A meeting room Bloomington search forks before it starts, because more than one American city carries the name. This guide covers Bloomington, Minnesota — the Hennepin County city on the I-494 strip south of Minneapolis, the one with the Mall of America inside it and Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport on its doorstep. Not Bloomington, Indiana. Not Bloomington, Illinois. If you want the City of Bloomington, Minnesota, you are in the right place.

Wezoo lists ten bookable rooms across three buildings here, all of them in the France Avenue and Normandale Lake office cluster on the west side of town. Rates run from $68.86 to $173.78 an hour with the booking fee already included, and the rooms seat anywhere from four people to eighteen. Below: what each building actually holds, what it costs, and how to pick. For the national picture, our complete guide to meeting rooms covers how hourly booking works across the US.

What does a meeting room cost in Bloomington?

Between $68.86 and $173.78 per hour, all in. Every rate on Wezoo already carries the booking fee, so the number you see is the number you pay, and every one of the ten rooms takes a one-hour minimum booking.

Room by room, cheapest first:

  • MR-269 — seats 4, $68.86 · 4470 W 78th Street Circle
  • Minnehaha — seats 4, $71.99 · Minnesota Center
  • Lyndale — seats 4, $97.46 · Normandale Lake Office Park
  • MR-202 — seats 8, $99.22 · 4470 W 78th Street Circle
  • MR 201 — seats 10, $114.40 · 4470 W 78th Street Circle
  • MR-203 — seats 10, $114.40 · 4470 W 78th Street Circle
  • Nokomis Meeting Room — seats 6, $119.24 · Normandale Lake Office Park
  • Minnetonka — seats 12, $130.16 · Minnesota Center
  • Calhoun — seats 10, $162.80 · Normandale Lake Office Park
  • Solutions Room — seats 18, $173.78 · Minnesota Center

The four-seat rooms are where the three buildings actually differ. Bloomington lists three of them, at $68.86, $71.99 and $97.46 an hour, for the same four chairs around the same kind of table. Which building you pick matters as much as which room.

When should you choose a meeting room over a day office?

Book a meeting room when other people are coming. Book a day office when they are not. A meeting room is priced by the hour and by the room, set up around a table for a group; a day office is priced by the day and sized for one or two people who need a door that closes.

Bloomington has both. Wezoo lists meeting rooms in three buildings here and day offices in four. So if your day is really six hours of heads-down work with one 45-minute call dropped into it, a day office is the shape that fits. Two client meetings and a workshop in between, and you want the room. Book the room for the meeting, not the meeting for the room.

The 3 best meeting room buildings in Bloomington on Wezoo for 2026

Listed cheapest first, by each building’s lowest hourly rate. Three buildings, ten rooms, one office corridor — that is the whole meeting room Bloomington shortlist. Two of these buildings also appear in our metro round-ups of meeting rooms in Minneapolis, which is the list to read if your group is coming from downtown rather than from I-494.

1. 4470 W 78th Street Circle — West 78th Street, off I-494

What to expect: Four boardrooms on the second floor — more rooms than either of the other two buildings lists. MR-269 seats four at $68.86 an hour, the lowest listed rate in Bloomington. MR-202 seats eight at $99.22. MR 201 and MR-203 both seat ten at $114.40 — MR 201 is an exterior room with natural light, MR-203 an interior one. All four list wifi, a whiteboard, a flip chart, a large display and video-conference equipment, and the building adds breakout space and catering.

What to expect: Three rooms on the eleventh floor, including the only one in town that seats more than twelve. Minnehaha seats four at $71.99. Minnetonka seats twelve at $130.16. The Solutions Room is the one classroom layout on this list — rows of tables and chairs rather than a central table, eighteen seats, $173.78 an hour — which makes it the default for a training day. The building lists parking, a restaurant, a lounge, a coffee and tea bar, breakout space, catering and wheelchair access.

3. Normandale Lake Office Park — Normandale Lake Boulevard

Normandale Lake Office Park by HQ, Bloomington

What to expect: Three boardrooms on the ninth floor of the lakeside HQ center. Lyndale seats four at $97.46, the Nokomis Meeting Room seats six at $119.24, and Calhoun seats ten at $162.80. The listed AV in all three is a whiteboard, a flip chart and video-conference equipment over wifi; the seven rooms at the other two buildings each add a large display. On site the park lists a restaurant, a lounge, a coffee and tea bar, catering and wheelchair access, so lunch between sessions does not need a car.

How to choose, and how far in advance to book

Start with the seat count, because it is a ceiling and not a target. A room listed for eight takes a group of eight or fewer. So a team of eight fits MR-202 at 4470, the three ten-seat boardrooms, Minnetonka and the Solutions Room — six of the ten rooms. That same team of eight does not fit the three four-seat boardrooms or the six-seat Nokomis.

Then the layout. Nine of the ten rooms are boardrooms, built around one central table, which is right for a client meeting, an interview or a board session. One room, the Solutions Room, is laid out as a classroom. If you are running a training day for more than twelve people, Bloomington has exactly one option and you should book it early.

On lead time, the reservation itself is not the bottleneck. Availability on Wezoo is live and the booking confirms when you pay, so a room that shows free for Thursday can be held on Wednesday. What does need notice is everything around the table.

Every room’s listing carries the same note: if you need presentation equipment or catering set up, contact the location team at least 24 hours before the meeting. And the listed room hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at all three buildings, so a 7 am kick-off or a Saturday workshop is not on the published schedule here. The cancellation window is shown on each room’s booking page before you confirm. The same logic travels: our guide to booking a meeting room El Segundo walks the same choice in a very different airport market.

Best Bloomington neighborhoods for a meeting room search

There is one answer, and it is unusually tidy. All three buildings sit in the same corridor: the France Avenue and Normandale Lake office cluster along I-494 on Bloomington’s west side, in the 55435 and 55437 ZIP codes. Every one of the ten rooms is in that cluster. If your attendees are driving up from the southwest suburbs or landing at MSP, that is the convenient half of the city; if they are coming down from downtown, weigh it against the seven spaces in our Minneapolis metro round-up before you commit.

Same corridor, different products. If what you actually need is a desk for the week rather than a room for the afternoon, look at coworking space in Bloomington; if you need a private room on a monthly basis, start with office space in Bloomington. Our flexible office space guide sets out how the hourly, daily and monthly products differ before you spend anything.
