  • 9428 Baymeadows Road lists a 75 sq ft (7 m²) room at $325 a month for one person and a 75 sq ft (7 m²) room at $650 for two.
  • 10163 Fortune Parkway lists a 75 sq ft (7 m²) room at $385 a month for one person and a 75 sq ft (7 m²) room at $770 for two.

That doubling is not a mystery, it is the pricing rule stated plainly: the second desk is what you are buying, not the second square foot. Worth knowing if you are one person wondering whether to size up for the room to breathe — at these two addresses, the listing records no extra floor for the extra money. Ask what the room actually holds before you sign; a rated headcount is a maximum, not a desk count.

The nineteen dated rooms in the band, earliest first. Only four of them are one-person rooms.

Two of the twelve buildings carry no start date on any of their band rooms. Whichever room you shortlist, ask for a move-in date in writing before you plan around one.

When is a hot desk cheaper than 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

Up to about a day a week, almost always. Ten of the twelve band buildings also sell a hot desk by the day, and seven of those sell a one-person office too — so the comparison can be made at one address, with one commute, rather than against a city average. Day rates run $39 at 9428 Baymeadows Road to $69 at 10752 Deerwood Park Boulevard before the booking fee, and each building publishes a single rate for every desk it lists.

The two products are priced on different bases, which matters here. A hot desk carries a booking fee of 10% of the rate, so $39 is $42.90 at checkout. A private office publishes a monthly amount with no fee or tax field beside it. The table below gives both readings, in whole days.

Days per month from which 1-2 person office space Jacksonville costs strictly less than the same building’s hot desk, with the 10% booking fee counted in the day rate. Strip the fee out and the 24-month figure moves up by a day at six of the seven, the one-to-two-year figure at five.

Three brackets, then, for 1-2 person office space Jacksonville against a desk in a shared room. Up to five days a month the hot desk is cheaper at all seven buildings, on both terms and both readings. At nine days — two days most weeks — 1-2 person office space Jacksonville wins at all seven on the two-year rate. At twelve days it wins at all seven on either term. In between, the answer is the building’s, not the market’s.

One correction worth making, because the arithmetic invites it: a pair does not reach the line in half the days. Two people need two hot desks, and a two-desk office is exactly twice a one-desk office, so both sides double and the day count is identical. If you want the shared-desk option on its own terms, coworking space in Jacksonville covers it building by building.

Getting to 1-2 person office space Jacksonville: transit and parking in the listings

Five of the twelve buildings that list 1-2 person office space Jacksonville publish a bus stop or a station in their nearby-points list, with a walking distance attached:

  • Bank of America Tower — the bus stop, named “Bay Street & Laura Street”, 157 ft, under a minute on foot
  • 208 N. Laura Street — the bus stop, named “Bay Street & Laura Street”, 640 ft, 2 minutes on foot
  • 841 Prudential Drive — the stop its listing files as a train station, named “San Marco”, 0.3 mi, 6 minutes on foot
  • 10163 Fortune Parkway — an unnamed bus stop, 0.5 mi, 9 minutes on foot
  • 1505 Dennis Street — the stop its listing files as a train station, named “Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center”, 0.5 mi, 10 minutes on foot

One caution before you use that list: the listing records the type and the name of the stop and nothing else. No routes, no operator, no timetable. If someone on the team travels by bus, check the name against the transit authority’s own network map before you shortlist on it.

Those same five addresses also carry a near public transport flag in their facilities list. The other seven carry neither the flag nor a transit entry: five of them list parking only, and two list no nearby points at all. That is a gap in the listing rather than a finding about the street — nothing there says the bus does not stop. The cheapest one-desk room at an address with a stop in its listing is $417 on a one-year term, $23 a month above the cheapest room on the page; for two desks it is $833, $45 above.

Straight-line distance splits 1-2 person office space Jacksonville cleanly in two. Measured from Bank of America Tower at 50 N. Laura Street, four buildings sit within 1.2 miles of downtown: 208 N. Laura Street (0.1 mi), 841 Prudential Drive (0.8 mi), 1505 Dennis Street (1.1 mi), plus the tower itself. The other eight are 6.8 miles or more out, running to 15.0, and every one of them lies south or southeast of the tower. These are straight lines, not drive times.

What 1-2 person office space Jacksonville includes, and what the listings never say

Each of the twelve buildings that lists 1-2 person office space Jacksonville publishes the same facilities block: High-speed WiFi, Fully furnished office, Utilities included, On-site support and reception, 24/7 building access and Meeting room access. One signature, twelve buildings — read it as a description of the product, not as a difference between addresses. Nothing here helps you choose; it tells you what a private office is on this platform.

Two access facts, from two different places in the listing. Private-office tenants get 24/7 building access: all twelve buildings say so in their own private-office FAQ. The opening hours each building publishes separately — 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday — are the hours its meeting rooms keep. Both are the same wording at all twelve, so confirm the out-of-hours arrangement at the address you pick rather than reading it off the page.

The two floor-area figures that cannot be right

841 Prudential Drive’s one-person office — the cheapest single desk on this page at $295 — states a floor area of 22 sq ft (2 m²). Flagler Center’s states 11 sq ft (1 m²). Both are smaller than the desk they would hold. They stay in the tables with a marker rather than being dropped, because a blank cell would say something different. Treat the two figures as unusable and ask those buildings for the dimensions. The other 58 rows are plausible and consistent: 43–108 sq ft (4–10 m²).

Four things the listing has no field for: a deposit, a service or parking charge, a notice period, and the rate that applies once your first term ends. That is a gap in what is published, not a claim that none of them exist — which is the reason to ask for a first-invoice figure rather than a monthly rate, and to ask what the rent becomes the month after whichever term you sign ends.

One more, if the address has to work on paper. Duval County’s Tax Collector states that a Local Business Tax Receipt applies to “most businesses, including home-based and one-person operations”, and Florida’s enabling statute, Chapter 205, lets a municipality tax “any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office within the municipality”. A monthly private office with your own door is the kind of address that question is asked about, so put it on the list for the call along with the first invoice.

The twelve buildings that list 1-2 person office space Jacksonville

Every building that lists 1-2 person office space Jacksonville gets a profile. The eight that sell a single desk come first, cheapest one-desk room first; the four with a two-desk minimum follow, among them the cheapest two-desk room on the page. Every figure is from the building’s own Wezoo listing on September 22, 2026.

Not ready for a monthly commitment?

If the office is one day a week and the rest is at home, the numbers above say rent nothing. Ten of these buildings sell a hot desk by the day from $39, and a private room by the day starts at $109 at 9428 Baymeadows Road — both booked one day at a time, no term at all. Day offices in Jacksonville covers that side. Shopping the same band in another city? 1-2 person office space Miami, 1-2 person office space Charlotte and 1-2 person office space San Antonio run the same numbers there. 1-2 person office space Jacksonville — frequently asked questions

How much is 1-2 person office space Jacksonville per month?

One desk is $295 to $405 a month and two desks are $570 to $850, on a term of 24 months or more. On a one-to-two-year term the same rooms are $394 to $617 for one desk and $788 to $1,288 for two. Both figures come from the listing itself; the headline “from” price is the longer term.

How many Jacksonville buildings list a one-person private office?

Eight of the 16 buildings Wezoo lists private offices in, carrying 13 one-person listings between them. Four more sell a two-desk room as their smallest unit. At the other four the smallest room is rated for three or more, and at one of those it is rated for 16, which is why this page covers 12 addresses rather than 16.

Which building has the cheapest 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

For one desk on a 24-month term, 841 Prudential Drive at $295 a month. On a one-to-two-year term it is 4720 Salisbury Road at $394. For two desks the cheapest is 1505 Dennis Street at $570 on the longer term. All three are room prices, not rates per desk. Note that the lowest rate per desk of the twelve, $285 at 1505 Dennis Street, does not give you the cheapest room, because that building sells nothing smaller than two desks.

What does it cost to add the second desk to 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

The building’s own rate per desk, which runs $285 to $425 a month on a term of 24 months or more. Rent is that rate multiplied by the room’s rated headcount, so on that term a two-person room is exactly twice a one-person room at the same address. At 9428 Baymeadows Road and 10163 Fortune Parkway, which each list a one- and a two-person room of the same stated floor area, the second desk is all the extra money buys.

How much floor area comes with 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

One-person rooms are recorded at 43–75 sq ft (4–7 m²) and two-person rooms at 75–108 sq ft (7–10 m²), on 58 of the 60 listings. Two one-person rooms state 11 sq ft (1 m²) and 22 sq ft (2 m²), which cannot be right; ask Flagler Center and 841 Prudential Drive for the dimensions. Remember the headcount on a listing is a maximum for the room, not a count of desks in it.

Can I move into 1-2 person office space Jacksonville right away?

41 of the 60 listings publish no start date and nineteen publish one, running from October 1, 2026 to December 1, 2027. Only four of the 13 one-person rooms carry a date. A blank date means the listing does not say when the room frees up, not that it is free now, so confirm the date in writing either way.

Is a hot desk cheaper than 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

Up to about a day a week, almost always. At the seven Jacksonville buildings that sell both a hot desk and a one-person office, the office starts costing less somewhere between 6 and 8 days a month on a 24-month term, and between 8 and 11 days on a one-to-two-year term, counting the desk’s 10% booking fee in the day rate. Two people do not reach that line sooner: they need two hot desks, and a two-desk office is twice a one-desk office, so both sides double and the crossover for 1-2 person office space Jacksonville lands in the same place whether you are one person or two.

What is the minimum term on 1-2 person office space Jacksonville?

One month. All 60 listings state a minimum rent period of one month. The two prices each listing publishes are quotes for 24-month-plus and 12-to-24-month commitments, which is a different question from the shortest period the room can be rented for. Before signing for 1-2 person office space Jacksonville, ask what the rate becomes the month after your own term ends — month 13 on a one-year deal, not month 25.
