In a serviced building the monthly rate normally carries the furniture, the internet, the utilities, cleaning, and the business rates and service charge for the space you occupy. Reception, meeting room credits, breakout space and bike storage appear building by building rather than everywhere. Printing, extra meeting hours, parking and anything you want installed are usually billed separately. Ask for the list in writing before you sign anything.
The alternative is renting the space directly, and that is where the real difference sits. Minimum term and flexibility: no long lease
You are renting a room, not signing a decade.
