Virtual Office Brooklyn: All 9 Addresses, Best Rates and LLC Rules (2026)

A virtual office Brooklyn address is a real, staffed street address in Kings County that your company can use on its Articles of Organization, its invoices and its mail — without renting a desk behind it. Wezoo lists exactly nine of them, and this guide walks through all nine: what they cost, where they actually sit, and what a Brooklyn address changes about registering a New York LLC.

Two things surprise most founders. The first is how few addresses there are: Brooklyn has 2.6 million residents and nine bookable virtual office addresses, against Manhattan’s fifty-seven for 1.6 million people. The second is that crossing the East River does not discount everything equally. If you want the wider background on how the product works, start with our complete guide to virtual offices — then come back for the Brooklyn numbers.

Wezoo snapshot — Brooklyn virtual offices (Kings County, July 2026)

  • 9 virtual office addresses available on Wezoo
  • The address itself is quoted on request — every operator prices it as a lead, not a checkout
  • 9 of 9 also rent real private offices: from $530 to $1,138 per month, median $547.50
  • Meeting rooms at 4 of 9 addresses: $79.00–$143.50 per hour, median $96.00
  • Top operators: WeWork (4), Regus (2), Spaces (1)

Those nine doors are the whole Brooklyn market on Wezoo. Everything below is measured from them.

Virtual office Brooklyn: what does it actually cost per month?

Nobody publishes a price for the address. Every one of the nine operators quotes it as an inquiry, which is why the SERP is full of “from $49” numbers that fall apart at checkout. What is published is everything the same building sells above the address — and that is the honest way to price a virtual office Brooklyn plan, because the address is the cheapest rung on a ladder you will climb the moment you need a room.

What you buy Doors selling it Brooklyn price
The address (mail + registration) 9 of 9 On request
An hour in a meeting room 4 of 9 $79.00–$143.50 · median $96.00
A desk for a day 3 of 9 $69.00–$109.00 · median $89.00
A private office for a day 4 of 9 $189.00–$319.00 · median $234.00
Your own office, monthly 9 of 9 from $530 · median $547.50

Read the last row first. Every virtual office Brooklyn address on this list is attached to a building that will rent you a real office — not one mailbox-only operation in the borough.

Virtual office Brooklyn vs Manhattan: what the river actually discounts

“Brooklyn is cheaper” is the assumption every founder brings to this decision. It is true — but not on every rung, and the pattern is strange enough to change what you do with it. We ran the same scan across the river for our virtual office in Manhattan guide, 57 addresses against Brooklyn’s nine. Here is the same product, priced in both counties.

Rung Brooklyn (Kings) Manhattan (New York) Difference
Meeting room, per hour $96.00 $179.92 −47%
Hot desk, per day $89.00 $92.00 −3%
Day office, per day $234.00 $244.00 −4%
Private office, from / month $547.50 $750.00 −27%

The hour halves. The month drops by a quarter. The day barely moves.

Cross the river and the month gets cheaper. The day does not. A desk-day in Greenpoint costs within three dollars of a desk-day in Midtown, because a day rate is priced against convenience, not against prestige — the person buying it is buying a place to sit today, and today has the same value on both sides of the water. The hour and the month are where the address is doing the talking, and that is exactly where Brooklyn is cheap.

The practical read: if your virtual office Brooklyn plan is really about the letterhead and the occasional client meeting, the borough saves you real money. If you are quietly planning to work from the building three days a week, you will pay Manhattan prices for the privilege of sitting in Brooklyn.

Where the nine virtual office Brooklyn addresses actually are

Brooklyn’s virtual office map is not a map of Brooklyn. It is a map of the shoreline facing Manhattan.

All nine addresses fall inside a 4.9 km arc along the East River, from 195 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights to 750 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint. Every one of them sits between 5.7 km and 8.5 km from the borough’s geographic centre. There is nothing in Sunset Park, nothing in Bay Ridge, nothing in Flatbush, nothing in Canarsie — nothing south or east of Downtown Brooklyn at all. Two thirds of the borough’s population lives outside the strip that holds one hundred percent of its virtual office supply.

Put it next to Manhattan and the scarcity is sharp: one virtual office Brooklyn address per roughly 288,000 residents, against one per 29,000 in Manhattan. Ten times thinner, in the borough with the bigger population.

Brooklyn’s population and geography are summarised well here, if you want the underlying numbers.

Brooklyn / Kings County — population and boroughs (Wikipedia)

One trap, worth ten minutes of your time. ZIP 11249 holds three of the nine addresses — and they are not neighbours. Dock 72 stands on a working pier inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard; 134 N 4th Street is in the middle of North Williamsburg, 2.0 km away; Mindspace at 25 Kent Avenue is 2.8 km from Dock 72. Same ZIP, three different conversations with a client. Never pick a Brooklyn address by its ZIP code — pick it by the corner it stands on.

Can you register a New York LLC at a virtual office Brooklyn address?

Yes — provided it is a staffed street address and not an unattended box, which all nine of these are. The thing to understand is that a Brooklyn address does not change your state. It changes your county, and in New York the county is the part with paperwork attached.

Under Section 206 of the New York LLC Law, a new LLC must publish a notice of formation once a week for six successive weeks in two newspapers of the county where its office is located — one daily, one weekly — and those two newspapers are designated by that county’s clerk. Then you file a Certificate of Publication with the Department of State. Miss the 120-day window and your authority to do business in New York gets suspended.

So: a Brooklyn address puts you in Kings County, and the Kings County Clerk picks your two papers. A Manhattan address puts you in New York County, with a different clerk and a different pair of papers. Same state, same filing, different bill — and it is a bill you cannot shop around, because the designated papers set their own rates. We are not lawyers and we will not quote you a figure; ask your attorney or filing service for the current Kings County numbers before you choose the county.

The state’s own formation guidance is the right starting point.

Two more questions always follow. Will a bank open an account on it? Federal customer-identification rules require a business to give “a principal place of business, local office, or other physical location” — a staffed street address qualifies; a mail slot does not. Individual banks then add their own policy on top, and some do flag commercial mail-receiving agencies, so ask before you file.

The rule itself is short and worth reading once.

31 CFR § 1020.220 — customer identification program requirements

And the IRS? No rule against a commercial address; you keep it current with Form 8822-B. Our deeper walkthroughs of both questions live in business address for an LLC and virtual business address for an LLC.

All 9 virtual office Brooklyn addresses, one by one

Nine doors, five neighbourhoods, five operators — WeWork (4), Regus (2), Spaces, HQ and Mindspace. Not one independent, which is the same pattern we found in Manhattan. They are ordered here roughly by how much the address does for you before you have said a word.

1. One Pierrepont Plaza — Brooklyn Heights

virtual office Brooklyn - One Pierrepont Plaza, Brooklyn Heights
One Pierrepont Plaza by Regus, Brooklyn Heights

What to expect: The courthouse-and-civic corner of Brooklyn Heights, one block from Borough Hall and the A/C/F/R lines at Jay St–MetroTech. This is the most institutional address in the borough: the kind that reads as a law firm, an agency, a consultancy. It is also the deepest building on the list — 26 private suites behind the front desk, a meeting room at $87.00 an hour and a desk-day at $89.00 if you ever need to actually show up.

Operator: Regus · Address: 300 Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn, NY 11201

👉 Request One Pierrepont Plaza on Wezoo

2. Spaces Myrtle Avenue — Downtown Brooklyn

virtual office Brooklyn - Spaces Myrtle Avenue, Downtown Brooklyn
Spaces Myrtle Avenue by Spaces, Downtown Brooklyn

What to expect: Downtown Brooklyn proper, in the tower cluster between MetroTech and Fort Greene. The largest floorplate we list in the borough — 28 private suites, from a single room to a 46-desk floor — and the priciest hour in Brooklyn at $143.50. Choose it when the address needs to signal scale rather than craft.

Operator: Spaces · Address: 115 Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11201

👉 Request Spaces Myrtle Avenue on Wezoo

3. Dumbo Heights (77 Sands) — DUMBO

virtual office Brooklyn - Dumbo Heights (77 Sands), DUMBO
Dumbo Heights (77 Sands) by WeWork, DUMBO

What to expect: Under the Manhattan Bridge approach, in the old Jehovah’s Witnesses campus that became DUMBO’s tech spine. DUMBO is the one Brooklyn address that a Manhattan client reads as a deliberate choice rather than a compromise. Private suites start at $530 a month for three people — the joint-cheapest entry in the borough.

Operator: WeWork · Address: 77 Sands Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201

👉 Request Dumbo Heights (77 Sands) on Wezoo

4. 195 Montague St — Brooklyn Heights

virtual office Brooklyn - 195 Montague St, Brooklyn Heights
195 Montague St by WeWork, Brooklyn Heights

What to expect: Montague Street is Brooklyn Heights’ main commercial strip: brownstones behind it, the Promenade three minutes west, the 2/3/4/5 at Borough Hall two minutes east. A quiet, established letterhead. Same price list as every other WeWork door in the borough, to the dollar.

Operator: WeWork · Address: 195 Montague Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201

5. 134 N 4th St — Williamsburg

virtual office Brooklyn - 134 N 4th St, Williamsburg
134 N 4th St by WeWork, Williamsburg

What to expect: Two blocks from the Bedford Av L, in the middle of North Williamsburg’s retail run. If your customers are consumer-facing, creative or DTC, this is the address that matches the pitch deck. Suites from $530 a month; no meeting room on site, and none needed — you are a seven-minute walk from three others.

Operator: WeWork · Address: 134 N 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249

6. Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard — Brooklyn Navy Yard

Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard by WeWork, Brooklyn Navy Yard

What to expect: A sixteen-storey building standing on a working pier inside the Navy Yard, reachable by ferry and by the B67 bus. It shares ZIP 11249 with Williamsburg and sits two kilometres away from it. The most distinctive address in the borough, and the one that most needs explaining on a phone call.

Operator: WeWork · Address: 1 Dock 72 Way, Brooklyn, NY 11249

👉 Request Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard on Wezoo

7. Williamsburg — Williamsburg

virtual office Brooklyn - Williamsburg, Williamsburg
Williamsburg by Mindspace, Williamsburg

What to expect: 25 Kent is the first new office building Williamsburg had built in half a century — a purpose-built, brick-and-steel block on the north waterfront. The only door on this list run by an independent-minded operator rather than one of the three global brands, and the only one with a meeting room ($105.00 an hour) but no published private-office price list.

The cheapest desk-day in the borough at $69.00 and the cheapest day office at $189.00. Note the queue: only one of its seven private suites is free right now, the rest carry future dates.

Operator: HQ · Address: 260 Ainslie Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211

👉 Request 260 Ainslie Street on Wezoo

9. 750 Manhattan Ave — Greenpoint

virtual office Brooklyn - 750 Manhattan Ave, Greenpoint

What to expect: The northern edge of the borough, on Greenpoint’s main avenue by the Nassau Av G. The cheapest meeting room in Brooklyn at $79.00 an hour, and a flat $565 per desk per month whether you take one room or four. If you want a Brooklyn address that is emphatically not a Manhattan-facing one, this is the far end of the map.

Operator: Regus · Address: 750 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Every virtual office Brooklyn address on this list will also rent you the room behind it. If that is where you are heading, our guide to office space in Brooklyn prices the move-in properly.

Which virtual office Brooklyn address is best for you?

The nine doors are not interchangeable. Pick by what the address has to do:

  • Best for a professional-services letterhead: One Pierrepont Plaza, Brooklyn Heights — Borough Hall, the courts, 26 suites behind the door.
  • Best for a consumer or creative brand: 134 N 4th Street or 25 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg.
  • Best for a Manhattan client who needs convincing: Dumbo Heights, 77 Sands Street.
  • Best for scale signals: Spaces Myrtle Avenue, Downtown Brooklyn — 28 suites, up to a 46-desk floor.
  • Best if you will actually use the room: 750 Manhattan Avenue, Greenpoint — the cheapest hour in the borough at $79.00.

One decision underneath all five: the address is a promise about where you can be found, not about where you sit.

Virtual office Brooklyn: frequently asked questions

Virtual office Brooklyn: how much does it cost per month?

The address itself is quoted on request at all nine Brooklyn locations — no operator publishes a checkout price. What is published is the ladder above it: a meeting-room hour runs $79.00–$143.50 (median $96.00), a desk-day $69.00–$109.00, and a real private office starts at $530 per month. Ask for the address quote and the room rate in the same message; the second number is the one that varies.

Virtual office Brooklyn: can you register an LLC at one of these addresses?

Yes. All nine are staffed street addresses, which is what New York and the banks require. Registering in Brooklyn places your LLC in Kings County, so under NY LLC Law § 206 the Kings County Clerk designates the two newspapers you must publish your formation notice in. Confirm the current requirement with your attorney or filing service before you file.

Virtual office Brooklyn or Manhattan — which address is better?

It depends on which rung you will actually buy. The Brooklyn meeting-room hour is 47% cheaper than Manhattan’s and the monthly office 27% cheaper, but a hot desk or a day office costs within a few percent of the Manhattan rate. Brooklyn discounts the letterhead and the boardroom, not the day.

Virtual office Brooklyn: will a bank accept the address?

Federal rules require a physical location for a business account, and a staffed address in a real office building meets that test. Banks add their own policy on top, and some flag commercial mail-receiving agencies, so confirm with your bank before filing. Every one of these nine addresses is an operating office with staff, not a mailbox store.

How many virtual office addresses are there in Brooklyn?

Nine on Wezoo, across five neighbourhoods — Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, Williamsburg (including the Navy Yard) and Greenpoint. That is roughly one address per 288,000 residents, against one per 29,000 in Manhattan. The supply is thin and it hugs the East River.

Can you use a virtual office Brooklyn address for mail forwarding?

Yes — mail handling is the core of every plan, and the difference between operators is what happens next: scan, hold, forward or collect. Ask how quickly mail is scanned and whether a person signs for couriers, because that signature is the whole point of paying for a staffed address.

Brooklyn gives you nine addresses, five neighbourhoods and one county clerk. Choose the corner, not the ZIP code.
