A virtual office gives a business a professional address it can use and be reached at, without renting a room to sit in. In Nepal that is a small, specific market: Wezoo currently lists two virtual office addresses, both in Kathmandu, and both operated by Regus. This page sets out what those addresses are, what the product does and does not include, what it costs, and what you should check for yourself before you use an address for anything official.
If what you actually need is a room with a door that locks, that is a different product, and it is covered on our guide to office space for rent in Nepal, which lists the same two buildings for private office use.
What you get with a virtual office in Nepal — and what you do not
The product is the address. That is worth stating plainly, because “virtual office” is sometimes used to mean a bundle of assistant services, and that is not what is on offer here. What you get is a business address at a real, staffed building in Kathmandu, and a route to the operator who runs that building.
Beyond the address itself, what each building carries differs, so it is listed per building rather than as a single services list. Across the two Nepal addresses, the facilities recorded in our inventory are: proximity to public transport, nearby public parking, catering, breakout spaces, and a lounge. The per building breakdown is in the address section further down.
One honest caveat that applies to both addresses. Mail handling, mail scanning and phone answering are the services people most often expect from a virtual office, and our inventory does not record them for any building, in Nepal or anywhere else. That does not mean they are unavailable. It means they vary by provider and are agreed directly with the operator when you make your request, so this page does not claim them for any specific building.
What you do not get: a desk you can turn up and work at every day, a private lockable room, or any guarantee about how a particular authority will treat the address. The first two are a different product. The third is covered honestly below.
Where virtual offices are available in Nepal — the cities and how many addresses in each
The national list is short and this page is not going to pad it:
- Kathmandu: 2 addresses
That is the complete Wezoo virtual office inventory for Nepal. Both addresses sit in the Kathmandu valley under postal code 44600, and both are run by the same operator, Regus. There is no second city with a virtual office address at present, so there is no Pokhara, Lalitpur or Bhaktapur option to point you at, and inventing one would not help you.
On district level detail, one of the two addresses is recorded with its locality, Kamaladi, and the other is recorded only by building name and floor. Where the district is not in our data, this page names the building rather than guessing a neighbourhood for it.
What a virtual office costs in Nepal — and is there a free option?
Neither Nepal address carries a published price. That is the normal shape of this product rather than missing information: a virtual office is quoted on what you need from it, for how long, and which services you want attached, so the operator prices it at the point of request. Expect to agree the figure with Regus directly when you enquire about either address.
On the question people actually search for, which is whether there is a free one: not in this inventory. Both Nepal addresses are commercial products from a commercial operator. Free or near free business address offers do exist in various markets, usually bundled with a company formation or accounting service, and they come with conditions attached to that bundle. This page cannot verify the terms of offers it does not list, and a cheap address that an authority later declines is more expensive than a paid one that works, so it is worth asking what any free offer actually covers.
The two Nepal virtual office addresses on Wezoo
Both addresses are in Kathmandu and both are operated by Regus. Each one links to its own page, where you can send the request.
1. IT Plaza — Kathmandu

IT Plaza sits in Kamaladi, in central Kathmandu, and it is the better documented of the two addresses in our data. The building is recorded as being near public transport and near a public parking lot, and it carries catering and breakout spaces on site. The reception is staffed, which matters more for a virtual office than it does for a desk product: an address is only as useful as the people who handle what arrives at it.
This is the address to look at first if being centrally placed in Kathmandu and reachable without a car is part of the point.

2. Trade Tower Kathmandu — Kathmandu

Trade Tower Kathmandu is a large, visibly commercial tower, which is a genuine consideration for a business address: an address at a recognised building reads differently to a correspondent than an address at an anonymous one. Our inventory records the Regus space here on the ground floor, with nearby public parking, catering, breakout spaces and a lounge.
Our data gives this one a floor rather than a street line, so it is listed here by building name. If the exact postal format of the address matters for your paperwork, and it often does, ask the operator to confirm the full line in writing before you submit it anywhere.

Is a virtual office legal in Nepal, and which addresses the registrar accepts
This is the question the virtual office market gets asked most, and it deserves a straight answer about what this page can and cannot tell you.
What this page will not do is tell you that a virtual office address is accepted for company registration in Nepal. We have not verified that against Nepali legislation or against the authority that would decide it, and an answer sourced from a neighbouring country, a competitor’s blog or general reasoning would be worth nothing to you at the moment it mattered. So it is not offered here, in either direction: not as a yes, and not as a no.
What can be said usefully:
- A business address and a registered address are not the same thing. A correspondence or business address is where you receive post and where people can reach your business. A registered or statutory address is a formal entry in an official record, and the rules about what qualifies are set by the authority holding that record, not by the building or by us.
- The operator sets the terms, and the request goes through them. What the address may be used for, what documentation is issued, and whether the operator will support a particular use are all matters for Regus as the provider of both Nepal buildings. That is a question to put to them directly, in writing, before you commit.
- Verify with the competent Nepali authority before you register anything. If the address is going on a registration, a licence, a tax filing or a bank application, confirm with the relevant authority, or with a Nepali advisor, that the form of address you intend to use is acceptable for that specific purpose. Do this before you submit, not after.
That sequence, operator first for what they will support, authority second for what will be accepted, is the one that avoids the expensive version of this problem.
This section is general orientation and not legal advice. It does not state the legal position in Nepal, and nothing here should be relied on as a statement of Nepali law. Position as of 25 October 2026.
Who uses a virtual office — and who should not
A virtual office in Kathmandu tends to make sense for a few specific situations:
- Founders and consultants working from home who want a business address that is not their flat, and a professional point of contact.
- Companies based outside Nepal establishing a presence or testing the market before committing to space and staff.
- Small distributed teams whose people work from different places but who need one stable address for correspondence.
- Businesses in transition, between offices or between cities, that need continuity of address while the rest moves.
It is the wrong product for several others, and this is worth being blunt about:
- Anyone who needs somewhere to actually work. If you or your team need a place to sit, daily or even weekly, you want a desk or a room. Both Nepal buildings offer private office space as well, covered on our Nepal office space guide.
- Anyone who needs a guaranteed registration outcome today. See the section above. If your timeline depends on an address being accepted by a specific authority, confirm acceptance first and choose the address second.
- Anyone who needs to meet clients at the address regularly. Meeting space is a separate arrangement with the operator, not something a virtual office includes by default.
- Anyone outside Kathmandu who needs a local address. With two addresses in one city, this inventory cannot give you a Pokhara or Biratnagar presence.
How to request a virtual office on Wezoo
The mechanics are deliberately not a checkout. You request a virtual office rather than booking one, because the terms, the services attached and the price are settled between you and the operator.
- Choose the address from the two listed above, on location and on how the building reads for your purpose.
- Send the request from that address’s page on Wezoo.
- Ask the operator the specifics in writing, and be concrete: the full postal form of the address, what happens to post that arrives, whether scanning or forwarding is offered and at what cost, whether phone answering is available, and what the address may be used for.
- Verify anything official separately with the relevant Nepali authority before you submit the address anywhere that matters.

Virtual offices in nearby markets
Nepal has two addresses, and that is a thin list if you are weighing up where in the region to place a presence. The nearest comparable national guides we hold, all in English, are virtual offices in Bangladesh, virtual offices in India and virtual offices in Pakistan. Each covers a different market with its own rules and its own inventory, so they are useful if your business is choosing between countries rather than between buildings.
And if the Nepal address is what you want but a room is what you need, start with office space for rent in Nepal, which covers the same two Kathmandu buildings.
