Virtual Office Calabasas: The 2 Addresses Compared, Essential 2026 Guide

Calabasas has two business addresses on Wezoo that publish a virtual office, and that is the entire list for the city. That makes a virtual office Calabasas search a two way choice rather than a shortlist problem, and the two are not alike: one building publishes two products on Wezoo, the other publishes five.

This guide covers both addresses: who runs each one, what its listing publishes, what it leaves out, and what a Calabasas address will and will not do for a registered business. If you want the mechanics of the product rather than the two local addresses, start with our guide to the virtual office for US businesses.

Wezoo snapshot, Calabasas virtual offices

  • Addresses listing a virtual office: 2 (27001 Agoura Rd. and 4500 Park Granada Blvd)
  • Addresses publishing a virtual office price: 0
  • Products listed at 27001 Agoura Rd.: 2 (virtual office, private office)
  • Products listed at 4500 Park Granada Blvd: 5 (virtual office, private office, meeting room, hot desk, day office)
  • Operators: Barrister Executive Suites, Spaces

Those five lines are the whole virtual office Calabasas picture, read from Wezoo’s own listings on October 8, 2026. The rest of this guide explains what sits behind them.

The 2 virtual office Calabasas addresses on Wezoo

Both carry a Calabasas address on the listing. Here is each one.

1. Barrister Executive Suites – Calabasas

Barrister Executive Suites at 27001 Agoura Rd., a reflective-glass office building behind trees
Barrister Executive Suites at 27001 Agoura Rd., Calabasas: a reflective glass facade behind trees, with a stepped walkway and handrails in the foreground and a recessed, glazed ground floor behind.

What to expect: Wezoo lists two products at this address, a virtual office and a private office, and neither entry publishes a plan, a price or a term. Nothing on this listing carries a rate, and the private office entry publishes no occupancy range either.

What the listing does carry is the building. Barrister Executive Suites runs it. The listing publishes parking, catering, climate control, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge and a reception service, and it holds 5 photographs. If a Calabasas address on the letterhead is the whole job, that is what this listing offers, and the rate comes back in a quote.

2. 4500 Park Granada Boulevard

4500 Park Granada Boulevard, a virtual office Calabasas address run by Spaces, with arched entrance doors and wide steps
4500 Park Granada Boulevard by Spaces, Calabasas: a row of arched openings with glazed doors, large planters and wide steps across the front.

What to expect: This is the deeper of the two listings. Wezoo lists five products at 4500 Park Granada Blvd, and the virtual office entry is the only silent one. The other four all publish rates. The private office entry carries 18 options from $745 to $4,470 a month for 1 to 6 people, on a one month minimum term. The three meeting rooms run from $119.68 to $135.74 an hour and seat 6 to 8. The 9 hot desk options are $119.90 a day for one person, and the 18 day office options are $328.90 a day for 2 to 5 people.

Spaces runs the building. The listing publishes parking, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge, breakout spaces and catering. It carries the wheelchair accessible flag and holds 13 photographs.

What does a virtual office Calabasas address cost?

Neither Calabasas virtual office entry publishes a figure. Both are request routes rather than bookable products: the virtual office entry at each address carries no plan, no tier, no term and no rate. The price reaches you in a quote, not on a page. That is normal for this product rather than a gap in these two listings; across the 2,131 US buildings that publish a virtual office on Wezoo, not one publishes a price for it.

That does not make the two listings equally quiet. At 4500 Park Granada Blvd the other four products do publish rates, as the figures above show, so only the virtual office is silent. At 27001 Agoura Rd., nothing on the listing carries a price at all.

Either way the comparison becomes a question about contents rather than a number. Ask each operator the same four things: whether mail is held for collection or forwarded and how often, whether the plan includes any meeting room or day office time, whether call answering is bundled or billed separately, and what the notice period is. Two quotes that look alike on the headline rate can differ on all four.

Which virtual office Calabasas address should you choose?

Two addresses is not a market. It is a choice, and the listings make it a fairly clean one. At 27001 Agoura Rd., Wezoo lists a virtual office and a private office, and neither entry publishes a price. At 4500 Park Granada Blvd it lists those two plus meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices. At one address every product starts with a request. At the other, three of the five carry a published day or hour rate.

So the deciding question is not which address reads better on an invoice. It is whether you will ever need to be in the building you register at. If the address is doing paperwork duty and your team meets elsewhere, either listing does the job and the operator’s reply decides it. If you expect to want a room for a quarterly review or a desk for a visiting colleague, 4500 Park Granada Blvd is the only one of the two where Wezoo carries that on the same site. The rest of that building is covered separately: meeting rooms in Calabasas at the hourly rates above, coworking space in Calabasas for the daily desk, and office space in Calabasas for the monthly private offices.

One boundary worth naming: Calabasas is its own city inside Los Angeles County, not a district of Los Angeles, and neither virtual office Calabasas address appears among the buildings in our virtual office Los Angeles guide. If you searched for Los Angeles and landed here, the two guides cover different buildings. The nearest comparable city guide is virtual office Santa Clarita, also a two address city, and the statewide picture sits in our virtual office California guide.

What can a Calabasas business address actually do for your company?

An address is the easy part. The paperwork behind it is where things go wrong. Four rules do most of the work, and none of them is specific to Calabasas.

Receiving mail through the operator. A commercial mail receiving agency takes delivery of your mail on the strength of USPS PS Form 1583, Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent. The form asks for two types of identification, one of which must be a government issued photo ID, with the second confirming your home address as entered on the form. You sign in the physical or virtual presence of the agent or an authorized employee, or you acknowledge your signature before a notary. The notary is one of the routes, not a requirement. For business use you also complete the business and organization section. The agent then uploads the signed form to the Postal Service’s CMRA Customer Registration Database and keeps a copy on site.

Opening a bank account. Under 31 CFR 1020.220, a bank’s customer identification program has to collect, for a customer that is not an individual, “a principal place of business, local office, or other physical location.” The rule sets out what the bank must obtain and verify; it does not rule any particular address in or out. Whether a given Calabasas address clears is a matter for that bank’s own risk based procedures, so ask before you commit.

Telling the IRS. Form 8822-B is how a business or other entity with an Employer Identification Number application on file reports a changed business mailing address, a changed business location, or a change in the identity of its responsible party. The 60 day reporting deadline the IRS states on that page attaches to responsible party changes.

Telling California. The Secretary of State’s Statements of Information guidance says that any time there are information changes between statutory filing periods, an updated statement should be filed, and that failing to file the required statement may result in penalties assessed by the Franchise Tax Board, and in suspension or forfeiture.

Note. This guide is general information, current as of October 8, 2026, and not legal, tax or accounting advice. Federal, California and local requirements change, and how they apply depends on your entity type and circumstances. Check the primary sources linked above and take professional advice before you rely on an address for a filing.

Virtual office Calabasas FAQ

How many virtual office Calabasas addresses does Wezoo list?

Two. Barrister Executive Suites at 27001 Agoura Rd., Calabasas 91301, and 4500 Park Granada Boulevard at 4500 Park Granada Blvd, Calabasas 91302. Both were live on Wezoo on October 8, 2026.

What does a virtual office Calabasas plan cost?

Neither of the two Calabasas virtual office entries on Wezoo publishes a price, a plan tier or a term, so there is no rate to quote. Send a request through either listing and the operator quotes you directly.

Can I reserve a meeting room at a virtual office Calabasas address?

Only at one of the two Calabasas addresses Wezoo lists. At 4500 Park Granada Blvd, Wezoo lists three meeting rooms at $119.68 to $135.74 an hour, nine hot desk options at $119.90 a day and eighteen day office options at $328.90 a day alongside the virtual office. At 27001 Agoura Rd., Wezoo lists only a virtual office and a private office, so there is no meeting room there.

Do I need a notary for USPS Form 1583?

Not necessarily. PS Form 1583 says the applicant signs or confirms the signature in the physical or virtual presence of the mail agent or an authorized employee, or acknowledges the signature before a notary public. The notary is one of the accepted routes rather than a requirement, so ask your mail operator which one it uses.

Will a bank accept a Calabasas virtual office address?

That is the bank’s call. The federal customer identification program rule, 31 CFR 1020.220, requires a bank to obtain a principal place of business, local office or other physical location for a customer that is not an individual, and to verify identity under its own risk based procedures. The rule does not approve or reject particular addresses, so confirm with the bank before you open the account.

Is Calabasas covered by the Los Angeles virtual office guide?

No. Calabasas is a separate city within Los Angeles County, and neither of its two virtual office addresses appears among the buildings covered in the Wezoo guide to virtual offices in Los Angeles.
