A virtual office in Kenya is a real street address your business can use, without renting a desk behind it. Wezoo lists 23 virtual office addresses in Kenya, spread over Nairobi, Kiambu, Mombasa and Thika, and this page sets out where they are, what each one is suited to, what the providers do and do not hand over with the address, and what to check before you put any address on a form.
It is a thin, specific market. Kenyan searches for this product run to roughly eighty a month nationally, and almost all of the supply sits in Nairobi. That is worth knowing up front: you are choosing between a shortlist of named buildings, not browsing a catalogue.

What you get with virtual office in Kenya — and what you do not
Strip away the marketing and the product is one thing: an address at a staffed business centre, which you are permitted to use as your business address. The building is real, the reception is real, and someone is there during office hours. What you are buying is the right to put that address on your website, your invoices, your Google listing and your correspondence.
What you are not buying is space. A virtual office gives you no desk, no office and no guaranteed room. Several of the 23 Kenyan buildings also run coworking floors, private offices and meeting rooms, and you can take those separately, but they are separate products with separate costs. If you want somewhere to actually sit, a virtual office is the wrong starting point.
One honest caveat about the extras. Mail handling, mail scanning, parcel acceptance and phone answering are the services people most often assume come with a virtual office, and they are exactly the services that are not published per building anywhere in our inventory. What each Kenyan provider does with a letter that arrives for you differs by operator and sometimes by building, and it is agreed at the point of request, not before. Ask the question in your enquiry and get the answer in writing. Nobody should promise you on a web page what the building has not published.
What the inventory does record per building is the practical stuff around the address: whether there is parking, whether public transport stops nearby, whether there are breakout areas, a lounge, a restaurant or step free access. Those are listed per building below, and only where the building itself reports them.
Where virtual office is available in Kenya — the cities and how many addresses in each
Kenyan supply is concentrated, and the concentration is the most useful fact on this page. Twenty of the 23 addresses are in Nairobi. The other three are one each in Kiambu, Mombasa and Thika.
| City | Addresses on Wezoo |
|---|---|
| Nairobi | 20 |
| Kiambu | 1 |
| Mombasa | 1 |
| Thika | 1 |
| Total | 23 |
Within Nairobi the addresses cluster where the commercial buildings are. Westlands Road, Parklands Road and the Parklands avenues carry several between them; the rest sit along Mombasa Road, Ngong Road, Riara Road in Lavington, State House Crescent Road, Kenyatta Avenue and out towards Karen and Village Market. If the district on the letterhead matters to you, that choice is real in Nairobi and effectively absent elsewhere in the country.
Outside the capital the position is simple. Kiambu, Mombasa and Thika have one address each, so there is nothing to compare within those cities. Mombasa in particular is worth flagging: if you want a coastal address rather than a Nairobi one, there is exactly one, at Nyali.
The Kenyan virtual office addresses on Wezoo
Sixteen of the 23 are set out below with their street, their city, what the building reports about itself and a link to its own page. The seven not listed individually are further Nairobi addresses from the same operators; you can see all of them through the browse link above.
1. Britam Towers — Nairobi

The tallest and most recognisable of the Kenyan addresses, and the one most likely to be recognised by a Kenyan reader without explanation. Run by Regus, with parking, breakout areas, catering and step free access reported at the building. If you want an address that reads as established on a first contact, this is the one that does the most work for you.

2. Eaton Place — Nairobi

Regus at Village Market, in the north of the city near the diplomatic quarter. This is the most fully equipped building in the Kenyan set on its own reported services: public transport nearby, parking, catering, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge, a restaurant, bike storage, breakout areas and step free access. Useful if you expect to actually use the building occasionally rather than only its address.
Request Eaton Place on Wezoo →
3. Ushuru Pension Plaza — Nairobi

A Regus centre with its own staffed reception, parking both on site and nearby, breakout areas, a lounge and step free access. The reception matters more than it sounds for this product: it is the desk where anything addressed to you arrives.
Request Ushuru Pension Plaza on Wezoo →
4. Global Trade Centre — Nairobi

On Westlands Road, and the only Kenyan address run under the Spaces name. Breakout areas and catering reported. Westlands is where a lot of Nairobi business actually happens, which makes this address read as current rather than corporate.
Request Global Trade Centre on Wezoo →
5. Delta Corner Tower — Nairobi

Tower 1 at Delta Corner, on the sixth floor. Breakout areas, catering, a lounge, a restaurant and step free access reported at the building.
Request Delta Corner Tower on Wezoo →
6. Delta Corner Tower 2 — Nairobi

The second Regus centre in the same complex, with its own reported parking, coffee and tea bar, lounge, restaurant, breakout areas and step free access. Two centres a short walk apart means a second option if the first is full.

7. Purshottam Place — Nairobi

A Regus centre with parking, breakout areas and catering reported. A plain, workable Nairobi business address without a landmark name attached to it.

8. I&M Building — Nairobi

At 1 Park Avenue, on the Limuru Road and First Parklands Avenue corner. Public transport nearby, breakout areas and catering reported. Parklands puts you close to the city centre without being in it.

9. I&M Tower — Nairobi

On Kenyatta Avenue, which is about as central a Nairobi address as the list offers. Catering reported at the building. Run under the HQ name.
10. Fedha Plaza — Nairobi

Parklands Road, with public transport and public parking nearby and catering reported. One of several Parklands options, which is useful if you want that specific district on your letterhead.

11. Pramukh Towers — Nairobi

The second Westlands Road address in the set, under the HQ name, with parking, catering, a lounge and step free access reported.

12. Victoria Plaza — Nairobi

At 9 Parklands Road in Westlands, which puts it on the boundary between the two busiest clusters in this list. Catering reported.
Request Victoria Plaza on Wezoo →
13. Vienna Court — Nairobi

On State House Crescent Road, with parking, breakout areas, catering, a lounge and step free access reported. A quieter address than the Westlands cluster, close to the government quarter.
Request Vienna Court on Wezoo →
14. The Brick Thindigua — Kiambu

The only Kiambu address, at Thindigua along Kiambu Road, with catering reported. It sits just outside Nairobi on the northern approach, which suits a business whose customers are in Kiambu County rather than the capital.
Request The Brick Thindigua on Wezoo →
15. Mombasa City Mall — Mombasa

At Nyali on Links Road, and the only coastal address in the Kenyan set. Catering reported. If your customers, your shipping or your port work are in Mombasa, a Nairobi address says the wrong thing and this is the alternative.
Request Mombasa City Mall on Wezoo →
16. Zuhura Place — Thika

Second floor at Zuhura Place, the only Thika address, with catering reported. Thika is the industrial town up the highway from Nairobi, and an address there reads as local in a way a Nairobi one does not.

What virtual office costs in Kenya — and is there a free option?
Not one of the 23 Kenyan listings publishes a starting price. That is not missing data, it is the shape of this product: a virtual office is a lead generation enquiry rather than something you add to a basket, and the operators price it on the term, the building and what you want done with your post. Pricing is on request, and you will get a figure from the building itself once you ask.
On the free question, which Kenyan searchers do ask: there is no free virtual office in this inventory, and you should be wary of one anywhere. An address is only worth what the business behind it is worth. A free address is either someone else’s address shared with strangers, or a mailbox with nobody at it, and both of those are liabilities on an invoice. The thing you are paying for is that there is a staffed reception and a real tenancy standing behind the line on your letterhead.
What to ask about when you request a price, because these are the variables that move it: the minimum term, whether post is held for collection or forwarded, whether forwarding is charged per item, whether scanning is offered at all, whether a phone number and answering service are included or separate, and how many hours of meeting room use, if any, come with the package. None of that is published per building, so it belongs in your first email rather than your assumptions.
Is virtual office legal in Kenya, and which addresses the registrar accepts
Here is the honest position, and it is deliberately narrower than what you will read elsewhere. We have not verified the Kenyan rules on using a business centre address as a registered company address against primary sources, so this page does not tell you that you may. Anyone who states it flatly without showing you where it comes from is guessing on your behalf, and it is your company that carries the consequence.
What can be said with confidence is the distinction that trips most people up. A business address and a registered company address are not the same thing. A business address is where you receive correspondence and where customers understand you to be; a registered address is a specific legal designation attached to an incorporated company, and it is governed by rules that differ from country to country and change over time. A provider can supply the first without that automatically satisfying the second.
So treat it as two separate questions. The address itself is straightforward: the building is real, it is staffed, and you have the provider’s permission to use it. Whether that address can also serve as your registered company address in Kenya is a question for the government body responsible for company registration, and you should put it to them, in those words, before you file anything. The building’s own operator will also tell you what they do and do not permit the address to be used for, and that permission is theirs to give, not ours.
If you want the general concept rather than the Kenyan specifics, the background on virtual offices covers what the product is and where it came from.
General orientation only, not legal advice. Position as at 9 October 2026. Confirm any registration requirement with the competent authority before you rely on it.
Who uses virtual office — and who should not
This product earns its place for four kinds of business. Consultants and solo professionals who work from home and do not want a residential address on a public website. Businesses outside Nairobi, or outside Kenya, that need a credible Nairobi presence before they commit to premises there. Small teams that are fully remote and only need somewhere for post and a recognisable address. And companies testing a second city, where one of the Mombasa, Thika or Kiambu addresses gives them a local footing without a lease.
It is the wrong product for three others, and saying so saves everyone time. If you need somewhere to work, even a few days a month, you want a coworking membership or a day office, not an address. If you need a room for clients, you want meeting room hire, which several of these same buildings offer. And if the regulator in your sector requires a verified physical place of business that you occupy, an address you do not occupy will not satisfy it, whatever the provider tells you.
One more group worth naming: businesses whose customers are local and physical. A plumber in Thika or a shop in Nyali gains nothing from a Nairobi letterhead and may lose something by it. Choose the address your customers would expect to see.
How to request virtual office on Wezoo
There is no checkout on this product, and that is deliberate. You pick the building, you send an enquiry, and the operator comes back with terms and a price for your situation.
If what you need is a room to sit in rather than an address to use, that is a different product with its own inventory: our office space guide for Kenya lists the 24 Kenyan buildings with private, lockable offices, with monthly floor prices and room sizes per building.
- Pick the city first, then the building. In Kenya that mostly means deciding whether you need Nairobi, and if so which district reads right for your customers.
- Open that building’s page from the links above and send the request.
- In your first message, name the term you want, say what should happen to post that arrives for you, and ask whether the address may be used for company registration. Those three answers decide whether the address is right for you, and none of them are published.
- Compare the replies on what is actually included rather than on the headline figure. Two addresses at the same price can differ substantially once mail and phone handling are in the comparison.

Virtual office elsewhere in Africa and the Gulf
Kenya is the first country on Wezoo to get a virtual office guide of its own, so there is no Kenyan sister page to send you to yet. If you are weighing up more than one market, two neighbouring guides cover the same product in English and are built the same way as this one.
- Virtual office in South Africa: the closest comparable market to Kenya in our inventory, and a useful read if you are choosing between an East African and a Southern African base.
- Virtual office in the United Arab Emirates: a much denser market, and the one Kenyan businesses most often look at when they want a Gulf facing address alongside a Nairobi one.
Frequently asked questions
What is meant by virtual office?
A virtual office is a business address at a staffed building that you are permitted to use as your own, without renting any space in it. You get the address and the reception behind it; you do not get a desk, an office or a room.
What are the disadvantages of a virtual office?
Three real ones. You cannot work there, so you still need somewhere to sit. What happens to your post varies by provider and is not published, so you have to ask. And it may not satisfy a rule that requires a physical place of business you actually occupy, which is a question for the relevant authority rather than for the provider.
How can I get a virtual office address in Kenya?
Choose one of the 23 addresses on Wezoo, open its page, and send a request to the operator. There is no instant checkout: the operator replies with terms and a price for your situation, and you agree the mail and phone arrangements at that point.
Are virtual offices free?
Not in Kenya, and not on this inventory. Every address here is a paid arrangement with a staffed business centre, priced on request. A free address is generally either shared with people you do not know or unattended, and neither does the job you are buying it for.
Which Kenyan cities have a virtual office address on Wezoo?
Four: Nairobi with 20 addresses, and one each in Kiambu, Mombasa and Thika.
