A virtual office in Kochi is an address, not a desk. You are buying a street address in Kerala that your company can be registered at, that the post can reach, and that you can put on an invoice — without renting a room you would visit twice a month. Wezoo lists two of them in Kochi, both run by Regus, one in Palarivattom and one in Kakkanad.
This page covers those two addresses: where each one is, what the listing publishes and what it does not, and which questions the Registrar and the GST portal will actually put to you. For the national picture — what the product is, what it is legally good for, and the full list of addresses on the platform — start with our guide to virtual offices in India.
Wezoo snapshot — Kochi virtual offices, September 2026
- 2 virtual office addresses listed on Wezoo in Kochi
- Districts: Palarivattom (PIN 682028) and Kakkanad (PIN 682030)
- Operator: Regus, on both listings
- Published price: none — neither listing carries a rate
- Services named on both listings: business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access
- Published opening hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00, at both addresses
Both Kochi listings sit inside the Ernakulam district area on Wezoo, which is how the platform files the city.
What does a virtual office cost in Kochi?
Neither Kochi listing publishes a price. That is worth saying plainly rather than dressing up: Wezoo shows you the address, the operator and the services, and the rate arrives when you ask for it. A virtual office is not a room with a nightly rate; it is a bundle, and the bundle changes depending on whether you want the address alone, the address plus mail handling, or the address plus a phone number answered in your company’s name.
Elsewhere in Kochi, monthly plans are advertised from ₹499 at the mail-only end to ₹2,499 at the registration-ready end, and the registration tiers are usually billed a year at a time. Treat that as the shape of the market rather than a quote for these two buildings. The number that matters for a virtual office in Kochi on Wezoo is the one Regus sends you.
Is a Kochi business address accepted for company registration?
Two different authorities are involved, and they ask different things. For a company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs lists Kerala under the Registrar of Companies, Ernakulam — one Registrar for the whole state, and the office you will be filing with, whichever part of Kochi your address is in. The Registrar’s job, in the Ministry’s own words, is registering the companies and LLPs floated in the state and making sure they meet the statutory requirements.
For GST, the rule that bites first is geographic. The GST portal’s guidance on the principal place of business states that it has to be located within the state where you are applying. A Kochi address keeps a Kerala registration in Kerala, which is the whole point of taking one if your customers are here.
The second GST rule is documentary. Where your principal place of business is a shared or co-working address, the portal tells you to select “Shared” as the nature of possession unless you hold a valid registered sub-let agreement. And for premises in that category, the portal’s guidance on places of business asks for a consent letter from the party who holds the premises, together with a document supporting their ownership — a Municipal Khata copy or an electricity bill will do. That paperwork comes from the operator, not from you, so it is the first thing to raise when you send the request.
None of that is unique to Kochi. What is city-specific is the Registrar you file with and the state your address sits in. The wider documentary picture is covered in our guide to a virtual office for GST registration.
The 2 virtual office addresses on Wezoo in Kochi
Both are Regus centres and both carry the same service set. What separates them is which half of the city they put you in.
1. Q1 Mall — Palarivattom

The address is Regus, Floor 10, Nippon Q1 Mall, Palarivattom, PIN 682028. Wezoo files it under Ernakulam — the same name the district administration uses for the central registrar office on Mahatma Gandhi Road. If your accountant, your bank or your visitors are on that side of Kochi, this is the address that matches their mental map.
The listing names a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access. It publishes opening hours of 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and no weekend hours. The two nearest stops in the listing are the Pipeline Junction bus stop at 1,467 metres on foot and the Puthiya Road bus stop at 1,353 metres — a real walk rather than a doorstep, so plan a taxi for a client meeting.
2. Upper Crest — Kakkanad

The address is Info Park Road, Kusumagiri PO, Kakkanad, PIN 682030. The street is named after the technology park it runs to, and that is the whole argument for taking this one: a Kakkanad postcode reads, to anyone in Kerala, as a software address.
The service set is identical to Palarivattom: business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number, meeting room access, and published hours of 08:30 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. The listing puts the Nilampathinjamugal Junction bus stop at 1,480 metres on foot, and a parking area at 482 metres — the shortest walk either listing publishes to anything.

Which Kochi district carries the most weight for a business address?
Neither, in the sense people usually mean. A registered address is not judged on prestige; it is judged on whether the paperwork holds and whether someone can find you. But the district does two concrete things, and both are worth knowing before you pick.
The first is administrative. The GST portal derives your State and Centre jurisdiction from the PIN code you enter for the principal place of business — the jurisdiction drop-down is populated from the PIN codes mapped to it. Palarivattom is 682028 and Kakkanad is 682030, so the two addresses are not interchangeable once the form is submitted; changing later is an amendment, not an edit.
The second is practical. If a document has to be registered, that happens at the sub-registrar office for the area, and the Ernakulam district administration publishes the list: the Thrikkakara office at Kakkanad 682030 covers the Kakkanad side, while the District Registrar Office sits on Mahatma Gandhi Road in Ernakulam, 682011. Which office you would walk into is a function of the address you chose, not of the operator.
After that it comes down to who you want to be near. Palarivattom reads as central Kochi; Kakkanad reads as the technology cluster. Neither virtual office in Kochi is more legitimate than the other — pick the one your own customers already travel to.
Who uses a Kochi business address — and who should not
It works for a founder incorporating in Kerala from somewhere else, for a company outside the state that needs a Kerala GST registration to sell here, for a consultancy that does not want a home address on its invoices, and for a small team that meets at clients’ offices and needs somewhere reliable for the post to land.
It does not work if you need people at desks. A virtual office gives you no permanent seat and no storage, and meeting room access is a booking, not a room of your own. If your team is in Kochi five days a week, you are looking for the wrong product — our guide to private offices in Kochi covers the same two buildings priced by the month. It also does not work if you plan to hold stock at the address: a warehouse is a different place of business with different proof behind it.
And it does not work if you were hoping to skip the conversation. Every serious use of a shared address — registering a company, registering for GST, opening a current account — ends with the operator issuing documents in your name. That is a service they agree to, not a box you tick at checkout.
How to request a virtual office in Kochi
There is no online checkout for a virtual office in Kochi, and that is deliberate — the operator has to know what you intend to use the address for before they can price it.
Step 1 — Pick the side of the city. Palarivattom for central Kochi, Kakkanad for the IT belt.
Step 2 — Send the request from the listing and say what you need the address for: mail only, GST registration, company registration, or a current account.
Step 3 — Ask for the documents by name. A consent letter or agreement, plus the ownership proof the GST portal asks for.
Step 4 — Check the quote covers the term you want. Registration tiers are commonly annual.
Step 5 — File, then keep the paperwork. The address is only as good as the evidence behind it.
Other cities work the same way on Wezoo: the process behind a virtual office address in Indore or a virtual office in Bangalore is identical, only the Registrar and the state change.

Virtual office in Kochi — FAQ
How much does a virtual office in Kochi cost on Wezoo?
Neither of the two Kochi listings on Wezoo publishes a rate. A virtual office is sold as a plan rather than a unit, so the operator quotes once you say which services you want — address only, address plus mail handling, or address plus a local phone number. Send the request and Regus comes back with the figure.
Can I register a company at a virtual office in Kochi?
Kerala companies are registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ernakulam, and the Registrar needs a real address that can receive and acknowledge notices. A serviced business address can do that, but the operator has to agree to the use and give you the paperwork. Ask before you file, not after.
Which documents does GST ask for at a shared address?
The GST portal tells you to pick “Shared” as the nature of possession for a co-working address unless you hold a registered sub-let agreement. For premises in that category it asks for a consent letter from the person who holds the premises, together with a document supporting their ownership — a Municipal Khata copy or an electricity bill.
Does a virtual office in Kochi have to be in Kerala for GST?
Yes. The GST portal states that the principal place of business has to be inside the state you are applying in. Both Wezoo addresses are in Kerala, so either one keeps a Kerala registration in Kerala.
Can I visit the building if I only take the address?
Both Kochi listings on Wezoo name meeting room access as part of the virtual office service, and both publish opening hours of 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Neither listing publishes weekend hours.
This article summarises publicly available guidance published by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Goods and Services Tax common portal and the Ernakulam district administration, as read on 30 September 2026. It is general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Acceptance of any particular address rests with the Registrar and the assessing officer, state tax administrations issue their own trade notices on locally acceptable documentary evidence, and requirements change. Confirm the current position on the MCA and GST portals, or with a qualified professional, before you file.
