Virtual Office in Georgia: Addresses, Legal Use and Costs (2026)

virtual office in Georgia - Wezoo

If you need a virtual office in Georgia, Wezoo lists four addresses, all of them in Tbilisi, with sixteen virtual office packages between them. This page sets out which four buildings they are, what each package actually carries, what the listed monthly prices are, and how to request one. For an overview of every option, see all business addresses in Georgia.

Georgia is a small market on Wezoo and the page says so plainly rather than padding the count. Four addresses is what there is. What makes them worth a page is that all four are graded the same way, from a bare call answering line at the bottom to a full business address with mail, parcels, call answering and coworking access at the top, so you can see exactly what each step up buys you.

What you get with a virtual office in Georgia — and what you do not

A virtual office is an address, not a room. You are not renting floor space and you do not get a key. What you are buying is the right to use a managed business address in a staffed building, plus whatever handling the operator attaches to it.

On the four Georgian addresses the packages are built from five listed components, and they stack in a consistent order:

  • Call answering. The entry package at all four addresses carries this and nothing else. It is the cheapest line on the page and it is also the one most people do not want on its own.
  • Business address. The step that makes it a virtual office in the ordinary sense: your company name attached to a real street address in Tbilisi.
  • Mail handling. Bundled with the business address at every one of the four buildings. Letters arrive at the building and the staff deal with them.
  • Parcel handling. Also bundled with the business address at all four. Couriers have somewhere to leave a box and someone to sign for it.
  • Coworking access. Only on the top package at each address. This is the version that gives you somewhere to sit when you are in the city, rather than only somewhere to receive post.

What the listings do not tell you, and what no page should pretend to know, is the fine print behind each of those words. How often mail is forwarded, whether it is scanned, what hours the phone is answered and in which languages, how long a parcel can sit at reception: that varies by operator and it is settled when you send the request. Ask about it then, because it is the part that decides whether the address is useful to you.

Two more things each package states. The minimum term is one month at every address, so this is not a product that locks you into a year. And every package lists a single named user, which means a virtual office here is attached to one person or one company, not to a headcount.

Where virtual offices are available in Georgia — the cities and how many addresses in each

All four addresses sit in Tbilisi. There is nothing listed in Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi or anywhere else in the country, and that is worth knowing before you plan around it.

City Addresses on Wezoo Packages listed
Tbilisi 4 16
Rest of Georgia 0 0

Within Tbilisi the four are genuinely spread out rather than clustered on one street. One sits on Aghmashenebeli Avenue on the left bank, one on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue in the west of the city, one on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, and one in the centre near Leonidze Street. Three of the four are flagged in their listings as close to public transport, and three list parking close by. For an address whose whole job is to be somewhere a courier can find and a client can look up, that spread matters more than it would for a desk.

What a virtual office costs in Georgia — and is there a free option?

There is no free option. Nothing in Georgia is listed at zero, and any page that offers you a free registered business address is selling something other than what it says. The lowest listed price across the four addresses is GEL 168.37 per month, and the highest is GEL 723.25 per month.

Because all four buildings carry the same four steps, the prices line up into a readable ladder:

Package Lowest listed Highest listed
Call answering only GEL 168.37 GEL 168.50
Business address with mail and parcel handling GEL 246.08 GEL 282.56
Business address with mail, parcels and call answering GEL 375.59 GEL 412.18
All of the above plus coworking access GEL 660.53 GEL 723.25

All prices are per month and are the listed starting prices; the figure you are quoted after a request can differ once the operator knows what you need. The four buildings sit almost on top of each other at the bottom of the ladder, while the full package ranges from GEL 660.53 to GEL 723.25. If price is the deciding factor, it is the top of the ladder where the choice of building actually costs you something.

Is a virtual office legal in Georgia, and which addresses the registrar accepts

This is the question the market asks most about this product, so here is a straight answer about what this page can and cannot tell you.

What we can say is what the product is. A business address from a building operator is a commercial arrangement between you and that operator: they let you use their street address under agreed terms and they handle what arrives there. That is not automatically the same thing as a registered company address. A registered address is a matter of company law and of what the authority keeping the business register will accept, and it usually comes with its own documentary requirements about who owns the premises and who has consented to their use.

What this page will not do is tell you that any of these four addresses satisfies that requirement. We have not verified the registration rules for Georgia ourselves, and a claim we cannot stand behind is worse than no claim at all. Nor will we borrow the rules of a neighbouring country, which is how most of the wrong answers on this subject get written.

So the practical route is this. Decide first whether you need a correspondence address or a registered company address, because they are different products with different paperwork. Then ask the building operator directly, before you commit, what the address may be used for and which documents come with it. And verify the requirements with the competent authority in Georgia before you file anything, since that authority, and not a workspace listing, is the one that decides.

The four Wezoo addresses in Georgia

All four are in Tbilisi and all four carry the same four package steps. What separates them is where they are, what the building itself offers, and what the top package costs.

1. BCV — Tbilisi

BCV by Regus, Tbilisi

BCV stands on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, one of the main arteries of the western half of the city and a stretch that carries a lot of the technology and services business in Tbilisi. The building lists its own parking, bike storage, a restaurant and catering, breakout space and step free access, which tells you something about the kind of visitor it is set up for. Call answering starts at GEL 168.44 per month, the business address with mail and parcels at GEL 246.18, and the full package with coworking access at GEL 660.81.

2. Iliyard — Tbilisi

Iliyard by Signature, Tbilisi

Iliyard sits at 39a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Vake, and it is the only one of the four run by Signature rather than Regus. The listing flags public transport and public parking close by, breakout space, catering and climate control. It is also the most expensive of the four at the top of the ladder: GEL 168.50 for call answering, GEL 282.56 for the business address with mail and parcels, and GEL 723.25 for the full package. If you want a Vake address specifically, this is the one on Wezoo that has it.

3. Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 — Tbilisi

Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 by Regus, Tbilisi

Aghmashenebeli Avenue 178 takes its name from its address on the left bank of the Mtkvari. The listing flags public transport and public parking nearby, catering and breakout space. It is the cheapest of the four at every step of the ladder: GEL 168.37 for call answering, GEL 246.08 for the business address with mail and parcels, GEL 375.59 once call answering is added, and GEL 660.53 for the full package with coworking access. If the address simply has to be in Tbilisi and the budget is the constraint, start here.

4. Tabidze 1 Building — Tbilisi

Tabidze 1 Building by Regus, Tbilisi

Tabidze 1 Building is the central one, listed at St. Leonidze 2 in the city centre, and it is the best equipped of the four on paper: public transport and public parking nearby, its own parking, a lounge, catering, breakout space and step free access. Call answering is GEL 168.44 per month, the business address with mail and parcels GEL 282.46, and the full package GEL 723.00. A central address is the one clients recognise, and this is the central address of the four.

Who uses a virtual office — and who should not

The product suits a narrow set of people very well and a wider set not at all, and it is cheaper to find that out here than after the first month.

It works for a founder or consultant who works from home or abroad but needs post to arrive somewhere staffed and reliable. It works for a small company that wants a Tbilisi presence on its correspondence without taking a lease. It works for anyone whose real problem is the phone, since call answering is sold on its own at all four addresses. And the top package, with coworking access included, works for someone who is in the city often enough to want a place to sit but not often enough to pay for a desk.

It does not work if you need somewhere to work most days. That is a different product and there is a straightforward answer for it in the same four buildings: see the private offices in Georgia, which cover the same addresses with lockable rooms behind them. It does not work if your plan depends on the address satisfying a registration requirement that you have not checked yet, for the reasons set out above. And it does not work if you need to be outside Tbilisi, because nothing is listed there.

How to request a virtual office on Wezoo

A virtual office is not instantly bookable the way a meeting room is. It is a request, and the steps are short:

  1. Pick the address. The four pages above each list that building’s four packages with the current prices.
  2. Pick the step on the ladder. Call answering only, business address with mail and parcels, both together, or the full package with coworking access.
  3. Send the request. Say what you need the address for and whether you will need the mail forwarded, scanned or held.
  4. Settle the terms with the operator. They come back with the price for your case, the documents they need from you, and what the address may be used for. The listed minimum term is one month.

If you are still choosing between buildings, request BCV on Wezoo as a starting point and compare the answer you get with one of the others. The operators respond with the concrete terms, which is faster than trying to infer them from a listing.

If Georgia is not the only market you are looking at

Teams setting up in the Caucasus rarely look at one country alone. The nearest comparable address market on Wezoo is virtual offices in Azerbaijan, roughly 450 kilometres away, though that page is written in Azerbaijani. In English, the nearest is virtual offices in Lebanon, about 1,200 kilometres away, which is a useful comparison if your business is oriented towards the eastern Mediterranean rather than the Black Sea.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a virtual office cost in Georgia?

Listed prices run from GEL 168.37 to GEL 723.25 per month. The bottom of that range is call answering on its own; a business address with mail and parcel handling starts at GEL 246.08, and the full package with call answering and coworking access included runs from GEL 660.53.

Is there a free virtual office address in Georgia?

No. Nothing on Wezoo in Georgia is listed at zero, and a free business address is generally a trial, an incomplete offer, or something that is not a business address at all.

Can I use one of these addresses as my company’s registered address in Georgia?

That depends on the registration requirements in Georgia and on what the building operator is willing to provide, and this page does not claim an answer to it. Ask the operator what the address may be used for and which documents they supply, and verify the requirements with the competent authority before you file.

Which cities in Georgia have virtual offices on Wezoo?

Only Tbilisi. All four addresses are there and nothing is currently listed elsewhere in the country.

What is the difference between a virtual office and a private office?

A virtual office gives you an address and handling of what arrives there. A private office gives you a lockable room you can work in every day. The same four Georgian buildings offer both, so if you start with an address and outgrow it, you do not have to move.
