If you are looking for a private office in Georgia, Wezoo currently lists four buildings, all of them in Tbilisi, holding 46 lockable offices between them. This page sets out what each building offers, what the listed monthly floor prices are, how big the rooms are, and how to request one. For an overview of every option, see all private offices in Georgia.
Georgia is a small market on Wezoo and we would rather say so plainly than pad the page. Four addresses is what there is. The useful part is that the rooms behind those four doors range from a one-person office of six square metres to a fourteen-person suite of fifty, so the spread of what you can actually put a team into is wider than the building count suggests.

What you get with private office in Georgia — and what you do not
Every one of the 46 offices on Wezoo in Georgia is a serviced office. That is a specific thing, and it is worth being precise about it, because it is not the same product as the floor you would take through a commercial agent.
What you get is an enclosed, lockable room inside a managed building, with the fit-out already done and the running costs folded into one monthly figure. The reception, the meeting rooms, the kitchen and the breakout areas are shared with the other occupants of the building, not dedicated to you. The minimum rent term listed on all 46 offices is one month, which is the real difference from a lease: you are committing for a month at a time, not for three or five years.
What you do not get is a floor of your own with your own front door to the street, your own utility contracts, or the freedom to knock a wall through. If that is what you need, a serviced office is the wrong product and an agent is the right route. Two other honest limits: none of the four Georgian buildings lists dedicated meeting rooms attached to a private office, so meeting space comes out of the building’s shared stock; and parking is listed at two of the four addresses, not all four.
Each office is listed as either an internal room or an external one, meaning with or without a window to the outside. Across the four buildings, 32 of the 46 are external and 14 are internal. If daylight matters to your team, that distinction is worth raising when you ask about a specific room, because it is not reflected in the price.
Where private office is available in Georgia — the cities and how many buildings in each
All four buildings sit in Tbilisi. There is no Wezoo private-office supply in Batumi, Kutaisi or anywhere else in the country at the time of writing, and we would rather name that gap than imply national coverage we do not have.
| City | Buildings | Private offices |
|---|---|---|
| Tbilisi | 4 | 46 |
| Total | 4 | 46 |
Within Tbilisi the four addresses are spread across the city rather than clustered in one district: Aghmashenebeli Avenue in the north of the centre, Vazha-Pshavela Avenue in Saburtalo to the west, Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Vake, and St. Leonidze near the old centre. For the full city view, see all private offices in Tbilisi.
Three of the four buildings list proximity to public transport as a service; the fourth, BCV, lists parking and bike storage instead. If your team commutes by metro, that is the single most useful line in this section.
What private office costs in Georgia
Prices on Wezoo are listed per office per month, in Georgian lari, and the figure shown is a floor: it is the lowest rate that office is offered at, and it corresponds to the longest commitment in that building’s range. A shorter term costs more. We do not publish the full rate card here because the building sets it at the point of enquiry.
Across the 46 offices the listed floors run from GEL 983.39 to GEL 20,667.79 a month. Those two numbers are the cheapest and the most expensive single room in the country on Wezoo, not a typical range; the cheapest is a seven-square-metre one-person room at BCV and the dearest is a fifty-square-metre suite for fourteen at Iliyard.
By building, the lowest listed monthly floor is:
| Building | Operator | Offices | From (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| BCV | Regus | 11 | GEL 983.39 |
| Tabidze 1 Building | Regus | 17 | GEL 1,128.56 |
| Iliyard | Signature | 14 | GEL 1,476.27 |
| Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 | Regus | 4 | GEL 3,340.28 |
One thing the price does not tell you is the window. Internal and external rooms at the same building are listed at the same floor rate in several cases at BCV and Tabidze 1, so daylight is a question to ask, not something you pay a premium for on the listing.
The four buildings with private offices in Georgia
All four are listed below, with what the inventory says about each. Together they hold the 46 offices counted above.
1. BCV — Tbilisi

BCV sits on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue in Saburtalo and is the entry point to this market on price: its 11 offices start at GEL 983.39 a month, the lowest listed floor in the country. The rooms are small, 7 to 17 square metres, holding one to four people, and seven of the eleven are external. Six are listed without a future availability date; the remaining five carry dates from January 2027 onward. It is the one building of the four that does not list public transport proximity, offering on-site parking and bike storage instead, along with a restaurant, catering, breakout spaces and step-free access.

2. Tabidze 1 Building — Tbilisi

Tabidze 1 Building at St. Leonidze 2 is the largest of the four by room count, with 17 offices from GEL 1,128.56 a month. Sizes run 6 to 25 square metres and capacities from one to seven, which makes it the most flexible address here for a team that expects to change shape within the year. Twelve of the 17 carry no future availability date, the highest of any building on this page. It lists the fullest service set of the four: public transport nearby, on-site and public parking, a lounge, breakout spaces, catering and step-free access.

3. Iliyard — Tbilisi

Iliyard at 39a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Vake is the only building here run by Signature rather than Regus, and the only one that goes up to a fourteen-person room. Its 14 offices span 7 to 50 square metres, from GEL 1,476.27 a month, and 13 of the 14 are external rooms, the highest proportion of windows on this page. Eight carry no future availability date. Services listed are public transport and public parking nearby, breakout spaces, catering and climate control. If you need one room for a team above seven people, this is the only address in Georgia on Wezoo that has one.

4. Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 — Tbilisi

Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 is the smallest listing of the four, with four offices from GEL 3,340.28 a month, and it is also the only one where every room is listed without a future availability date. Sizes are 11 to 27 square metres for three to seven people, so there is no single-person room here. It has the highest entry price on this page, and the trade is location: it sits on Aghmashenebeli Avenue in the north of the centre, with public transport and public parking nearby, catering and breakout spaces.

How much space you need: team size, desks and floor area
Each office on Wezoo carries a stated capacity, and that figure is a ceiling rather than a recommendation: a room listed for five holds up to five, so a team of four fits a room listed for four, five or more. Below is what is actually listed in Georgia, grouped by that ceiling, so you can see which team sizes have real choice and which have one room in the whole country.
| Listed for | Offices | Floor area | From (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | 6 | 6-7 m² | GEL 983.39 |
| 2 people | 10 | 7-10 m² | GEL 1,966.78 |
| 3 people | 10 | 11-13 m² | GEL 2,950.17 |
| 4 people | 5 | 14-17 m² | GEL 3,933.57 |
| 5 people | 7 | 18-22 m² | GEL 5,567.13 |
| 6 people | 1 | 23 m² | GEL 8,857.62 |
| 7 people | 3 | 25-27 m² | GEL 7,793.99 |
| 8-14 people | 4 | 29-50 m² | GEL 11,810.16 |
Two things stand out. Teams of one to three have the widest choice, with 26 of the 46 offices listed at those ceilings and all four buildings represented. Above seven people the market narrows to a single building: every office listed for eight or more is at Iliyard, and there are four of them in the whole country.
On desks, the inventory states floor area and capacity but not a desk count, so we will not invent one. If the number of desks matters for your plan, ask the building when you enquire; they fit out the room and they know what is in it. We also do not publish a square-metres-per-person figure, because that is a calculation and not something the listing says.
Who can rent private office — individuals, startups and established companies
All three, and the inventory reflects it. The six one-person rooms from GEL 983.39 a month exist for sole traders, freelancers and consultants who want a door that closes; the one-month minimum term means you are not signing anything that outlasts a contract you are working on.
For a startup, the useful property of this market is the one-to-three-person band: 26 rooms across four buildings, which means you can usually move within the same building or across town without waiting for a specific room to free up. Sixteen of the 46 offices carry a future availability date rather than being open now, so if your timing is fixed, say so early.
For an established company, the honest answer is that Georgia on Wezoo is a serviced-office market, not a leasing market. The largest single room in the country holds fourteen people. If you need to seat thirty in one place under one roof with your own name on the building, this is not the product, and a commercial agent in Tbilisi will serve you better than we will. If instead you need a branch office, a project team, or a landing spot while you decide whether Georgia works for you, a serviced office does that at a month’s notice and we can arrange it this week.
One group this is not for: anyone who only needs a registered address and does not need to sit anywhere. That is a different product, and paying for a room you will not use is a waste of money.
How to request private office on Wezoo
A private office is requested, not booked. There is no instant checkout, because the room, the term and the rate are agreed with the building before anything is signed. The process is short:
- Pick a building from the four above and open its page.
- Send the request, with your team size, your preferred start date and how long you expect to stay.
- The building comes back with the rooms that match, the rate for the term you asked for, and what is included.
- You view it, in person or remotely, and sign directly with the building.
Two things worth putting in that first message: whether you need an external room with a window, and whether your start date is firm. Both narrow the options quickly, and both are questions the building would otherwise have to come back and ask.
Georgia runs a simple company-registration regime through the National Agency of Public Registry, and the national statistics office, Geostat, publishes the business-demography figures behind the Tbilisi market. Neither is a Wezoo service; if you need an address for registration purposes, raise it with the building, because whether a given address can be used that way is the building’s decision and not ours.

If Georgia is not the only market you are looking at
Georgia is a new market for us, and the companion page for this country is now live: virtual offices in Georgia covers the same four buildings as business addresses, with mail, parcel and call handling instead of a room of your own. If your search covers the wider region, two neighbouring markets have a comparable private-office page. The nearest is private offices in Azerbaijan, about 450 kilometres away, although that page is written in Azerbaijani. Further out, and in English, is office space in Cyprus, which covers a market of similar size to Georgia’s and may be useful if you are weighing one against the other.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a private office cost in Georgia?
On Wezoo the listed monthly floors run from GEL 983.39 for a seven-square-metre one-person room at BCV to GEL 20,667.79 for a fifty-square-metre room for fourteen at Iliyard. Those figures are floors tied to the longest term the building offers; a shorter commitment costs more, and the building quotes it when you enquire.
Can I rent a private office in Georgia as an individual?
Yes. Six of the 46 offices are listed for one person, at 6 to 7 square metres, spread across BCV, Iliyard and Tabidze 1 Building. The minimum rent term on every office listed in Georgia is one month, so a sole trader is not signing a multi-year commitment.
How big an office does a team of five need?
Wezoo lists seven offices in Georgia with a ceiling of five people, at 18 to 22 square metres, from GEL 5,567.13 a month, at Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178, Iliyard and Tabidze 1 Building. The stated capacity is a maximum, so a team of five also fits any room listed for six or more.
Is there private office space outside Tbilisi?
Not on Wezoo at present. All four buildings and all 46 offices are in Tbilisi. There is no listed supply in Batumi, Kutaisi or elsewhere in the country.
How quickly can I move in?
Thirty of the 46 offices carry no future availability date in the listing, which means the building can discuss an immediate start. The other 16 list a date, the earliest being December 2026. Availability changes, so confirm it in your request rather than relying on this page.
