Searches for virtual office Fulham usually come down to one question: can this address go on the paperwork? Wezoo lists 12 virtual office addresses across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and three of them sit in Fulham itself, inside SW6. The other nine are in Hammersmith, White City and West Kensington.
This guide covers all three SW6 addresses, what each building publishes about its plan, and what the registrar now requires of a registered office. If one postcode turns out to be too narrow a brief, the national virtual office UK guide covers the eight cities with the deepest supply. For an overview of every option in the borough, see all business addresses in Hammersmith and Fulham.
One thing to know before you start. Of the three, only HomeWork Fulham publishes what its virtual office plan contains. The other two list the product and keep the detail for the enquiry. None of the three publishes a monthly price.

What does a virtual office cost in Fulham?
Nothing is published, and that is the honest answer. None of the three SW6 listings carries a monthly price on Wezoo, and none of them is a half finished record we could fill in from a national average.
That is the shape of the product rather than missing data. A virtual office is sold as a plan, and the plan is priced when you ask: how much post, whether calls are answered, whether the address covers company registration, how long the term runs. Two buildings on the same street can quote very differently on the same postcode.
So treat any figure you find elsewhere for virtual office Fulham plans as a starting point and ask the building for its own terms. The request form on each listing below goes straight to the operator.
Is a Fulham business address accepted for company registration?
The postcode is not what decides it. Since 4 March 2024, section 86 of the Companies Act 2006 requires every company to keep its registered office at an “appropriate address” at all times. The test has two parts: a document delivered there by hand or by post would be expected to come to the attention of a person acting on behalf of the company, and the delivery can be recorded by obtaining an acknowledgement of delivery. Fail it without reasonable excuse and the offence is committed by the company and by every officer in default.
A third party address still qualifies. Companies House states that you can use an agent or another third party provider as your registered office, as long as the address service they provide meets those requirements. A Royal Mail PO Box, and equivalent services from other providers, cannot be used.
If the registrar is not satisfied, there is a written notice first. Under regulation 6 of the Registered Office Address (Rectification of Register) Regulations 2024 the company then has 14 days to file a new address or to object with evidence. Miss that window and regulation 7 requires the registrar to move the registered office to a default address held at Companies House. From there, Companies House says the company has 28 days to supply an appropriate address with evidence of proprietary ownership, or strike off proceedings can begin.
What that means for a virtual office Fulham plan is simple enough. The rule is about the service behind the address, not the SW6 on the envelope. Ask the building three things: whether the plan covers registered office use, who signs for post, and how delivery is acknowledged. Wezoo does not supply the address service, the building operator does, and the terms are theirs. Confirm with Companies House before you incorporate.
The 3 Virtual Office Fulham Addresses on Wezoo
Three buildings, three different corners of SW6: the Parsons Green end, Fulham Broadway, and the river end by Putney Bridge.
1. Uncommon Fulham, 126 New King’s Road (SW6 4LZ)

The ground floor is a planted lounge and cafe rather than a desk floor, which matters on the day a client actually walks in. Putney Bridge station is 451 metres on foot and Parsons Green is 639 metres, so the building sits between two District line stops rather than on top of either.
Wezoo lists a staffed reception service here, along with breakout spaces, catering, climate control and a coffee and tea bar. Uncommon does not publish what its virtual office plan includes, so mail handling, call answering and registered office use all belong in the enquiry. There is a 360 degree tour on the listing if you want to see the ground floor before you ask.

2. HomeWork Fulham, 25 Effie Road (SW6 1EL)

This is the only one of the three that publishes its plan. HomeWork Fulham lists a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and access to the on site meeting rooms. If you want to know what you are buying before you speak to anyone, start here.
It is also the closest of the three to a station: Fulham Broadway is 367 metres on foot, with Parsons Green at 843 metres and West Brompton at 1,344 metres. Effie Road runs off Fulham Road beside the shopping centre, which is the part of SW6 most people picture when they hear Fulham. No suitable photograph of the entrance was available on the listing, so the card above carries the published detail instead.

3. Pavilion Fulham, 81 to 83 Fulham High Street (SW6 3JW)

Pavilion is a private members club with serviced offices at the southern end of Fulham High Street, 282 metres from Putney Bridge station and a short walk from the river. The entrance above is the one your post arrives at, and it is a different proposition from a lobby with a buzzer.
The building lists a staffed reception, a members bar, a restaurant, a large garden, secure bike storage, printing and admin support. For a business address the reception is the part that counts, because someone is there to take delivery. Pavilion does not publish a separate virtual office plan on Wezoo, so ask what the address alone covers and what it costs without membership.

Which Fulham districts carry the most weight for a business address?
A registered address is judged on where the post lands, not on how the postcode sounds. The registrar cares about delivery and acknowledgement. Your customers, on the other hand, read the postcode first, and SW6 reads as Fulham in a way that W6 and W12 do not.
Across the borough the 12 addresses split like this: five in W6 for Hammersmith, three in SW6 for Fulham, three in W12 for White City and one in W14 for West Kensington. If the brief is specifically Fulham, SW6 is the entire shortlist and the three buildings above are it.
Inside SW6 those three sit in genuinely different pockets. Effie Road is Fulham Broadway, busy and well connected. New King’s Road is the Parsons Green end, quieter and more residential. Fulham High Street is the river end, closer to Putney than to the Broadway. Anyone who knows the area will read them as three different neighbourhoods, so pick the one your customers would expect to find you in.
Who uses a Fulham business address, and who should not
It works for a consultancy or agency whose clients are local but whose team is not, for a founder who does not want a home address on the public register, and for a company that needs a London presence without a London lease. In all three cases the address does a job that a desk would not do any better.
It works less well in three situations. If you take regular deliveries of goods rather than letters, ask about parcels before you sign, because a mail handling service is not a goods inwards department. If clients will turn up unannounced, you want somewhere you can actually meet them, and only HomeWork Fulham publishes meeting room access as part of the plan. And if the only reason for the postcode is that it sounds better than your own, that is a reason to choose a postcode, not a reason to pay for one.
How to request a virtual office in Fulham
Shortlist by location first, because the three virtual office Fulham buildings cover the same borough and only the walk changes. Then send the same four questions to each: does the plan cover registered office use, who signs for post, how is delivery acknowledged, and what is the minimum term. Compare the answers, not the brochures.
A virtual office is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved when you send the form, and the operator comes back with the plan and the price. Allow a few working days if you are incorporating to a deadline.
Two neighbouring options are worth a look if the SW6 shortlist is too short. There are virtual offices in Hammersmith one postcode north, with five W6 addresses, and virtual office addresses in Kensington to the east. Across the river, the virtual office South London list is wider again. And if you need a desk in Fulham rather than just an address, we compared the private offices in Fulham separately.

Virtual office Fulham: FAQ
How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in Fulham?
Three, all inside SW6: Uncommon Fulham on New King’s Road, HomeWork Fulham on Effie Road and Pavilion Fulham on Fulham High Street. Across the wider borough of Hammersmith and Fulham the total is 12.
Does any Fulham virtual office publish a price?
No. None of the three virtual office Fulham listings carries a published monthly plan price on Wezoo. The plan is quoted on request, because what it covers varies by how much post you receive and whether calls are answered.
Can I use a virtual office Fulham address as my registered office?
That depends on the service behind the address, not on the postcode. Section 86 of the Companies Act 2006 requires an appropriate address: post delivered there must be expected to reach someone acting for the company, and delivery must be capable of being acknowledged. Companies House allows a third party provider’s address where the service meets those conditions. Ask the operator whether its plan covers registered office use, and confirm with Companies House before you incorporate.
Which Fulham address is closest to a station?
HomeWork Fulham, at 367 metres on foot from Fulham Broadway. Pavilion Fulham is 282 metres from Putney Bridge, and Uncommon Fulham is 451 metres from Putney Bridge and 639 metres from Parsons Green.
What is the difference between a business address and a registered office?
A business address is what you print on a website, an invoice or a letterhead. A registered office is the statutory address on the public register at Companies House, and it has to meet the appropriate address test. One building can supply both, but a plan that gives you the first does not automatically give you the second. Ask.
Virtual office Fulham: the short version
The virtual office Fulham shortlist is three addresses in SW6, with nine more elsewhere in the borough, and one of the three telling you up front what the plan contains. Start with HomeWork Fulham if you want the detail before the conversation, Pavilion Fulham if a staffed front door matters, Uncommon Fulham if clients will see the ground floor. Then ask all three the same four questions and let the answers decide.
Note on company law. This article is general information, not legal or accounting advice. UK registered office requirements are set out in the Companies Act 2006 and the Registered Office Address (Rectification of Register) Regulations 2024, and are summarised here as they stood on 20 October 2026. Wezoo does not supply the address service: the building operator does, and its terms govern what the address may be used for. Confirm the position with Companies House or your own adviser before you incorporate or change a registered office.
