A virtual office in Ghana gives your business a real, staffed street address in Accra without renting a desk behind it. You use the address on your correspondence, your website and your invoices, and the people in the building handle what arrives there. For a consultant working from home in East Legon, a foreign company testing the Ghanaian market, or a team that is remote by design, it is the cheapest way to have a credible address in the capital.
Wezoo currently lists five buildings in Ghana that offer a virtual office, and all five are in Accra. This guide covers what those addresses include, what they do not, what the pricing looks like, and how to request one.
What you get with virtual office in Ghana — and what you do not
A virtual office is an address, not a workspace. That distinction does most of the work in deciding whether this product fits you. You are buying the right to use a business address at a managed building, together with whatever the operator of that building agrees to do with the post and the callers that arrive under your name.
What you do not get is a seat. There is no desk reserved for you, no office to walk into each morning, and no entitlement to work from the building unless you book that separately as a day office, a coworking pass or a meeting room. If you need somewhere to actually sit, the product you want is a desk or an office, not an address.

What each building brings beyond the address varies, and it is worth reading per site rather than assuming a standard package. Across the five Ghanaian addresses, the recurring facilities are breakout space and on-site catering. Two of them have their own parking, one sits next to public parking, and one is listed as being close to public transport. One carries a lounge. Those are building facilities, and they matter on the days you are actually there for a meeting.
One honest general note, because it is the question everyone asks: post handling, scanning and forwarding, and telephone answering are arranged per provider rather than being a fixed part of the product. They are not published per building, so they are settled when you make the request. Ask for them by name when you enquire, and get the answer in writing before you commit.
Where virtual office is available in Ghana — the cities and how many addresses in each
Ghana’s virtual office inventory is concentrated in one city. All five addresses are in Accra. There is nothing listed in Kumasi, Takoradi or Tamale at the moment, so a business that wants a Ghanaian address today is choosing between Accra districts rather than between Ghanaian cities.
Within Accra, the five cluster into two recognisable business areas. Three sit in and around the Airport Residential Area and Airport City, the commercial district that has absorbed most of the city’s corporate office development and sits close to Kotoka International Airport. Two sit on or just off Liberation Road, the arterial route that connects the airport district to the centre. If you are choosing on address prestige, those two areas are the ones a Ghanaian client will recognise immediately.
That concentration is a genuine constraint, not an oversight. If your customers are in Kumasi, a virtual office in Accra gives you a national business address and a presence in the capital, but it does not give you a local footprint in the Ashanti Region.
What virtual office costs in Ghana — and is there a free option?
None of the five Ghanaian addresses publishes a price for its virtual office. That is normal for this product rather than a gap: a virtual office is quoted per arrangement, because what you are buying depends on what you ask the provider to do with your post and your calls. Prices are quoted in Ghana cedi (GHS) and you get them by making a request on the building you want.
What moves the number is fairly predictable. The district carries some of it, since an Airport City address costs more than a peripheral one. The rest is the service layer: an address that is only a forwarding point is cheaper than one where staff receive, scan and forward your post, and cheaper again than one that bundles meeting room time or call answering. Ask for the quote on the specific combination you want, not on the headline address.
On the free question: no, there is no free virtual office in this inventory, and it is worth being careful with offers elsewhere that are advertised as free. An address is only useful to you if you can demonstrate you are entitled to use it, and that entitlement is the thing a free offer tends not to give you in writing. Pay for the address you intend to put on official paperwork.
The five virtual office addresses in Ghana
All five are in Accra and all five are operated by Regus. Below is each one, what district it sits in, and what the building itself carries.
1. Atlantic Tower — Accra

Atlantic Tower stands on Liberation Road, the stretch most Accra businesses use as shorthand for the commercial corridor between the airport and the centre. It is a tall, visible building on a road everyone can find, which is exactly what you want from an address you will be quoting to clients. The building carries breakout space and catering, and it sits next to public parking rather than running its own lot.
2. 19 Kofi Annan Street — Accra

19 Kofi Annan Street is in the Airport Residential Area and is the best equipped of the five for the days you turn up in person. It has its own parking, a lounge, breakout space and catering, and a staffed reception that handles arrivals. The street name itself reads well on letterhead, which is a small thing until you are putting it on a proposal.
3. Silver Star Tower — Accra

Silver Star Tower sits in Airport City on Liberation Road, and it is the one of the five listed as being close to public transport as well as public parking. If the people who will occasionally visit your address are arriving without a car, this is the easiest of the five to reach. It also carries breakout space and catering.
4. OMA Building — Accra

OMA Building is in the Airport Residential Area, the quieter, greener half of the airport business district where a lot of embassies and professional practices sit. It is the most understated address of the five and carries breakout space and catering. If your clients are institutional rather than retail, the neighbourhood does you a favour.
5. Movenpick Ambassador Hotel — Accra

The workspace at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel occupies a dedicated floor in central Accra, a short distance from Independence Square and the ministries. It has its own parking, breakout space and catering, and the practical advantage of a hotel underneath it: if you need to meet someone the same day you are in town, there is somewhere to do it and somewhere for them to stay.
Is virtual office legal in Ghana, and which addresses the registrar accepts
This is the right question to ask, and it deserves a straight answer about what we can and cannot tell you.
The first thing worth separating is two ideas that get used interchangeably and are not the same. A correspondence address is where your post goes. A registered office address is the address a company gives to the authorities as its official seat, and it carries obligations: it has to be somewhere official notices can reliably reach you, and somebody has to be answerable for what arrives there. A virtual office can serve the first role straightforwardly. Whether a particular virtual office can serve the second role for your particular company is a question with a specific answer, and that answer comes from two places.
The first is the building. The operator of the address sets the terms on which its address may be used, and those terms differ between providers and between products at the same provider. An address sold as a mail drop is usually not offered for company registration; an address sold for registration normally comes with additional checks and paperwork. Ask explicitly, at the point of enquiry, whether the address may be used as a registered office, and get that confirmation in writing.
The second is the competent authority in Ghana. Before you file anything, confirm the current requirements with the authority that handles company registration, or with a Ghanaian lawyer or accountant acting for you. We have not independently verified Ghana’s current registration requirements, and we would rather tell you that than repeat something we have not checked. Do not rely on this page, or on any provider’s marketing, as the basis for a filing.
This section is general orientation and not legal advice. Requirements change and vary by company type and activity. Verify your own position with the competent Ghanaian authority or a qualified adviser before registering an address. Position as of 21 October 2026.
Who uses virtual office — and who should not
The product suits a few situations very well. Independent consultants and small professional practices in Accra use it to keep a home address off their public paperwork. Companies based outside Ghana use it to hold a credible local address while they test whether the market is worth a permanent office. Remote-first teams with people spread across Accra use it because they need an address but genuinely do not need a room. E-commerce and services businesses use it because a PO box on a website reads as temporary in a way a street address does not.
It suits other situations badly, and these are worth naming. If you need somewhere to work most days, you are paying for the wrong thing and should be looking at a desk or an office. If clients turn up at your address unannounced and expect to be received as your business rather than as a visitor to a shared building, the experience will not match what you have promised them. And if you are in a regulated activity where the authority expects to inspect your premises, an address you do not occupy is not going to satisfy that requirement.
The honest test is this: if the address is doing credibility and correspondence work, it is a good fit. If it is standing in for a place you actually need to be, it is not.
How to request virtual office on Wezoo
Virtual offices are not booked instantly the way a meeting room is. Because the terms depend on what you need the address to do, the process is a request and a quote rather than a checkout.
Pick the building first, using district and facilities as your filter. Open its page on Wezoo and send a request. Say clearly in that request what you need: whether the address is for correspondence or for registration, whether you need post scanned and forwarded, whether you want call answering, and whether you expect to use meeting rooms. The provider comes back with terms and a price in Ghana cedi. Read what the address may be used for before you sign, and only then put it on anything official.
If you want a worked example, the best equipped of the five is 19 Kofi Annan Street, which has its own parking, a lounge and staffed reception for the days you are there in person.
