1-2 Person Office Space Atlanta: Seven Buildings and Essential 2026 Prices

1-2 person office space Atlanta — Wezoo

Seven buildings in Atlanta list a private office sized for one or two people on Wezoo, out of the fifteen buildings Wezoo carries for private offices in the city. Their headline rates run from $249 to $399 a desk a month, a spread of 1.6 times — and those are the rates for a term of twenty-four months or more. Sign for twelve to twenty-four months instead, and what one person pays for the smallest office each building lists runs from $250 to $918: 3.7 times. This guide to 1-2 person office space Atlanta explains the gap, building by building, and names the rooms behind every figure.

Two things pull the numbers apart. Every listing publishes two monthly figures, and the “from” price is the longer-term one; the step up to the shorter term is a property of the address, running from 0.4% to 59% across the seven buildings that list it. And two of them publish no listing with a capacity of one, so a solo tenant there takes a two-seat room and pays for both seats. If you want the product itself rather than this size band, start with our complete guide to private office; for the whole Atlanta market at every size, see how much a private office costs in Atlanta.

Nothing in this band is listed as free today: twenty of the 41 offices publish a start date and all twenty of those dates are in the future, while the other twenty-one publish no date at all. Everything below is read from the live Wezoo listings for Atlanta on September 22, 2026. Private offices are quoted, not booked by the hour — you send an inquiry, the operator confirms the room and the term. The prices here are what the listings publish, not a quote.

What does 1-2 person office space Atlanta cost?

1-2 person office space Atlanta runs between $250 and $918 a month for one person on a twelve-to-twenty-four-month term, and between $500 and $1,077 for two. On a term of twenty-four months or more the same rooms run $249–$590 and $498–$798. The rest of this section is the two reasons those figures are not the $249–$399 a desk the listings advertise.

The headline price is the two-year price

Every one of the 41 listings in this band publishes two monthly figures, and the one that reaches the “from” line is the cheaper of the two: the rate for a term of twenty-four months or more. The second is labeled for a term of twelve to twenty-four months. The U.S. Small Business Administration, in its guidance on leasing, makes the same point in general terms — shorter leases typically carry higher monthly payments — and here you can see the size of it per address.

The step between the two is a property of the building. At 260 Peachtree Street North West a one-person office goes from $249 to $250 — 0.4%, or $1 a month. At West Midtown the smallest office goes from $578 to $918 — 59%, or $340 a month. At each address a single ratio turns the longer-term figure into the shorter-term one at every room size that address lists — 200 listings across the seven, from a single desk to 113 people. The published figure is that product rounded to the nearest dollar, which is why a two-seat room can land a dollar either side of twice the one-seat room: at One Alliance Center the one-seat figure is $414 and the two-seat figure is $829, not $828.

Six of the seven sit between 32% and 59%, median 37%. 260 Peachtree Street North West sits alone at 0.4% — a dollar a desk — and it is worth treating that one as the outlier it is rather than as a market rate: confirm it with the operator before you build a budget on it. Neither published figure is a renewal rate, either. The listings say what the first term costs and nothing about what follows it.

Capacity is a ceiling, and the smallest room is not always a one

A 1-2 person office space Atlanta listing’s capacity figure is the size the room is listed for, not a desk count and not a minimum. Nothing in the listing requires you to fill it. That matters here because two of the seven buildings — West Midtown and 191 Peachtree Street — publish no listing with a capacity of one. The smallest private office either of them publishes in this band seats two, so a solo tenant pays the full two-seat rent.

Run both corrections together and the ranking moves. The headline rate at West Midtown is $289 a desk, the fourth-lowest of the seven; the smallest office there is a two-seat room at $918 on a twelve-to-twenty-four-month term. At 260 Peachtree Street North West the headline rate is $249 and the smallest office is a one-seat room at $250 on the same term. The two headline rates are 16% apart. The two entry prices are 3.7 times apart.

What one person and two people pay for 1-2 person office space Atlanta

One row per building, sorted on what a single person pays on the longer term. “Smallest office” is the cheapest listing at that address; where a building lists no one-person office it seats two, and the one-person and two-person columns carry the same figure.

Building District Per desk, 24+ mo Seats in smallest office One person, 24+ mo One person, 12–24 mo Two people, 24+ mo Two people, 12–24 mo
260 Peachtree Street North West Downtown $249 1 $249 $250 $498

$500

3372 Peachtree Road Buckhead $249 1 $249 $344 $498

$688

One Alliance Center Buckhead $275 1 $275 $414 $550

$829

1372 Peachtree Midtown $345 1 $345 $469 $690

$938

1201 Peachtree Street Midtown $399 1 $399 $539 $798

$1,077

West Midtown West Midtown $289 2 $578 $918 $578

$918

191 Peachtree Street Downtown $295 2 $590 $780 $590

$780

Two things fall out of that table. The rent at every one of these addresses is the per-desk rate in column three multiplied by the seat count on the listing, with no exceptions anywhere on that building’s ladder, so you can price any headcount at any of the seven from one number. And on the twelve-to-twenty-four-month term the order changes: a two-seat room at 260 Peachtree Street North West costs $500 a month, less than a one-seat room at 1201 Peachtree Street at $539. Over a twelve-month term that two-seat room is $6,000; the same room on the twenty-four-month rate is $498 a month, $11,952 over the full term you would be signing for.

When can you move into 1-2 person office space Atlanta?

Later than you would like, on the evidence of the listings. Twenty of the 41 offices in this band carry a start date and every one of those dates is in the future; not one is dated today or earlier. The other twenty-one 1-2 person office space Atlanta listings publish no start date at all, which is not the same thing as being free now — it means the listing is silent and you have to ask. A blank is not a better answer than a date; it is no answer.

Eight of the twenty dated offices open inside ninety days of September 22, 2026. Exactly one of them is a one-person room, and it is at 1201 Peachtree Street — the highest desk rate of the seven — at $399 on the longer term or $539 on the shorter one, from October 1, 2026.

But a capacity is a ceiling, so one person can take any of the eight. Do that and the term decides which is cheapest. On a term of twenty-four months or more it is the one-seat room at 1201 Peachtree Street, $399 a month, 6 m² (65 sq ft), from October 1, 2026. On twelve to twenty-four months it is a two-seat room at 260 Peachtree Street North West, $500 a month against $539 for the one-seater — and at 8–9 m² (86–97 sq ft) it is the larger room, from November 1, 2026. For two people the cheapest dated room inside ninety days on the longer term is $498. Three rooms are tied on that figure at two addresses, and the shorter term separates them, $500 at 260 Peachtree Street North West and $688 at 3372 Peachtree Road.

Every listing in the band states a minimum rent of one month — 41 of 41 — while both published price rungs are for terms of twelve months or more, so a one-month agreement is not one of the two figures in this article. Ask for it. The table below is sorted on the date, earliest first; the earliest is October 1, 2026 and the latest is September 1, 2031.

That is the whole band: all 41 listings of 1-2 person office space Atlanta that Wezoo carries, at all seven buildings profiled above. A listing is not always a single room — where one quotes a floor range or an area range it covers more than one office of that size and price.

Where the seven buildings are

On a line. Every building listing 1-2 person office space Atlanta sits in Downtown, Midtown, West Midtown or Buckhead. Distances and compass bearings below are straight-line, computed from the coordinates the listings themselves carry, measured from 191 Peachtree Street in Downtown. Five of the seven have a Peachtree address; the other two are One Alliance Center and West Midtown.

The band clusters in Downtown, then Midtown and West Midtown, then a 4.0-mile stretch with nothing in this band in it, then Buckhead. Wezoo does carry private offices inside that stretch — Peachtree Offices – Buckhead and Terminus — but neither lists a one- or two-person office. The joint-lowest desk rate, $249, is shared by 260 Peachtree Street North West in Downtown and 3372 Peachtree Road in Buckhead, 6.1 miles apart. The two Midtown buildings are the dearest of the seven at $345 and $399. Three operator brands run all seven addresses, so the table describes these seven buildings rather than Atlanta rents: a list, not a gradient.

What the room labels tell you, and what they don’t

Every 1-2 person office space Atlanta listing carries a name of the same shape: a capacity, a wall, sometimes a grade, and a form. “2-person External Standard Office”. “1-person Internal Suite – Large” — that second one has no grade, and 10 of the 41 are like it. The grades that do appear are Standard on 21 listings and Economy on 10 listings; the forms are Office on 19, Suite – Large on 6, Suite – Small on 6, Individual on 6 and Team Room on 4.

None of it moves the price, and that is arithmetic rather than a discovery: at each of these seven addresses the rent is the building’s per-desk rate multiplied by the capacity on the listing, with no exceptions anywhere on that building’s ladder — a point set out in full in our guide to 7-10 person office space Atlanta. Once that holds, nothing else on the listing can change the rent: not the grade, not the form, not the floor, not the floor area, and not whether the room has an outside wall. For the record, 33 of the 41 in this band are recorded as internal and 8 as external.

What the labels do carry is everything except the money. Floor area is the clearest of them: across the band the rooms run 2–9 m² (22–97 sq ft), and 20 of the 41 listings quote a range rather than a single figure. The 2 m² at the bottom of that span is the low end of one such range; the smallest single figure published in the band is 4 m² (43 sq ft). The floor number is in the description too. At 260 Peachtree Street North West the two one-person offices at $249 are 6 m² (65 sq ft) on floor 21 and 4 m² (43 sq ft) on floor 22. Same rent, different room. The listings say which is which; ask for the one you want.

When is a private office the right call for one or two people?

When the door needs to shut. A private office in this band buys a room of your own, with your name on the agreement. For one person that is $249 to $590 a month on a term of twenty-four months or more, and it is worth it if you take calls all day, handle anything confidential, or simply cannot think in an open room.

When it is not the right call: if you are in the building two or three days a week, a desk in the shared area is a different product at a different price, and three of these seven buildings appear in our guide to coworking space Atlanta. If the reason you want a room is an address rather than a desk, a virtual office is a third product again — virtual office Atlanta covers it. And if you are one person looking at West Midtown and 191 Peachtree Street, price the two-seat room, not the desk rate: at those two addresses the smallest office in this band is a two-seat one, from $780 a month on the shorter term, and the per-desk figure is not a price you can buy.

Growing past two is straightforward at most of them. Because the rent at each address is the per-desk rate times the headcount, a three-person room on the twenty-four-month-plus rate costs exactly half again what a two costs at the same address — at the six buildings that list a three-person office. 191 Peachtree Street does not: its ladder steps from two straight to four. The same arithmetic carries on up. Our guide to 3-6 person office space Atlanta covers the next band at the same addresses, and 7-10 person office space Atlanta the one above it.

What is not in this band

Eight of Atlanta’s fifteen private-office buildings do not appear above, and neither reason is a gap in the data. Three of them — Coda, Colony Square and Terminus — publish their smallest office as a “Private Office (1-3 desks)” listing of 7 m². Its capacity figure is three, so it falls outside the one-and-two filter this guide runs on — but a capacity is a ceiling here as everywhere, so one person or two could take one. Those three price their rooms as indicative rather than fixed, and they are covered in our guide to 3-6 person office space Atlanta; go there for the figures. The other five buildings carry a private-office page with nothing priced on it — no rooms, no capacities, no figures — so there is nothing in them to compare.

There is also a boundary worth knowing about. A number of buildings carry an “Atlanta” mailing address while sitting in a different incorporated city or a different county: the Perimeter, Cumberland and Galleria clusters to the north, and one building on Hartsfield Centre Parkway to the south. They are not in the fifteen above, and they are not missing; they belong to their own guides, office space Sandy Springs, office space Dunwoody and office space in Cobb County. If your search radius is the metro rather than the city, read those alongside this one — none of them is 1-2 person office space Atlanta as the city defines it.

For the city at every size, office space Atlanta is the parent guide, and for the one-person room specifically, small private office for rent covers the product across the US. We have published the same band for 1-2 person office space Seattle, 1-2 person office space Las Vegas and 1-2 person office space San Antonio; the two-rung pricing works the same way in all three and what differs is the size of the step.

1-2 person office space Atlanta — frequently asked questions

How much is 1-2 person office space Atlanta per month?

On a term of twenty-four months or more, $249 to $798 per office per month across the 41 1-2 person office space Atlanta listings, median $550. On a term of twelve to twenty-four months the same rooms run $250 to $1,077, median $780. Per desk at the longer term the seven Atlanta buildings charge $249 to $399. These are the figures the listings publish; an operator confirms a quote once you give a headcount and a term.

Which 1-2 person office space Atlanta building is cheapest for one person?

Two of the seven Atlanta buildings tie on the longer term at $249 a month for a one-person office: 260 Peachtree Street North West in Downtown and 3372 Peachtree Road in Buckhead. The shorter twelve-to-twenty-four-month term separates them: $250 at 260 Peachtree Street North West and $344 at 3372 Peachtree Road. Neither building has an office in this band dated today or earlier. At 260 Peachtree Street North West the $249 one-seat rooms are dated May 1, 2027 and later; at 3372 Peachtree Road one of them is dated April 1, 2027 and the other publishes no date at all, which means the listing does not say rather than that the room is free.

Do all seven 1-2 person office space Atlanta buildings have an office sized for a single person?

No. Five of the seven Atlanta buildings list at least one office with a capacity of one. West Midtown and 191 Peachtree Street list none, so the smallest private office either of them publishes in this band seats two — $578 and $590 a month respectively on a term of twenty-four months or more. A capacity figure on a listing is the size the room is listed for, not a minimum, so nothing in the listing requires two people; the rent is the same either way.

Why does 1-2 person office space Atlanta show two different prices?

Because each Atlanta listing publishes a rate for a term of twenty-four months or more and a second rate for a term of twelve to twenty-four months, and the “from” figure is the cheaper, longer-term one. The step between them is a property of each address: 0.4% at 260 Peachtree Street North West, 59% at West Midtown. At any one address a single ratio turns the longer-term figure into the shorter-term one at every room size that address lists, and the published figure is that product rounded to the nearest dollar — so a two-seat figure can land a dollar either side of twice the one-seat figure.

How soon can you move into 1-2 person office space Atlanta?

Twenty of the 41 1-2 person office space Atlanta listings publish a start date and all of those dates are in the future, the earliest October 1, 2026 and the latest September 1, 2031. Eight of those twenty dated offices open within ninety days of September 22, 2026. The other twenty-one offices publish no start date, which means the listing does not say — not that the room is free today. Ask when you send the inquiry.

Is 1-2 person office space Atlanta cheaper Downtown or in Buckhead?

Neither, on the current listings. The joint-lowest desk rate in the band, $249 a month on a term of twenty-four months or more, is shared by 260 Peachtree Street North West in Downtown and 3372 Peachtree Road in Buckhead, which sit 6.1 miles apart. The two dearest desk rates in the band, $345 and $399, are both in Midtown, between the two. With seven buildings and three operator brands this is a description of seven addresses in Atlanta, not a rule about which part of the city is cheaper.

Does a window or a room grade change the price of 1-2 person office space Atlanta?

Not at any of the seven Atlanta buildings that list 1-2 person office space Atlanta. Rent at each of them is that building’s per-desk rate multiplied by the capacity on the listing, so an Economy room and a Standard room of the same size at the same address cost the same, and so do an internal room and one on an outside wall. What the labels do tell you is floor area, floor number and whether the room has an outside wall, and all three are published per listing.
