virtual office in jaipur - Wezoo

A virtual office in Jaipur is an address, not a room. You get a real building in Rajasthan to put on your invoices, your website and your GST application, an on-site team for your mail and calls, and no lease.

Wezoo lists two of them in Jaipur. Both are Regus, one at 302018 and one at 302025, and they sit in different districts. Below: both addresses in full, what the GST common portal asks of an address like this, and which part of the city the “where” question actually turns on. For the national picture first, start with our guide to virtual offices in India.

Wezoo snapshot — Jaipur virtual offices

  • 2 virtual office addresses available on Wezoo
  • Operator: Regus, at both addresses
  • Districts: Tonk Road at the B2 bypass junction (302018) and the Central Spine, Jagatpura (302025)
  • Published starting price: none — both plans are quoted on request
  • Listed opening hours: 08:30–18:00, Monday to Friday, at both buildings

What does a virtual office in Jaipur cost?

Neither Jaipur listing publishes a starting price. A virtual office is quoted against what you ask it to do — address only, address plus forwarding, address plus call answering — so the price is settled when the provider confirms the service and terms, not on the page.

What the plan includes is not a mystery. The base is a business address and mail handling. On top of that sit mail forwarding or scanning, call answering, and on-site meeting-room access, each added as you need it. Plans run month to month, and the provider normally confirms the service and terms within a business day.

So: ask, with your requirements attached. A plan for a founder who wants an address on a certificate of incorporation is not the plan for a seller whose couriers turn up twice a week. We cover other Indian cities too — see virtual office in Kochi and virtual office in Delhi.

Is a Jaipur business address accepted for company registration?

Two filings hide inside that question, and an address is judged differently by each. Company registration is a filing to the Registrar of Companies. GST registration goes to the tax administration. Neither authority decides in advance.

For the company filing, the short answer is: ask before you file. No listing can promise what address evidence a Registrar will accept. Ask the operator what address paperwork comes with the plan when you send your requirements, and check the current filing requirements on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal, or with your accountant.

For GST, the position is documented. Start with the state. The GST common portal’s guidance on the principal place of business says the principal place of business needs to be located within the state where you are applying for the new registration. So a Rajasthan registration is the one a Jaipur address can support; for a registration in another state, the principal place of business has to sit in that state. The portal adds that the principal place of business can be amended at a later date.

The PIN code does the routing. The same guidance says the state and centre jurisdiction shown in the dropdown is derived from the PIN entered in the principal-place-of-business tab. Both Wezoo addresses carry Rajasthan PINs — 302018 on Tonk Road, 302025 in Jagatpura — so both point at the same state.

The law behind it is wider than an office. Under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (sections 2(85) and 2(89)) a place of business includes a place from where the business is ordinarily carried on, a place where the taxable person maintains the books of account, and a place where business is carried on through an agent. The principal place of business is the one specified as such in the certificate of registration.

Nature of possession is one field worth not guessing at. The portal’s worked answer covers a co-working space: select Shared as the nature of possession of premises, unless a valid registered sub-let agreement with the provider exists. It does not address a virtual office by name, so confirm the right selection with the operator and your accountant.

The portal’s document list sits in its Additional Places of Business FAQ, where it covers proof of the nature of possession for an additional place of business. For rented or leased premises: a copy of the valid rent or lease agreement, with a document supporting the lessor’s ownership such as a recent property tax receipt, a municipal khata copy or an electricity bill. For premises outside the owned and rented routes it points at a consent letter together with an ownership document for the consenter — a municipal khata copy or electricity bill copy — and says the same documents can be uploaded for shared properties. The principal-place FAQ carries no equivalent list, so settle with the operator and your accountant which set your own filing needs.

Then there is the visit. Rule 25 of the CGST Rules, 2017 is headed physical verification of business premises in certain cases. Where the proper officer is satisfied that verification is required — because Aadhaar authentication failed, or was not opted for, before registration was granted, or for any other reason afterwards — the verification is carried out in the presence of the person concerned, and the report with photographs is uploaded in FORM GST REG-30 within fifteen working days following the date of the verification. It is a discretionary power, not a routine call. It is also the reason an address you can reach is worth more than one you cannot.

This is general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. The material above is drawn from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs and the Goods and Services Tax common portal, as read on 30 September 2026. Whether any particular address is accepted rests with the proper officer and, for company filings, with the Registrar of Companies, and requirements change. Confirm the current position on the GST and MCA portals, or with a qualified professional, before you file.

The 2 virtual office addresses on Wezoo in Jaipur

Both are Regus. Both list the same weekday opening hours, 08:30 to 18:00. Both also carry private offices, if the address later turns into a need for a room. They differ on district and on facilities, and for this product the district does most of the work.

1. Jaipur Centre — Tonk Road, at the B2 bypass junction

Reception at Jaipur Centre by Regus, Tonk Road

Sixth floor, 302018, on the main Tonk Road. Regus describes a Grade A building with LEED Gold certification and an on-site coffee bar, and puts Jawahar Circle Garden and its cafes a stroll away — worth knowing for the day you actually meet someone at your own address.

On facilities, this is the fuller of the two listings. Parking, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge and wheelchair access are listed here and not at the other address; catering and breakout space are listed at both. Mail handling sits in the base plan for a virtual office in Jaipur, with an on-site team on hand for mail, calls and questions.

2. OB Infra Tower — Central Spine, Jagatpura

First to fourth floors, plot number B/C 59, on the Central Spine, 302025. Regus names Mangalam Pink Walk Mall among the shopping around it, and points to Jaipur International Airport for accessibility. Its listing carries catering and breakout space and nothing further, and the weekday hours match the other address.

Which Jaipur districts carry the most weight for a business address

For the tax office, none of them. For a client, the one they recognise. Three different readers look at that line on your letterhead and want different things from it. Two of them can be answered here.

The tax office reads it for jurisdiction. The PIN populates the state and centre jurisdiction on the application, and both Wezoo addresses carry Rajasthan PINs. On that axis 302018 and 302025 do the same job. Neither is the better postcode.

A verification officer reads it for reachability. When a rule 25 verification does happen it happens in the presence of the person concerned, so the test is not how the street sounds but whether you can be there on a Tuesday morning. Pick the virtual office in Jaipur you could reach at short notice, from wherever you live or land.

A client reads it for recognition. That one is yours to judge. The two districts on offer are Tonk Road at the B2 bypass junction and the Central Spine in Jagatpura, and if the street name itself is the point — because your customers are local and will recognise it — put that question to the operator before you commit to a plan.

One more thing about these two buildings: they hold rooms as well as addresses. If what you need is somewhere for a team to sit rather than a line on an invoice, our guide to office space in Jaipur walks through the private offices in the same two lobbies.

Who uses a Jaipur business address — and who should not

A virtual office in Jaipur is a narrow tool. It is very good at one job and useless at several others, and the difference is worth settling before you put the address on a filing.

It fits you if:

  • You are incorporating in Rajasthan and have no premises yet.
  • You consult or run an agency from home and would rather not print a flat number on your invoices.
  • You are based outside Rajasthan and want a Rajasthan GST registration.
  • You are testing Jaipur as a market and are not ready to sign for space.

It does not fit you if:

  • You need a desk every working day. That is a private office, and both of these buildings list them.
  • You store or dispatch goods. Under the Act a warehouse or godown where goods are stored is itself a place of business, and a business address does not stand in for one.
  • You could not present yourself at the address if an officer asked: a rule 25 verification is carried out in the presence of the person concerned.
  • You are hoping the address will do the compliance for you. The address is a fact on a form. The filings stay yours.

How to request a virtual office in Jaipur

Three steps, and none of them is a booking. A virtual office in Jaipur is not sold by the hour, so there is no checkout — you send requirements and a provider comes back to you.

  1. Compare the two addresses. Decide which virtual office in Jaipur you could reach at short notice, and which reads better to the people you invoice.
  2. Send your requirements. Say what the address is for — GST registration, company registration, mail only — what else you want on top, and what address paperwork you will need. The provider confirms the service and terms, usually within a business day.
  3. Set up the mail. Agree how post is handled, add call answering if you want it, and start using the address on your site, your cards and your invoices.

Virtual office in Jaipur — FAQ

Will a virtual office in Jaipur give me a Rajasthan GST number?

It points at that registration rather than any other. The GST common portal requires the principal place of business to be located within the state you are applying in, and both Wezoo addresses carry Rajasthan PIN codes. Whether a particular address is accepted is for the proper officer to decide, so settle the documentation with the operator before you file.

What documents does the GST portal list for a rented address?

The list sits in the portal’s Additional Places of Business FAQ, where it covers proof of the nature of possession for an additional place of business. For rented or leased premises: a copy of the valid rent or lease agreement with a document supporting the lessor’s ownership, such as a recent property tax receipt, a municipal khata copy or an electricity bill. For premises outside the owned and rented routes it points at a consent letter with an ownership document for the consenter, and says the same documents can be uploaded for shared properties. The Principal Place of Business FAQ carries no equivalent list.

What do I select as nature of possession on the GST application?

The portal’s worked answer covers a co-working principal place of business: select Shared, unless you hold a valid registered sub-let agreement with the provider. It does not address a virtual office by name, so confirm the selection with the operator and your accountant.

What happens if a GST officer visits my virtual office in Jaipur?

Rule 25 of the CGST Rules covers physical verification of business premises in certain cases. Where the proper officer is satisfied that verification is required — because Aadhaar authentication failed, or was not opted for, before registration was granted, or for any other reason afterwards — the verification is carried out in the presence of the person concerned, and a report with photographs is uploaded in FORM GST REG-30 within fifteen working days following the date of the verification. In practice that means being able to get to the Jaipur address when asked.

Can I use the same address for company registration?

That is a separate filing, made to the Registrar of Companies rather than to the tax administration, and no listing can promise what address evidence a Registrar will accept. Ask the operator what address paperwork comes with the plan, and check the current requirements on the MCA portal before you file.
