Three of West London’s virtual office addresses share a single postcode: W2 6LG, on Eastbourne Terrace behind Paddington station. All three sell the address and a private office, and nothing you can book by the hour. Cross the station — 190 metres from the nearest of them — and Regus at Paddington Kingdom Street sells meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices alongside the same service. Same station. Different answer.
That is the thing worth knowing before you pick a virtual office West London address: what sits behind the address is set by the operator running the building, not by the postcode on your letterhead. This page lists all 32 virtual office addresses Wezoo has in West London — 15 postcode districts, 13 operators, one listing per building — with the operator behind each and what else that building lists. If you are still deciding whether the product suits you at all, start with our complete guide to virtual offices in the UK.
Two practical notes before the list. Virtual offices are quoted rather than booked, so Wezoo carries no rate for them and nothing here invents one — you send an enquiry and the operator comes back with a plan and a price. And whichever door you pick, get two things in writing before you pay: that the plan covers use of the address as your registered office and not only as a trading or mail address, and what happens to post that arrives after you leave.
Where West London starts and stops here
London has no legal western boundary, so the line has to be drawn. This guide uses the postcode districts west of the West End — W2 to W14 — plus the outer-western districts UB, HA1 and NW10, the same line as our coworking space West London guide.
W1 is the West End: for those addresses see office space in Central London. TW postcodes — Twickenham, Richmond, Isleworth — sit in the south-west guides. That leaves 32 buildings: W2 (6), W6 (5), W8 (3), W12 (3), one each in W4, W5, W11 and W14, 8 across the UB districts from Perivale out to Uxbridge and Heathrow, NW10 (2) and HA1 (1). Worth saying plainly, because the boundary implies more than the list holds: there is nothing in W3 (Acton), W7, W9, W10 or W13, and nothing in UB3 or UB4 (Hayes). If you are in Acton the nearest addresses are in Ealing, White City and Park Royal; if you are in Hayes they are at Stockley Park and on the Bath Road.

What do you actually get with a virtual office in West London?
A business address you can use on the register, on invoices and on your website, with your post handled there. Plans vary in what they wrap around that — mail forwarding, call answering, meeting-room credits — and some cover a trading address only, so the scope is a quote-stage question at every one of these 32 buildings.
The legal part is worth settling first, because it is why most people buy one. A registered office has to be a physical UK address in the country your company is registered in, and since 4 March 2024 it must be an ‘appropriate address’ — one where post addressed to the company would be expected to reach someone acting for it, and where delivery can be acknowledged. A PO Box no longer qualifies. A service provider’s address does, as long as it meets those same conditions.
The other reason is privacy, and it is blunt. Companies House has a statutory duty to publish your registered office and states that it cannot protect that address even when it is sensitive. Run the company from your kitchen table, register the kitchen table, and it stays on the public record. Renting a door somewhere else is the fix — asking for yours to be hidden afterwards is not.
One thing that catches people out, and it is the difference between solving this and only half-solving it. A director has two addresses on the record: the company’s registered office, and their own service address, which is also published. Companies House says in terms that if you do not want your home address to be public you should use a different address for your service address or the registered office. Move the registered office alone and your home address can still be sitting on the register as your service address. Changing it is a separate filing — form CH01, free, filed online — and the registered office itself moves on form AD01. Anything you filed previously stays in the company’s filing history either way, so the earlier you do this the less there is to unpick.
Which virtual office West London addresses come with a room you can book?
23 of the 32. Meeting rooms at 22 buildings, hot desks at 18, day offices at 17, and 15 buildings that carry all three. The remaining 9 list the address and a private office. If you expect to sign for post in person, meet a client at what is nominally your own address, or take a desk a couple of days a month, that is the split that decides your shortlist.
One piece of background first: a private office is listed at 390 of the 398 buildings Wezoo carries in London, and at all 375 that carry a virtual office. The handful of exceptions are hotels and event venues. That is how the platform is built rather than a fact about the market — so “is there an office behind it?” is never the useful question. “Is there a room I can book on Tuesday?” is.

Across those 375 London addresses, 86 buildings list rooms, desks and day offices alongside the address. Where they sit is almost entirely a question of whose name is over the door. Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature — four brands of one company, IWG — account for 71 of them, out of 82 addresses. Elementa accounts for 12 of its 27. The other 30 operators Wezoo lists in London manage it at 3 addresses between them, out of 266.
How to read every count on this page. These are counts of what each operator lists with Wezoo, not a survey of what is inside their buildings. Plenty of the operators at zero run excellent meeting rooms; those rooms are simply not part of what they publish here today. So read the numbers as “what you can book at this address right now, without asking” — and if the building you want is not on that list, the room is a question for the operator rather than a closed door.
Does the postcode decide it?
Less than the raw count suggests. Half of the virtual office West London addresses — 16 of 32 — are run under the four IWG brands, against 66 of 343 across the rest of London. Since those are the buildings that list the full set, West London ends up with 15 of 32 carrying rooms, desks and day offices where the rest of London has 71 of 343. The operator mix accounts for essentially all of that difference.
But the mix is not spread evenly across West London, and this is where a district-level reader should stop and look. Out in the UB, HA1 and NW10 districts — Uxbridge, Heathrow, Harrow, Park Royal — 8 of 11 addresses are IWG-brand buildings and 10 of the 11 list something bookable. In the W2 to W14 core, it is 8 of 21 and 13 of 21. The core looks a lot more like the rest of London than the corridor does.
The practical version is short. Out here the odds are better than they look on a London average, and the reason is who is running the buildings rather than which side of the city they are on — the same concentration of Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature buildings shows up in Croydon, Bromley and Twickenham, none of which is west of anything. Check the operator, and expect the airport corridor to carry more than the W postcodes do.
West London address by address
Every virtual office West London address, grouped by district. The busiest districts get a write-up each below; the rest are in the tables further down, where the building name links straight through to its listing.
Paddington and Bayswater — W2
W2 has 6 virtual office addresses, more than any other district in West London, and all 6 of them sit within about 425 metres of one another around Paddington station. Two of the six list something you can book; four are the address and a private office.

Paddington Kingdom Street (Regus, W2 6BD) lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. Sixth floor, above the Sheldon Square basin, two minutes from the station concourse. Of the six W2 addresses it is the one that does most at the door.

Paddington Sheldon Square (Regus, One Kingdom Street, W2 6BD) is in the same block and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms and day offices — rooms and day offices, no hot desks.

20 Eastbourne Terrace and 19 Eastbourne Terrace (both Fora) and 2 Eastbourne Terrace (WeWork) share the postcode W2 6LG on the ramp down the side of the station, the outer two 111 metres apart. Each lists the address and a private office. Design-led buildings with the address service attached: the right call if you want the W2 postcode and a smart reception on your letterhead, and a conversation with the operator if you also want to hold meetings there. Number 19 is profiled in our London virtual office guide.

5 Merchant Square (WeWork, W2 1AY) is the sixth, north over the canal on the Paddington Basin estate and 425 metres from Kingdom Street, the far corner of the W2 cluster. It lists the address and a private office.

Uxbridge, Hayes and Heathrow — UB7, UB8, UB10 and UB11
The UB districts are the quiet end of West London and the strongest on this measure: 8 addresses between Perivale and the airport perimeter, 7 of which list something you can book. Six of them are below; Sabichi House in Perivale and the Charter Building in Uxbridge are in the tables further down.

Stockley Park (Regus, 6-9 The Square, UB11 1FW) sits in the business park between Hayes and the airport and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. A UB11 address reads as a corporate West London base rather than a central-London one, which for a lot of trade, logistics and aviation-adjacent businesses is the more useful signal.
Request Stockley Park on Wezoo →
Stockley Park – 4 Longwalk (Orega, UB11 1FE) is on the same estate and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms. Uxbridge – The Belmont (Orega, Belmont Road, UB8 1HE) is in the town centre and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms.

Heathrow Bath Road (Regus, 450 Bath Road, UB7 0EB) is on the airport perimeter road and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. For a business whose customers arrive by plane, a Bath Road address does a job a W1 one cannot.

Hillingdon House (Regus, Wren Avenue, UB10 0FD) lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. Radisson RED London Heathrow (Radisson, Heathrow Boulevard, UB7 0DU), the one hotel on the list, lists the address and a private office.

White City and Shepherd’s Bush — W12

White City (Central Working, 84 Wood Lane, W12 0BZ) lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices, and is the one West London building outside the IWG brands that does. Venture X White City (1 Ariel Way, W12 7SL), inside the Westfield estate, lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms and hot desks. Kindling – White City (Oneder, Mediaworks, 191 Wood Lane, W12 7FP) lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms. Central line and Overground at the door, and the broadcast cluster around them: a W12 address carries a production association the other West London postcodes do not.

Park Royal — NW10

Park Royal (Spaces, NW10 7FQ) is the North Circular end of West London and lists the address, a private office and meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. Park Royal is a working industrial estate rather than an office district, so an NW10 address reads as logistics, food production and trade — exactly right for some businesses and the wrong signal for others. 186 Brent Crescent (HQ, NW10 7XR) is the second NW10 address and lists the address, a private office and hot desks and day offices; it is profiled in our Brentford guide.
Kensington and Holland Park — W8 and W11

Pavilion Kensington (Pavilion, 96 Kensington High Street, W8 4SG) lists the address and a private office. It is the third W8 address; the other two, along with United House on Pembridge Road in W11, are profiled in our virtual office Kensington guide. A Kensington High Street address is the most expensive-sounding postcode on this list, and the one most likely to be doing commercial work for you before anyone opens the proposal.

Six of those last seven buildings are run under an IWG brand and five of them list the full set; 186 Brent Crescent lists desks and day offices but no meeting room. The seventh, 19 Eastbourne Terrace, is one of the Fora pair in W2 and lists the address and a private office.
Reception, mail and what a listing does not say
Wezoo publishes a services list for each building, and 9 of the 32 West London addresses name a staffed reception in theirs. Read that as a count of what the listings say, not a count of buildings with a front desk, because the pattern behind it is a cataloguing difference rather than a building one.
Across all 375 London virtual-office addresses, 178 name a reception — but split by operator it is 3 of the 82 IWG-brand buildings against 175 of 293 elsewhere. Nobody thinks the full-service centres are the ones without a manned desk. Operators itemise different things, and an absent line on a listing is an absent line, not an absent reception. Mail forwarding, call answering and meeting-room credits work the same way: ask at quote stage.
The same caution applies to the private-office side. Four of the 32 West London listings — Radisson RED London Heathrow, Missionworks, Venture X White City and Kindling – White City — carry an office record with no room sizes or capacities filled in yet, so if a managed office is part of the plan, ask what is actually available there.
What happens after you send a request?
The request goes to the operator, not into a booking system. They come back with the plan and the price for what you asked for — registered office, trading address, mail forwarding, call answering, or some combination. Wezoo does not publish a turnaround time for that, so if you are working to a filing deadline, say so in the enquiry.
Two things will shape how fast it moves, and neither is ours to promise. A business that supplies a registered office or business address is a trust or company service provider, which must register with HMRC for money-laundering supervision; expect identity checks on you and your directors before anyone hands over an address, so have passports and proof of address ready. And the filing is yours to do: the registered office moves on form AD01 and a director’s service address on form CH01, both free and both filed online — but only once you have the address and written permission to use it.
And if it is the building you want rather than only the address, the 23 West London buildings that list a meeting room, hot desk or day office carry live prices for those on Wezoo. Our coworking space West London guide prints the day rates across much of the same estate.
Ready to set up your virtual office in West London?
Virtual office West London: frequently asked questions
Can I use a virtual office West London address as my registered office?
Usually yes, provided the plan you buy covers registered-office use and the address meets the Companies House test. Since 4 March 2024 a registered office must be an ‘appropriate address’ — post addressed to the company must be expected to reach someone acting for it there, and delivery must be capable of being acknowledged. A third-party provider’s address qualifies if it meets those conditions; a PO Box does not. Get registered-office use confirmed in writing, because some plans cover a trading or mail address only.
How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in West London?
32 buildings hold a virtual office West London listing, one each, across 15 postcode districts and 13 operators. That is W2 to W14 plus UB, HA1 and NW10; W1 counts as the West End and sits in the Central London guides.
What does a virtual office in West London cost?
Wezoo does not publish a price for virtual offices, because they are quoted rather than booked: you send an enquiry and the operator comes back with a figure for the plan you want. That is different from a hot desk or a meeting room, which carry live rates on the site. Any West London average you see quoted elsewhere is someone else’s estimate, not ours.
Which West London addresses let me book a meeting room at the same building?
22 of the 32 list meeting rooms, 18 list hot desks and 17 list day offices. 15 list all three, and here they are in full: Paddington Kingdom Street, Chiswick Park, Ealing, 12 Hammersmith Grove, Hammersmith The Foundry, Kensington High Street, White City, West Kensington, Park Royal, Sabichi House, Heathrow Bath Road, the Charter Building, Hillingdon House, Stockley Park and 79 College Road.
Will my home address stay private if I use one?
Only if you change both of the addresses on the record. A virtual office takes your home address off the register as the company’s registered office — but a director also has a published service address, and that is a separate field changed on a separate form (CH01). Companies House’s own guidance is to use a different address for your service address or the registered office if you do not want your home address public, so change both at once; anything already filed stays in the company’s filing history.
Companies House holds directors’ residential addresses on a private register and shares them with credit reference agencies and specified public authorities such as the police. It also has a statutory duty to publish the registered office and states that it cannot protect that address even when it is sensitive — so the fix is to register a different address from the start, not to ask for yours to be removed later.
Is a Heathrow or Uxbridge address worse than a W2 one?
It is different, not worse. A UB address reads as the airport corridor and suits logistics, aviation-adjacent and field-based businesses; a W2 address reads as central London with the Elizabeth line attached. On what the building actually carries, the UB corridor is the stronger end of this list: 7 of its 8 addresses list something bookable alongside the address, against 2 of the 6 in W2.

Supply figures for this virtual office West London list were read from the Wezoo platform on 14 September 2026 and counted one line per building. They describe what each operator lists with Wezoo, which is not the same as everything inside the building.
