The only address on the list not operated by Regus, and the only one on a named street with genuine civic weight — Guildhall Lane runs beside the medieval Guildhall and the cathedral, in the Castle ward. The outlier, and the interesting one. It sits in Long Whatton and Diseworth parish, North West Leicestershire — unambiguously in the county — but its postcode falls in DE74, whose Royal Mail post town is Derby. Wezoo lists the same building under Nottingham, a legacy of the airport’s former name. It also carries the county’s lowest published day rates: £25 desk-days and £65 day offices.
