A business address in Cambodia is a real street address in a real building that your company may use as its correspondence address, on your website, on your invoices and on your cards, without renting a desk or a room behind it. On Wezoo there are two such addresses in the country today, both in central Phnom Penh, and this page sets out what each one is, what the address is useful for, what it costs and how to ask for it.
Most of what ranks for this search is written for nobody in particular: generic guidance that explains the idea of a business address without naming a single building you could actually use. This page does the opposite. Every address, district and detail below comes from our own live inventory for Cambodia.
What you get with business address in Cambodia — and what you do not
The product is the address itself. You get the right to use a specific street address in a specific building as the business address of your company, and you get the building behind it: a staffed reception in a managed office floor, in a tower that other businesses also use. That is what makes the address credible to a bank, a client or a supplier who looks it up.
What you do not get is space. A business address is not a desk, not a room and not a floor. If somebody needs to sit down and work every day, that is a different product, and in Cambodia it is covered by our guide to office for rent in Cambodia, which lists the same two buildings as rentable offices rather than as addresses.
One honest caveat about the extras. Postal handling, mail scanning, mail forwarding and telephone answering are the services people most often expect to come bundled with a business address, and they differ from one provider to the next. Our inventory records what each building offers on site; it does not record postal or telephone terms, so this page does not claim them for any individual address. They are agreed with the operator of the building when you make your request, and they are the first thing worth asking about.
What the inventory does record for both Cambodian addresses is the building itself: parking, breakout space away from the main floor, catering, and a coffee and tea bar. Those matter more than they sound, because a business address is only worth having if you can occasionally turn up at it: to collect something, to meet somebody, or to sit for an hour between appointments.
Where business address is available in Cambodia — the cities and how many addresses in each
Cambodia has two business addresses on Wezoo, and both are in Phnom Penh. There are none in Siem Reap, none in Sihanoukville and none in Battambang.
| City | Addresses |
|---|---|
| Phnom Penh | 2 |
| Total | 2 |
That concentration is not an accident of our inventory, it is the shape of the market. Cambodian commercial demand sits almost entirely in the capital, and within the capital it sits in a handful of towers along the riverfront and around Monivong Boulevard. Both of our addresses are in that core, within a short drive of each other, the ministries, the main banks and the airport road.
Because there are two addresses rather than twenty, the choice between them is a real choice rather than a filter exercise, and the section further down describes each one individually.
What business address costs in Cambodia — and is there a free option?
Neither Cambodian address publishes a price. That is the normal shape of this product rather than a gap in our data: a business address is quoted per company, because the quote depends on how long you want it, whether you want post handled, forwarded or scanned, and whether you want meeting time in the building attached to it. Pricing is on request for both addresses, and a request costs nothing.
On the question people actually type into the search box: no, there is no genuinely free business address in Cambodia, and you should treat any offer of one carefully. An address that costs nothing is usually one of three things. It is a mail drop with no building behind it, which is of limited use the moment anyone visits or verifies it. It is a friend’s or an accountant’s address used informally, which works until the relationship or the arrangement ends and your correspondence goes somewhere you no longer control. Or it is a free period attached to another purchase, in which case the price is simply elsewhere.
What you can do without spending anything is compare. Ask both buildings for a quote on exactly the same terms, including what happens to post, and you will have the Cambodian market in front of you in one afternoon, because the Cambodian market on Wezoo is these two addresses.
Is business address legal in Cambodia, and which addresses the registrar accepts
This section deserves a straight answer about the limits of what is written here. We have not verified Cambodian company law or the current practice of the Cambodian business registry against primary sources, so this page names no registrar, cites no article of law, and does not tell you that either address may be used as your registered company address. Anyone who tells you otherwise without pointing at the source is guessing, and the consequence of a wrong guess lands on your company rather than on theirs.
What can be said accurately is the distinction that trips most people up. A correspondence or business address and a registered company address are not the same thing. The first is where your business receives post and presents itself. The second is a legal particular recorded in your company’s registration, and the rules that govern which addresses qualify, what evidence of occupation is required and what must be displayed there are set by the authorities of the country, not by the building and not by us.
So the practical route is this. Decide what you need the address for. If it is correspondence, presentation and a credible place to meet, either Cambodian address below does that. If it is your registered company address, raise that explicitly with the building when you make your request, because the operator is the party that can tell you what it is willing to provide and what documentation it issues, and confirm the position with the competent Cambodian authority before you register anything.
Please note: this section is general orientation, not legal advice, and reflects the position as at 27 October 2026. Verify the requirements for a registered company address with the competent Cambodian authority before you rely on any address for registration.
The two business addresses available in Cambodia
Both addresses are in Phnom Penh and both sit in large, well known towers rather than in a back office. Each entry below links to that building’s own page, where you can make your request.
1. Exchange Square — Phnom Penh

The Exchange Square address sits on the 14th floor of the Exchange Square tower, in the commercial core of Phnom Penh. It is the better connected of the two: our inventory records it as close to public transport and close to a public parking lot, as well as having parking of its own, which matters in a city where arriving by car is the default and parking is the constraint.
On site there is breakout space away from the working floor, catering, and a coffee and tea bar. The building is recorded as wheelchair accessible, which is the only one of the two for which that is noted. For a company whose clients or partners will actually come to the address, that combination, a recognisable tower, a staffed floor, somewhere to sit down and somewhere to park, is what the address is buying.

2. Canadia Tower — Phnom Penh

The Canadia Tower address is on the 18th floor of Canadia Bank Tower, the glass tower on the Monivong Boulevard roundabout that most people in Phnom Penh can picture without being given directions. That recognisability is the practical argument for it: an address nobody has to look up twice is an easier address to give a client, a bank or a courier.
Our inventory records parking, breakout space, catering, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge and a restaurant in the building. It is the more self contained of the two, in the sense that somebody who comes to the address for a morning can stay there for a morning without leaving the building.

Who uses business address — and who should not
A business address in Phnom Penh earns its keep for a few recognisable situations. The first is a foreign company testing Cambodia: you want a local presence, a local point of contact and somewhere credible on your material before you commit to an office and the staff to fill it. The second is a company that is genuinely distributed, where the team works from home or from client sites and the only thing that needs a fixed location is the post and the public face. The third is a small Cambodian business that has outgrown a residential address and does not want its home on its invoices.
There are also people who should not buy one, and saying so is more useful than selling to everybody. If you need somewhere to work, this is the wrong product and you will be disappointed within a week; look at an office or a desk instead. If the whole point is to meet clients regularly in person, check what meeting time the building will attach to the address before you commit, because the address alone does not include a room. And if you need the address to carry a specific legal status in a registration or a licence, settle that question first, with the authority and with the building, rather than buying an address and hoping it qualifies.
How to request business address on Wezoo
There is no checkout and no instant booking for this product, and that is deliberate: the terms depend on what you need, so the first step is a request rather than a payment.
- Pick the address. With two in the country, compare them on access and on what you want from the building, using the two entries above.
- Open that building’s page and send your request. Exchange Square and Canadia Tower each have their own.
- Say what you need the address for, and be specific: correspondence only, post forwarded or scanned, telephone answering, occasional meeting time, or use in a registration. These are the terms that set the price.
- Compare the two quotes on the same terms before you decide.
