A virtual office in Pune is an address, not a desk. You are paying for a real Pune street address that can sit on your invoices, your website and your filings, and for someone at that address to take in the post and the notices that follow it. Wezoo lists nine of them across the city, from the EON Free Zone in Kharadi to Baner on the western side of the river.

Below is every virtual office in Pune that Wezoo lists, with its district and postcode, plus the part most comparison pages skip: what the Registrar of Companies and a GST officer want to see before a Pune address becomes your registered office.

  • Included on every plan: business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access

What does a virtual office in Pune cost?

None of the nine publishes a monthly rate. That is not a gap in this page: our national guide to virtual offices in India found the same across all 129 Indian addresses on Wezoo, where not one carries a published price. Every Pune address is quoted when you ask, and the quote comes from the operator rather than a price list.

Two things move that number. The first is how much of the plan you switch on. Every Pune listing carries the same core: the business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and access to meeting rooms in the building. Forwarding and scanning of post are not in that core on every plan, so ask for them by name rather than assuming.

The second is the paperwork, and it is usually the larger share of what a virtual office in Pune actually costs. An address you can file comes with a notarised agreement in your company name, an authorisation from the owner to use the premises, and a recent utility bill in the owner name. Somebody has to produce that pack. An address offered for nothing rarely comes with one, and an address without one cannot be filed. For the national picture across Indian cities, our guide to virtual office addresses in India sets out what the product includes.

Is a Pune business address accepted for company registration?

Two authorities have to be satisfied and they ask for different things. For a company, the registered office is verified on Form INC-22 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the form is built for premises used with the owner permission: it even asks you to list the other companies registered at the same address. Our national guide sets out the full document list, which is the same list whichever Indian city you file from.

What is specific to Pune is GST. The GST portal is explicit that your principal place of business has to sit inside the state you are registering in, so a virtual office in Pune gives you a Maharashtra registration and nothing else. If you need a presence in another state, you need an address in that state, which is what drives most multi-state demand for this product.

The same guidance tells you how to describe a shared address on the application: where the principal place of business is a coworking or serviced space, the nature of possession is Shared, unless you hold a valid registered sub-let agreement with the provider. Getting that field wrong is a common reason for a query. In April 2025 the CBIC instructed officers to stick to the prescribed document list and to stop raising presumptive queries for documents that are not essential; the document rules themselves sit in the CGST Rules, with a registration help section on the portal alongside them.

The honest summary is that a Pune address can be your registered office and your GST principal place of business, and whether a given filing goes through turns on the pack the operator hands you rather than on the building. Ask for the documents before you pay. The full document pack, and the rule that each state needs its own registration, are set out in our guide to a virtual office for GST registration.

The 9 virtual office addresses on Wezoo in Pune

Each virtual office in Pune below is listed with its district and its postcode, because for this product those two are most of the decision. None of them is booked: you send an enquiry, and the operator comes back with the plan and the quote, normally within a business day.

1. World Trade Centre Pune, Kharadi

virtual office in pune at World Trade Centre Pune, Kharadi

World Trade Centre Pune by Regus, Kharadi

The eighth floor of the World Trade Centre sits inside the EON Free Zone, next to EON IT Park, and the listing describes it as part of an international business community. Of the nine, the World Trade Centre name is the one a client is most likely to recognise without looking it up, which is the point of the product when they read your invoice before they ever meet you. There is a quiet business lounge, on-site parking, step-free access and several food and drink outlets, so the meeting-room option is worth having here.

Address: Kharadi, Pune 411014. Operated by: Regus.

2. The Platinum Towers, Kharadi

The Platinum Towers virtual office address, Kharadi, Pune

The Platinum Towers by Regus, Kharadi

The second Kharadi address, on Old Mundhwa Road, near the EON Free Zone and the Global Business Hub. The listing puts Pune International Airport around six kilometres away and makes a point of the on-site parking, which matters when a courier or a visiting auditor has to find you. It is the second Kharadi option on the list, so take it when you want that postcode and the World Trade Centre is not where you want the registered office sitting.

Address: Kharadi, Pune 411014. Operated by: Regus.

3. Sky One, Kalyani Nagar

Sky One virtual office address, Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Sky One by Regus, Kalyani Nagar

Kalyani Nagar sits in central Pune rather than out on the IT-park edge, so of the nine this is the shortest trip from most of the city if you ever collect post in person. Sky One is a Grade A development with a staffed reception and on-site parking, and the listing puts Kalyani Nagar station around 600 metres from the door. Our national guide picks it out as the Maharashtra address to hold alongside a Mumbai registration.

Address: Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411006. Operated by: Regus.

4. Platinum Capital, Mundhwa

Platinum Capital virtual office address, Mundhwa, Pune

Platinum Capital by Regus, Mundhwa

On North Main Road in Mundhwa, a short way inside the Kharadi IT belt without being in it. This is the listing that spells out the registered-office caveat in its own words: the address can be used as your business address, and you should confirm the registered-office rules with the operator before you file. That is the right order of operations for all nine, and it is useful to see an operator say so.

Address: Mundhwa, Pune 411036. Operated by: Regus.

5. Pentagon 2, Magarpatta City

Pentagon 2 by Regus, Magarpatta City

Magarpatta City in Hadapsar is a planned corporate and IT township, which gives an address here a different flavour from a tower on a main road: the whole district reads as business. Pentagon 2 is on the sixth floor of an award-winning eco development, with an outdoor terrace, a coffee bar and a business lounge. Seasons Mall, Amanora Mall and the Kharadi IT district are all listed as nearby.

6. The Capital, Hadapsar

The Capital virtual office address, Hadapsar, Pune

The Capital by Regus, Hadapsar

The fourth floor of The Capital, on Pune-Solapur Road near Mega Center in the Magarpatta Annexe. Hadapsar is one of the city’s IT and industrial districts, and this address sits in the middle of it rather than on the edge looking in. Pune Railway Station is a short drive and the listing puts the airport under an hour, which suits a company whose directors arrive by train rather than by air.

Address: Hadapsar, Pune 411013. Operated by: Regus.

7. Solitaire Business Hub, Viman Nagar

Solitaire Business Hub by Regus, Viman Nagar

Viman Nagar is Pune’s commercial and aviation district, and this is the closest address of the nine to the airport, around two kilometres by the listing’s own measure, with a bus stop about a four-minute walk away. If directors fly in for board meetings and the registered office should be somewhere they can reach between flights, start here.

Address: Viman Nagar, Pune 411014. Operated by: Regus.

8. Shanti Work Space, Vishrantwadi

Shanti Work Space virtual office address, Vishrantwadi, Pune

Shanti Work Space by HQ, Vishrantwadi

Plot No. 32, Indraprastha, on Vishrantwadi Airport Road, and the only address of the nine operated by HQ rather than Regus. The listing puts Pune International Airport 2.9 kilometres away and describes a staffed reception and a stocked kitchen, with coworking, meeting rooms and private offices in the same building if the plan has to grow into space you sit in.

Address: Vishrantwadi, Pune 411015. Operated by: HQ.

9. 45 Baner Street, Baner

45 Baner Street virtual office address, Baner, Pune

45 Baner Street by Regus, Baner

The one western address, in the Baner-Balewadi district, with the D Mart bus stop nearby and Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi close enough to matter. The listing puts the airport around seventeen kilometres away, the longest airport run of the nine, and the reason to pick Baner deliberately: choose it when your people and your clients already sit west of the river.

Address: Baner, Pune 411045. Operated by: Regus.

Which Pune districts carry the most weight for a business address

A virtual office in Pune is judged on where the address sits, so this section is not filler. Eight of the nine sit in the centre or the east of the city and one sits in the west, which tracks where Pune does business rather than where it lives.

Kharadi is the heaviest cluster, with two of the nine in or beside the EON Free Zone. Hadapsar and Magarpatta carry two more, and Magarpatta City in particular is a planned township where the district does some of the work for you. Mundhwa, Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar carry one each and all three sit in the same eastern arc, close enough to the IT corridor to be read as part of it.

Three of the nine share the postcode 411014: World Trade Centre Pune and The Platinum Towers in Kharadi, and Solitaire Business Hub in Viman Nagar. Choosing between those three on postcode alone means choosing between three identical signals, so pick on something else.

Distance from the airport is the other thing worth weighing, because it decides how painful it is for a director or an auditor to turn up. Solitaire Business Hub is listed at around two kilometres from Pune International Airport and Shanti Work Space at 2.9, The Platinum Towers at around six, and 45 Baner Street at around seventeen. Baner is the deliberate choice rather than the default one: take it when your people and your clients already sit west of the river.

Pune is not the only option on Wezoo. If a Mumbai-side address would serve the same filing better, the Navi Mumbai addresses are the nearest Maharashtra alternative, and Bangalore and Delhi cover the other two metros companies most often register in.

Who uses a Pune business address, and who should not

The clearest case is a company that has to exist in Maharashtra without having an office in Maharashtra: an out-of-state firm taking a Maharashtra GST registration, a founder incorporating while the team is still remote, or a business testing Pune before it commits to a lease. Agencies and consultancies whose clients are in Pune use it for the same reason an invoice with a Kharadi address lands differently from one with a residential address on it.

A virtual office in Pune is the wrong product in three situations, and they are worth saying plainly. If anyone needs somewhere to sit on a normal working day, this is not it, and the private offices Wezoo lists in Pune are the product you want. If your business holds stock, sees customers on the premises or needs an inspection to pass, a shared address will not carry it. And if you are shopping purely on headline price, the cheapest offer is often the one without the document pack, and an address you cannot file is not cheaper than one you can.

How to request a virtual office in Pune

  1. Pick the address, not the plan. The district and the postcode are what your clients and the registrar see, so start there and work back to the services.

  2. Send the enquiry through Wezoo from that building page. There is nothing to book and no slot to reserve; the operator comes back with the plan and the quote, normally within a business day.

  3. Ask for the filing documents by name before you pay: the agreement in your company name, the owner authorisation to use the premises as your registered office, and a recent utility bill in the owner name.

  4. Confirm what the plan covers beyond the address. Mail handling, call answering, a local number and meeting room access are what the Pune listings set out; forwarding and scanning are worth asking about separately.

  5. Decide who reads the post. Nominate a person rather than a role, because a statutory notice that nobody opens is the one failure mode this product has.

Virtual office in Pune, frequently asked questions

How many virtual office addresses are there in Pune?

Wezoo lists nine, across Kharadi, Hadapsar and Magarpatta, Kalyani Nagar, Mundhwa, Viman Nagar, Vishrantwadi and Baner. Regus operates eight of them and HQ operates one.

How much does a virtual office in Pune cost?

No monthly rate is published against any of the nine Pune addresses, so each is quoted on request, and the same is true of all 129 Indian virtual office addresses on Wezoo. What moves the quote is how much of the plan you switch on and the registration paperwork that comes with the address.

Can I register my company at a virtual office in Pune?

A company registered office is verified on Form INC-22 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the form provides for premises used with the owner authorisation. Whether a particular filing goes through depends on the documents the operator issues, so ask for them by name before you pay.

Does a Pune address give me GST registration in Maharashtra?

The GST portal requires your principal place of business to sit inside the state you are registering in, so a Pune address supports a Maharashtra registration. For another state you need an address in that state.

Can I book a virtual office in Pune online?

No. A virtual office is requested rather than booked. You send an enquiry through Wezoo and the operator comes back with the plan and the quote, normally within a business day.
