Virtual Office Regina: All 3 Business Addresses and the Top Districts (2026)

virtual office regina - Wezoo business addresses

A virtual office Regina plan buys one thing above everything else: an address that holds up when somebody checks it. Wezoo lists three of them in the city, two downtown on 11th Avenue and one on the east side, and not one of the three publishes a price.

A registered office is not where you work. It is where you can be found. That distinction decides most of what follows: which building, which district, and what happens to a letter that arrives on a Tuesday. For the federal rules and the national list, our complete guide to virtual offices in Canada covers all 161 addresses. This page stays in Regina.

What does a virtual office Regina plan cost?

No published number. All three Regina addresses read on request, and so does every other Canadian address on Wezoo. A virtual office is assembled rather than stocked: how much mail gets forwarded and where, whether somebody answers the phone in your company name, how many meeting room hours come attached. The operator prices the assembled plan.

That narrows the local comparison in a useful way. With price off the table, three questions separate the three Regina addresses: can this be my registered office, what happens to a letter that arrives when the desk is unstaffed, and can I get into a room here when a client wants to meet. The next two sections answer the first from the registry’s own rules and the second from what each building publishes. The third belongs in your request.

On the free question, which comes up in every market: there is no free option in Regina. Where you see one advertised, check that the address resolves to a street rather than a box. The registry test below is unforgiving about that.

Is a Regina business address accepted for company registration?

For a corporation incorporated in Saskatchewan under The Business Corporations Act, 2021, the Corporate Registry answers this on its own incorporation form: the physical address of the registered office must be in Saskatchewan, and that physical address cannot be a post office box. A Regina street address clears both tests on its face. That is the whole reason an address at a real building is worth more than a mailbox.

Two details catch people out.

The province has to match your articles. Incorporate federally instead and section 19(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Act requires a registered office in the province specified in the articles. A Regina address serves a corporation whose articles say Saskatchewan. It does nothing for one whose articles say Alberta, where the Alberta virtual office addresses are the ones to look at. The same section gives you fifteen days to file a change of address.

A business address is not a director’s address. The same registry form states that if none of the directors or officers has a Saskatchewan address, a power of attorney must be filed along with the incorporation. Renting a Regina address does not remove that step, and finding out at filing time costs you a week.

One thing to confirm in your request rather than assume: whether the operator’s plan permits registered office use and the registry correspondence that comes with it. That is a term of the plan, not a property of the building. And a registry accepting an address does not oblige a bank to accept it, so clear it with your bank before you file.

The 3 virtual office Regina addresses on Wezoo

All three virtual office Regina plans carry the same components: a business address, mail handling, call answering with a local phone number, and access to meeting rooms on site. What separates them is where they put you and how easily anyone reaches you.

1. Royal Bank Building, downtown Regina

Royal Bank Building by Regus, downtown Regina

2010 11th Avenue, S4P 0J3. Regus runs the address, and the building houses several of Regina’s financial and professional services firms, close to City Hall and the Cornwall Centre. A restaurant, a cafe and a business lounge are on site, which counts for more on a virtual office plan than it sounds: these are the rooms you borrow when a client wants to meet at your address instead of near it. Parking is 430 metres away and the nearest bus stop, Albert Street at 13th Avenue, is a 1,081 metre walk. Staffed 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Operator: Regus. Request Royal Bank Building on Wezoo

2. 2125 11th Ave, downtown Regina

2125 11th Ave by HQ, downtown Regina

S4P 3X3, and 131 metres from the Royal Bank Building on the same avenue. HQ runs this one. Same postal district, same downtown weight, a different front door: it sits at the commercial end of 11th Avenue, with Regina International Airport about 4.5 kilometres out and parking 471 metres away. Public transport is the weaker side here, with the nearest published stop at 13th Avenue and Robinson Street, 1,365 metres off. Staffed 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Operator: HQ. Request 2125 11th Ave on Wezoo

3. 335 Hoffer Dr, east Regina

virtual office regina - 335 Hoffer Drive entrance in east Regina

335 Hoffer Dr by HQ, east Regina

S4N 6E2, roughly 3.2 kilometres northeast of the downtown pair, by Sherwood Industrial Park. HQ runs this one too. The address reads differently from an 11th Avenue one, industrial and commercial rather than financial, and that suits a trades business, a contractor or a distributor better than it suits a consultancy. The road is the real advantage: Hoffer Drive runs alongside the city ring road, which opens onto the Trans-Canada and four other highways. The nearest public parking in the data is 960 metres out and the nearest bus stop, McDonald Street at Ross Avenue, is 1,168 metres. Staffed 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Operator: HQ. Request 335 Hoffer Dr on Wezoo

Which Regina districts carry the most weight for a business address

Two of Regina’s three addresses sit 131 metres apart on the same avenue. That is the downtown story in one line. S4P is the postal district that reads as the business core, with the banks, the law firms and City Hall inside it, and both the Royal Bank Building and 2125 11th Avenue are in it. If the address is going on invoices, a website and the public record, S4P does work for you without you saying anything.

S4N trades that signal for a different one. Hoffer Drive is an industrial and commercial corridor with the ring road at the end of it. For a company whose clients arrive by truck rather than by elevator, that is the better address, and choosing it is not a compromise.

For scale: Saskatchewan carries four Wezoo virtual office addresses and three of them are in Regina. Provincial supply is effectively this one city, so the real choice is between two Regina districts rather than between two Saskatchewan cities. Alberta next door lists twenty-three, which changes the calculus if your centre of gravity is west of here, and the Edmonton business addresses are where that market concentrates.

Who uses a Regina business address, and who should not?

Three profiles keep turning up.

The founder incorporating in Saskatchewan from a kitchen table. The registry wants a street address in the province and it goes on the public record. A downtown address is the quickest way for a one-person company to look established.

The out-of-province company that needs a Saskatchewan presence. An address plus call answering in local hours is usually what a Saskatchewan client wants to see, long before an office is justified.

The consultant who meets clients four times a year. The address holds all year; the meeting room covers the four days.

Now the other side. If you need a desk most weeks, this is the wrong product and you will resent it by month three. All three of these buildings also rent furnished private offices, which we cover in office space for rent in Regina. If your directors all live outside Saskatchewan and you hoped the address would solve that, read the power of attorney point again. And if what you are shopping for is a low monthly number, Regina will disappoint you, because nobody here publishes one.

How to request a virtual office Regina plan on Wezoo

You do not book a virtual office, you request one, and the difference is real: the operator comes back with a plan built around what you asked for.

  1. Pick the district before the building. S4P if the address is doing reputational work, S4N if it is doing logistical work.
  2. Send the request from that building’s page and say what you need: registered office use, mail forwarding or scanning, call answering, meeting room hours.
  3. Ask the three questions that are not on any page. Does the plan permit registered office use. What happens to mail and couriers outside 08:30 to 17:00. How much notice does a meeting room need.
  4. Confirm the address with your bank before you file, not after.

A worked example: for the downtown address with the on-site lounge, start at Request Royal Bank Building on Wezoo and put the three questions in the message. Expect a reply within a business day.

Virtual office Regina: frequently asked questions

How many virtual office Regina addresses does Wezoo list?

Wezoo lists three virtual office Regina addresses. Two of them are downtown on 11th Avenue, in postal district S4P, and the third is on Hoffer Drive in east Regina, S4N. Saskatchewan has four Wezoo virtual office addresses in total, so Regina holds three of the four.

How much does a virtual office in Regina cost?

No price is published for any of the three. A plan is assembled from the parts you ask for, so the operator quotes it after your request. Expect a reply within a business day.

Can I use a Regina virtual office as my registered office address?

Saskatchewan’s Corporate Registry requires the physical address of a registered office to be in Saskatchewan and not a post office box, and all three Regina addresses are street addresses in the province. Whether the operator’s plan permits registered office use is a term of that plan, so confirm it in your request.

Which Regina district should I choose?

S4P, the downtown core, if the address is doing reputational work on invoices, a website and the public record. S4N, the Hoffer Drive corridor in east Regina, if the address is doing logistical work and road access matters more than a downtown postcode.

Who operates the virtual offices Wezoo lists in Regina?

HQ runs two of them, at 2125 11th Avenue and 335 Hoffer Drive. Regus runs the Royal Bank Building at 2010 11th Avenue.

Can I visit the building, or is it only an address?

All three plans include access to meeting rooms on site, and all three are staffed 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. None publishes weekend hours, so ask how much notice a room needs and what happens to a courier that arrives on a Saturday.
