A coworking space connecticut booking costs anywhere from $35 to $109 a day. Wezoo lists 31 Connecticut buildings that sell a hot desk by the day, across 23 towns, and their rates land on 15 whole-dollar rungs that look, from a distance, like one continuous ladder.
Split the state by which of its two big employment centers a building sits nearer to, and the ladder breaks in half. Every Connecticut building priced between $60 and $94 — all 7 of them — is closer to Stamford than to Hartford. On the Hartford side the rate goes from $59 straight to $95 with nothing in between. This guide prices all 31 buildings, profiles ten of them, and shows what that $36 hole means for anyone booking a coworking space connecticut desk by the day. What does a coworking space connecticut day pass cost in 2026?
Between $35 and $109 per day. The median building charges $59; weight each building by the number of desks behind it and the median desk costs $47. The two figures differ because the one building holding the most desks in the state, by a wide margin, also charges the least.
Every coworking space connecticut rate is a whole dollar, and every one of them ends in a 5 or a 9. The occupied rungs run $35, $39, $45, $49, $55, $59 and on up to $109, and no two neighboring rungs anywhere in the state are more than $10 apart. Read Connecticut as one market and you would call that a smooth, well-filled price ladder.
The $60 to $94 desk only exists in the Stamford half
It is not one market. Sort every coworking space connecticut building by whether it sits closer to Hartford City Hall or to Stamford Transportation Center and you get two halves of almost identical size, 16 on the Hartford side and 15 on the Stamford side, that price in completely different shapes. Those two labels do exactly that job below and nothing more: this is a nearest-of-two test on the coordinates, not a claim about which Connecticut towns are coastal or which ones commute where.
| Day rate | Hartford half | Stamford half |
|---|---|---|
| $35–$44 | 5 | 0 |
| $45–$59 | 9 | 6 |
| $60–$94 | 0 | 7 |
| $95–$109 | 2 | 2 |
The Stamford half is a ladder: 15 buildings from $45 to $109, median $69, and its largest step between occupied rungs is $10. The Hartford half is a plateau with a cliff at the end: 14 of its 16 buildings sit between $35 and $59, and then nothing at all for $36 until the two West Hartford buildings at $95 and $99.
The split survives being pushed one way and moves when pushed the other, so here are both directions. The two New Haven buildings sit closest to the dividing line, about two miles nearer Hartford than Stamford; move them across and the Hartford-half gap is still $36. Drop New Haven, Hamden and New London out of the Hartford set altogether and it is still $36. Move a mid-priced building the other way, though, and the hole starts to fill: reassign the $65 Danbury building to the Hartford side by hand and the gap closes to $30. The finding belongs to this partition, and a different one would give a different number.
Within each half, distance stops explaining anything. Among the Hartford-half buildings the correlation between miles from Hartford and the day rate is -0.26 (p = 0.34); among the Stamford-half ones, distance from Stamford gives -0.38 (p = 0.16). Neither is distinguishable from nothing. Our coworking space New Haven guide measures the other side of this, how the rate moves between Connecticut cities rather than within one half, and finds a gradient there.
Formally: partitioning by half explains 22% of the variance in the day rate, against a chance floor of 3.3% for a two-way split of 31 buildings, so it beats chance 6.6 times over. Operator manages 2.7 times chance. Town looks enormous at 92% and is worth almost nothing: with 23 towns across 31 buildings the floor is 73%, so town beats chance only 1.25 times. A big number sitting on a big floor is not a finding.
Why is West Hartford more expensive than downtown Hartford?
The two West Hartford buildings rank 2nd and 4th most expensive in Connecticut, above every building in Stamford, behind only Greenwich and a Westport building that ties the higher of the two. Both sit farther from Manhattan than any building in the Stamford half.
The clean version of the comparison holds the brand still. Regus charges $35 at 510 Tolland St in East Hartford and $95 at 15 North Main Street in West Hartford: 2.71 times the price, 6.8 miles apart, same operator, same access hours. Against the same brand’s downtown Hartford building at $49, 3.5 miles away, West Hartford runs at 1.94 times the rate. Hold the operator constant across the whole state and the two-half split gets stronger: across the 27 Regus buildings it beats chance 8.0 times.
It is also more than one company’s pricing decision. A second operator runs a building 0.23 miles away and lists it at $99. Two brands, two rate cards, the same answer about the same few blocks: the North Main Street and Farmington Avenue junction that the town has built West Hartford Center around. The data shows the agreement. It does not show the reason for it.
For contrast, the Stamford half’s own widest close pair is tamer. Stamford at $55 and Greenwich at $109 sit 6.0 miles apart at 1.98 times the price, and they carry different brands, so it is not even a clean test. The widest price ratio between any two Connecticut buildings within twelve miles of each other is not on the Stamford side at all: it runs between 510 Tolland St in East Hartford and the $99 West Hartford building, 6.7 miles apart, at 2.83 times.
10 best coworking space connecticut buildings, ranked by day rate
Ten coworking space connecticut buildings, cheapest first, spanning 9 towns and both halves of the state. Stamford and New Haven have their own guides and are deliberately not repeated here — see coworking space Stamford for the five Stamford buildings.
1. 510 Tolland St — East Hartford · $35/day

What to expect: The cheapest desk in Connecticut, and the one with the most seats behind it. 39 bookable desks at one address is 23% of every open desk Wezoo lists in the state, and the day rate is $35. It is also the only Connecticut hot-desk building that does not list a meeting room, so plan the conversation elsewhere. It sits 3.4 miles ENE of downtown Hartford, and $60 and $64 below the two West Hartford buildings under seven miles away.

2. 1699 King Street — Enfield · $45/day

What to expect: The far north of the state, at the same $45 as New London 48 miles SSE. Enfield is a clean illustration of the flat Hartford-half card: two buildings at opposite ends of the same half, 48 miles apart, one price. Four desks, a short services list, and it shares the cheapest private-office rung of the ten featured here ($275 a month) with Farmington and Windsor.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1699 King Street, Enfield 06082 · Bookable desks: 4 · Listed services: breakout space, catering

3. 1 Waterview Dr — Shelton · $45/day

What to expect: The cheapest desk in the whole Stamford half at $45, and the building in that half sitting furthest from Stamford — 29 miles out. Two desks, and a public parking lot flagged nearby. Darien, 25 miles SW, charges $89 for the same product.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1 Waterview Dr, Shelton 06484 · Bookable desks: 2 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, breakout space, catering

4. 1053 Farmington Avenue — Farmington · $49/day

What to expect: 8.7 miles WSW of downtown Hartford at $49, and one of only two buildings of the ten that list public transport among their services. It is the cheap end of the Farmington Avenue corridor: follow that road east into West Hartford Center and the rate is $95. Three desks.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1053 Farmington Avenue, Farmington 06032 · Bookable desks: 3 · Listed services: public transport nearby, a public parking lot nearby, breakout space, catering

5. 360 Bloomfield Avenue — Windsor · $49/day

What to expect: 6.1 miles N of downtown Hartford, with parking, a lounge and wheelchair access listed — a longer list than the $95 West Hartford building carries at twice the price. Six desks at $49. Windsor is one of four Connecticut towns where Wezoo lists exactly two hot-desk buildings at two different rates.
Operator: Regus · Address: 360 Bloomfield Avenue, Windsor 06095 · Bookable desks: 6 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, on-site parking, breakout space, catering, a lounge, wheelchair access

6. Liberty Square — New Britain · $59/day

What to expect: One of three buildings sharing the top of the Hartford half’s plateau. At $59 this is as expensive as a Hartford-half desk gets below the $36 gap, and the next building up the ladder in that half costs $95. One desk, so book it rather than turn up for it.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1 Liberty Square, New Britain 06052 · Bookable desks: 1 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, breakout space, catering

7. 1000 Lafayette Boulevard — Bridgeport · $59/day

What to expect: A $59 desk in downtown Bridgeport. Seven services listed, the longest roster of the ten featured here, including public transport nearby, on-site parking, a lounge and wheelchair access. Four desks.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1000 Lafayette Blvd., Bridgeport 06604 · Bookable desks: 4 · Listed services: public transport nearby, a public parking lot nearby, on-site parking, breakout space, catering, a lounge, wheelchair access

8. 15 North Main Street — West Hartford · $95/day

What to expect: The first building on the far side of the $36 gap. Regus charges $95 here and $49 at 100 Pearl Street in downtown Hartford, 3.5 miles E: the same brand, the same state, 1.94 times the rate. The address is West Hartford Center, which the town has built around the meeting of North Main Street and Farmington Avenue. Three desks.
Operator: Regus · Address: 15 North Main Street, West Hartford 06107 · Bookable desks: 3 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, on-site parking, breakout space, catering
👉 Book 15 North Main Street on Wezoo
9. 71 Raymond Road — West Hartford · $99/day

What to expect: Joint-second most expensive desk in Connecticut at $99, level with Westport. It is also why the West Hartford step is not one operator’s decision: a different brand, 0.23 miles from the $95 building, lists $99. Six services, more than the $95 building nearby, and three desks.
Operator: Spaces · Address: 71 Raymond Rd, West Hartford 06107 · Bookable desks: 3 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, on-site parking, breakout space, catering, a restaurant, wheelchair access
👉 Book 71 Raymond Road on Wezoo
10. 500 West Putnam Avenue — Greenwich · $109/day

What to expect: The state ceiling at $109, and the only Connecticut building above $99. Here the climb is a rung rather than a step: Darien at $89 and Westport at $99 sit immediately below it, so the Stamford half arrives at its ceiling gradually. Two desks.
Operator: Regus · Address: 500 West Putnam Avenue Suite 400, Greenwich 06830 · Bookable desks: 2 · Listed services: a public parking lot nearby, breakout space, catering, a coffee and tea bar, wheelchair access, a lounge

What is a coworking space connecticut booking best for?
Three jobs, three answers, and the cheapest desk suits only one of them.
Best for turning up unannounced: 510 Tolland St, East Hartford. 39 desks at one address is more than the next three buildings hold between them, so a Wednesday-morning walk-in is a safe bet. Depth is the thing being bought here, and it is worth being clear that it is not a route to a lower price: across the state the relationship between how many desks a building holds and what it charges is -0.18 (p = 0.32), which is indistinguishable from none.
Best for meeting a client the same day: 1000 Lafayette Boulevard, Bridgeport, or 500 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich. Bridgeport carries the longest services list of the ten at seven; Greenwich is one of three on six. Both list a public parking lot nearby.
Best for the price-sensitive regular: anywhere in the Hartford-half band. 14 buildings between $35 and $59 means you can choose on parking and travel and treat the rate as close to fixed, which the Stamford half does not let you do.
Day offices, meeting rooms and private offices at the same addresses
Nearly every coworking space connecticut building sells the rest of the menu at the same address. 31 of the 31 list a day office; 30 list an hourly meeting room; 30 list a private office by the month. Each of those last two counts is missing a different building: 510 Tolland St lists no meeting room, and the Wilton building lists no private office.
The step up in price is fairly tight. At the same address a day office costs a median 2.77 times that building’s hot desk, with half the buildings falling between 2.67 and 3.05 times and the full range running 2.42 to 3.80. Meeting rooms start at a median $126 per hour across the 30 buildings that list one. For a private office, take a building’s monthly starting price and divide it by its own day rate: the median works out at 6.2 days. Book more than about six days a month in one building and the monthly option deserves a look. Our office space Connecticut guide prices the private-office side properly, and there is a separate guide to a virtual office Connecticut address if all you need is somewhere to receive mail.
One thing the price never buys is time. Every coworking space connecticut building publishes exactly the same access window — 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend hours listed anywhere in the state. The most expensive desk in Connecticut costs 3.11 times the cheapest and opens its doors at the same minute.
If you are setting up in the state rather than passing through, note that the licenses and permits a business needs depend on where it sits as well as what it does — the US Small Business Administration sets out how location drives that.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a coworking space Connecticut day pass cost?
A coworking space Connecticut day pass costs $35 to $109 per day on Wezoo, across 31 buildings. The median building charges $59. Weight each building by the number of desks behind it and the median desk costs $47, because the single building with the most desks in Connecticut is also the cheapest. The cheapest building is 510 Tolland St in East Hartford at $35; the most expensive is 500 West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich at $109.
Where is the cheapest coworking space Connecticut has on Wezoo?
510 Tolland St in East Hartford, at $35 a day, is the cheapest coworking space Connecticut lists on Wezoo. It also holds 39 bookable desks, more than any other building in the state and 23% of Connecticut's open desk stock. It is the only Connecticut hot-desk building that does not also list a meeting room.
Why is a desk in West Hartford more expensive than one in Hartford?
The two West Hartford buildings charge $95 and $99 a day, while Regus, which runs the $95 one, charges $49 at 100 Pearl Street in downtown Hartford, 3.5 miles away. Wezoo's listings show the prices rather than the reasoning behind them. What they do show is that two different operators priced West Hartford the same way, and that among the Connecticut buildings sitting closer to Hartford than to Stamford, no other town charges above $59.
Can you book a coworking space Connecticut desk for a single day?
Yes. Every coworking space Connecticut building on Wezoo sells the hot desk by the day, and you pay for the days you book without taking a membership or a subscription. That applies to all 31 buildings in the state, from the $35 desk in East Hartford to the $109 one in Greenwich.
Which Connecticut towns have the widest choice of hot desks?
For coworking space Connecticut choice, Stamford has the most buildings, with five. East Hartford has the most desks at a single address, with 39. Across the state Wezoo lists 166 bookable desks in 31 buildings spread over 23 towns, and 18 of those towns have exactly one building.
Is a day office or a private office cheaper than a hot desk in Connecticut?
Neither is cheaper per day than a coworking space Connecticut hot desk. At the same address a day office costs a median 2.77 times that building's desk rate, and it stays above the desk rate however many days you book. The private office is the one that crosses over: divide a building's monthly starting price by its own day rate and the median across 30 buildings works out at 6.2 days, so booking more than about six days a month in one building makes the monthly option worth pricing.
