A virtual office in Nigeria is a business address you can use without renting a desk, and on Wezoo there are 25 of them, spread over seven cities. This page lists where those addresses are, what each one actually comes with, what they cost, and what you should check before you put one on a company form.
The useful thing to know up front: the address is the product. Not a room, not a floor, not a seat you can turn up to. Everything else attached to it, post, calls, a meeting room when you need one, is arranged with the operator of that particular building, and it varies from one to the next.
Wezoo snapshot: virtual office addresses in Nigeria
- 25 virtual office locations listed on Wezoo, at 24 separate buildings
- 7 cities: Lagos 12, Abuja 7, Port Harcourt 2, Benin City 1, Kano 1, Maiduguri 1, Owerri 1
- Operators: Regus (18), HQ (6), Spaces (1)
- Prices: none of the 25 carry a published rate, so pricing is on request. All 25 are listed in Nigerian naira (NGN)
What you get with virtual office in Nigeria — and what you do not
Strip it back and the product is one thing: the right to use a real street address as your business address, at a building that is staffed and that can take delivery of your post. That is why the list below is a list of buildings rather than a list of packages.
What the Wezoo listings do record, building by building, is the practical side of turning up when you need to. Across the 25 Nigerian locations, 19 have breakout space, 7 sit next to public parking and 6 have parking of their own, 6 are listed as wheelchair accessible, 5 have a lounge, 3 have a restaurant on site and 2 a coffee and tea bar. One is listed as close to public transport. All 25 record catering.
One honest caveat, and it applies to every address on this page: post handling, mail scanning and phone answering are not recorded in our listings. Those are arranged directly with the operator of the building you pick, they differ per provider, and they are settled when you send your request. If one of them is the reason you want the address, ask about it specifically rather than assuming it is included.
What you do not get is equally worth saying. You do not get a desk you can use whenever you like, you do not get a lease or any claim on floor space, and you do not get a guarantee from us that a particular authority will accept the address for a particular purpose. You also do not book a virtual office the way you book a meeting room by the hour: you send a request, and the operator comes back to you.
Where virtual office is available in Nigeria — the cities and how many addresses in each
Lagos carries almost half the country list, Abuja most of the rest, and five more cities have one or two each. That shape matters if you are choosing an address for a form rather than for a commute: outside Lagos and Abuja there is usually exactly one option in town.
| City | Virtual office locations | Operators present |
|---|---|---|
| Lagos | 12 | Regus, HQ, Spaces |
| Abuja | 7 | Regus, HQ |
| Port Harcourt | 2 | Regus |
| Benin City | 1 | HQ |
| Kano | 1 | HQ |
| Maiduguri | 1 | HQ |
| Owerri | 1 | HQ |
| Total | 25 | 3 |
Two notes on that table, because the raw records needed a decision. One Port Harcourt listing is filed under the state name rather than the city, and the Kano listing under “Kano State”; both are counted here under the city they are actually in. And the 25 listings sit at 24 buildings: two Regus centres share one address on Alfred Rewane Road in Ikoyi, about fifty metres apart, so they appear twice in the list and once on the map.
Inside Lagos the addresses cluster where the company registrations are: Victoria Island (Bishop Aboyade Cole Street, Akin Adesola Street and the Landmark complex), Ikoyi (Alfred Rewane Road), Lekki (Admiralty Way and The Providence Street), Ikeja (Allen Avenue and Local Airport Road) and Gbagada.
What virtual office costs in Nigeria — and is there a free option?
Here is the straight answer: not one of the 25 Nigerian listings carries a published price. That is not a gap in the data, it is how this product is sold. It is quoted per address, per term and per set of extras, so the operator prices it when you ask. All 25 are listed in Nigerian naira (NGN).
Which means the sensible way to compare is not by headline rate but by what you are actually buying: which city and which street the address sits on, whether the building has space you can use when you need to meet someone, and what the operator will and will not do with your post. Send the same question to two or three of the addresses below and the replies will be comparable in a way that a list of rates never is.
On the free question, which comes up in every market: there is no free virtual office in the Wezoo listings for Nigeria. An address that a staffed building is willing to stand behind has a cost attached, and anything offered at no charge is usually a mailbox rather than a business address at a real office building.
The 15 Nigerian virtual office addresses you can request on Wezoo
These are 15 of the 25 listings, chosen so that every one of the seven cities appears. Each one links straight to its own page, where you send the request.
1. Mansard Place — Lagos

A Victoria Island address on Bishop Aboyade Cole Street, in the stretch of Lagos where most international filings point. The building is set back behind its own gate and has breakout space and a lounge if you need somewhere to sit down with a visitor.
Request Mansard Place on Wezoo →
2. Number One Lagos — Lagos

1 Akin Adesola Street, which is about as central as a Victoria Island address gets. The glass frontage and the diagonal bracing make it easy to describe to a courier, which matters more than it sounds when post is the point.
Request Number One Lagos on Wezoo →
3. Landmark House — Lagos

Part of the Landmark complex in Victoria Island, on the second floor. Parking on site and a restaurant in the complex, so it works when you occasionally need to meet someone at the address you put on the form.
Request Landmark House on Wezoo →
4. Landmark Tower — Lagos

The tower next door to Landmark House, sixth floor. Same complex, a taller and more corporate front door, and the choice between the two is mostly about how the address reads on a letterhead.
Request Landmark Tower on Wezoo →
5. The Lennox Mall — Lagos

On Admiralty Way in Lekki, above a working retail parade. Plenty of parking and a lot of passing traffic, which makes it a straightforward place for deliveries and for anyone visiting from the mainland.
Request The Lennox Mall on Wezoo →
6. Lekki Admiralty — Lagos

A low, colonnaded building at The Waterside in Lekki, with the reception right off the forecourt. Quieter than the mall addresses and easy to find, with breakout space inside.
Request Lekki Admiralty on Wezoo →
7. Vibranium Valley — Lagos

On Local Airport Road in Ikeja, in the campus that Lagos tech people will recognise by name. Useful if you want a mainland address with some signal attached to it rather than a Victoria Island one.
Request Vibranium Valley on Wezoo →
8. 44 Allen Avenue — Lagos

Allen Avenue in Ikeja, on the main run, operated by HQ. A mainland business address with the commercial district around it, and noticeably easier to reach from the airport than anything across the bridges.
Request 44 Allen Avenue on Wezoo →
9. 28 Okemesi Crescent — Abuja

A small, recently fitted building on a crescent in Abuja rather than a tower. If you want a capital address without the glass-and-marble look, this is the one.
Request 28 Okemesi Crescent on Wezoo →
10. Tower C Churchgate Plaza — Abuja

Fourth floor of Churchgate Plaza, a full curtain-wall tower in the central business district. This is the Abuja address that looks most like a head office on paper.
Request Tower C Churchgate Plaza on Wezoo →
11. PH Tower — Port Harcourt

21 Kaduna Street in Woji, and one of only two such addresses in Port Harcourt. If your work is tied to Rivers State, this and the Trans Amadi listing are the choices.
12. 8 Evbuomwan Street — Benin City

The only such address in Benin City on Wezoo, run by HQ. Worth knowing about if you need an Edo State address and have been assuming you would have to use a Lagos one.
Request 8 Evbuomwan Street on Wezoo →
13. 32 Zoo Road — Kano

Zoo Road in Kano, the single northern commercial address on the list apart from Maiduguri. Filed in the records under the state name, but it is in the city.
Request 32 Zoo Road on Wezoo →
14. 20 Bank Rd — Owerri

Bank Road in Owerri, the only Imo State address here. A south-eastern option for anyone who would otherwise be registering an address several hundred kilometres from where they actually work.
15. 10 Baga Road — Maiduguri

Baga Road in Maiduguri, the furthest north of the 25 and the only Borno State address. Listed by HQ.

The other ten listings, including the second Ikoyi centre and the Trans Amadi address in Port Harcourt, are on the full Nigeria page linked at the top and bottom of this article.
Is virtual office legal in Nigeria, and which addresses the registrar accepts
This is the question people actually arrive with, so here is where the line sits between what we can tell you and what we cannot.
What we can tell you: companies in Nigeria are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, through its official company registration portal. A registered address and a postal address are not the same thing. The first is the address your company is formally recorded at; the second is simply somewhere post can reach you. An address like this can serve as either, neither, or both, and which one it is depends entirely on the terms the operator of that building offers.
What we are not going to tell you is whether any particular Nigerian address on this page will be accepted for any particular registration. We have not verified that, and a page that guesses at it is worse than a page that says so. Nobody at Wezoo signs the form on your behalf.
So, concretely, before you put one of these addresses on anything official: ask the building operator, in writing, whether the address may be used as a registered company address and what documentation comes with it, and confirm the requirements directly with the relevant Nigerian authority for what you are registering. The operator sets the terms and handles the paperwork at their end; the authority decides whether it is good enough. Do both before you pay for anything.
General orientation only, not legal advice. Requirements change and vary by what you are registering. Position as of 9 October 2026.
Who uses virtual office — and who should not
It works well for a handful of situations. A company registered abroad that needs a Nigerian presence on paper before it has staff on the ground. A consultancy of two or three people who work from home but would rather not print a residential address on an invoice. A Lagos business that wants an Abuja address, or the reverse, without the cost of a second office. Anyone whose work is in one city and whose clients expect to see another.
It is the wrong product for at least three groups, and it is cheaper to find that out here. If you need somewhere to sit most days, this is not it; a desk or a private office is. If your business takes walk-in customers, an address you are not present at will cost you more goodwill than it saves in rent. And if you are registering specifically because a bank, a regulator or a client has told you they require a physical place of business that they may visit, do not solve that with an address you do not occupy.
Worth adding: if what you really want is a room of your own in one of these same buildings, the private office side of our Nigerian inventory covers the same 25 locations. There is a companion guide to office space for rent in Nigeria that goes through those by city and by building.
How to request virtual office on Wezoo
Four steps, and none of them involve a shopping cart.
- Pick the address, not the package. Decide which city and which street you want to be recorded at, because that is the part you cannot change later without refiling.
- Open that building page from the list above and send the request. Say what you need the address for, whether it is for registration, for post, or both.
- Ask the three questions that matter in that same message: may the address be used as a registered company address, what happens to post that arrives, and is there any meeting space you can use when a client wants to come in.
- Compare the replies. Pricing comes back per address, so two or three requests will tell you more in a day than any amount of browsing.
If you are weighing Nigeria against another market in the region, there is an equivalent guide for virtual office addresses in Kenya, also in English, covering that country the same way this one covers Nigeria.

Frequently asked questions
How can I get a virtual address in Nigeria?
Pick one of the 25 listed buildings, open its page and send a request to the operator. They come back with terms and a price for that specific address. There is no instant checkout, because what is being agreed differs per building.
How many virtual office addresses are there in Nigeria on Wezoo?
25 listings at 24 buildings, across Lagos (12), Abuja (7), Port Harcourt (2), Benin City, Kano, Maiduguri and Owerri (1 each). Three operators run them: Regus, HQ and Spaces.
What does a virtual office cost in Nigeria?
None of the 25 Nigerian listings publishes a rate, so the price comes back when you ask. Operators quote in Nigerian naira (NGN) and price per address and per term.
Can I use a virtual office as my registered company address in Nigeria?
That depends on the terms of the specific building and on the requirements for what you are registering, and we have not verified it for these addresses. Ask the operator in writing and confirm with the relevant Nigerian authority before you file.
Is there a free virtual office in Nigeria?
Not in the Wezoo listings. Every one of the 25 is a staffed office building, and an address at one carries a cost.
