A virtual office in the Philippines is a business address you may use on your paperwork, your website and your invoices without renting a room behind it. Wezoo currently lists 54 virtual office addresses across 24 Philippine cities, from Makati and Bonifacio Global City down to Davao, Iloilo City and the Clark Freeport Zone.
This page covers what the product actually includes, which cities carry addresses, what it costs, who it suits, who should skip it, and how to request one. The addresses themselves are listed further down, building by building, each with its own link.

What you get with a virtual office in the Philippines — and what you do not
Strip away the marketing and the product is simple. You get the right to use a real commercial address in a real building, and the building has staff who receive what arrives for you. That is the whole of it. The address is the product; the building is just where it lives.
What comes attached to that address is not uniform, and this is the part most pages gloss over. Mail handling, scanning and forwarding, call answering, and the right to use a meeting room in the building are arranged per provider and per address. They are agreed when you request the address, not assumed from a brochure. If scanned mail within a working day matters to you, ask for it by name before you commit.
What you do not get is space. There is no desk waiting, no room with your name on the door, and no guarantee that you may sit in the building at all. If you want somewhere to actually work, that is a different product, and the Philippine inventory for it is set out in our guide to office for rent in the Philippines.
Where virtual office addresses are available in the Philippines — the cities and how many in each
The 54 addresses sit in 24 cities. Metro Manila carries most of them, but the spread outside the capital region is wider than the market usually assumes, and that matters if your customers or your regional office are in the Visayas or Mindanao.
| City | Addresses on Wezoo |

| Davao | 2 |
| Pampanga | 2 |
| Parañaque | 2 |
| Pasig | 2 |
| Angeles | 1 |
| Antipolo | 1 |
| Baguio | 1 |

Two notes on that table, because the underlying records are not tidy. Pampanga appears as a province rather than a city, which is how the two addresses there are filed. And the Makati count folds together records written as Makati and Makati City, the same place spelled two ways.
What a virtual office costs in the Philippines — and is there a free option?
None of the 54 Philippine listings publishes a price. That is not missing data, it is the shape of the product: the figure depends on which services you attach to the address, how long you commit for, and which building you pick. Pricing is on request, and the request is how you find out.
What you can compare before you ask is everything that drives the price. A central Makati or Bonifacio Global City address costs more than a provincial one for the same reason the rent does. A freeport address carries its own conditions. An address close to a transport interchange is cheaper to actually use, because couriers reach it without a surcharge and you reach it yourself when something has to be collected in person.
On the free question, which search engines put in front of every virtual office query: there is no free business address on Wezoo, and you should treat free offers elsewhere carefully. An address that costs nothing is usually either a mail drop with no staff behind it or a residential address shared by hundreds of registrations, and both are the kind of detail that surfaces at the worst moment.
Is a virtual office legal in the Philippines, and which addresses the registrar accepts
This is the question the search results ask more than any other, and it deserves a straight answer about what we can and cannot tell you.
What we can tell you is what the product is. Every address on this page is a real commercial unit in a real building, with a floor, a street and staff on site. It is not a post office box and not a forwarding label. Using such an address on your website, your invoices and your correspondence is ordinary business practice.
What we will not do is tell you that any particular Philippine authority will accept it as your registered or principal office address. That question is decided by the agency you register with, under rules we have not verified ourselves for this market, and a page that guesses at it is worth less than nothing to you. Nor is a registered address the same thing as a postal address: they are separate ideas, and an address can serve perfectly well as one without being usable as the other.
So the honest instruction is this. Decide which registration you are making, check the address requirement directly with the competent authority for that registration before you register, and ask the building operator what documentation they can supply, because the operator of the building sets the conditions and the request goes through them. Any provider who answers the legal question for you, in writing, before you have asked the authority yourself is selling you confidence rather than compliance.
General orientation only, not legal advice. Status as at 5 October 2026. Requirements for registered and principal office addresses are set by the relevant Philippine authority and should be confirmed with it before you register.
Who uses a virtual office — and who should not
Four groups get real value from this product in the Philippines. Foreign companies testing the market want a credible local presence before they commit to a lease. Consultants and small agencies want their home address off their invoices. Teams that are genuinely distributed, which in this market is a great many of them, need a fixed point where paperwork lands. And companies with field operations in the provinces want a Metro Manila address that reads the way their head office does.
Two groups should not buy one. If you need somewhere to sit, you need space, not an address, and a virtual office will quietly fail you from the first Monday. Our office space calculator is the faster route if that is you. And if your registration hangs on a specific address requirement you have not yet confirmed, settle the requirement first and pick the address second. Buying in the other order is how people end up paying for twelve months of an address they cannot use for the one thing they bought it for.
The 13 Wezoo virtual office addresses worth knowing, building by building
These are 13 of the 54 addresses, chosen to cover every major business district and every region with inventory. Each one is a working commercial building with staff on site.
1. 8 Rockwell — Makati

8 Rockwell sits at 7/F Unit B, 8 Rockwell, Rockwell Center, Makati. Rockwell Center is a compact, walkable business district on the quieter southern edge of Makati, and a Rockwell address reads as established rather than start-up.
2. Ayala Centre — Makati

Ayala Centre sits at 7/F Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, 1224, Makati. This is the centre of the Makati central business district, sitting directly on the Glorietta retail complex and a short walk from the Ayala MRT station.
3. GT Tower — Makati

GT Tower sits at 41st Floor, GT Tower International, Ayala Avenue, Makati. Ayala Avenue is the banking spine of Makati, so this is the address to pick when your correspondence is mostly with banks, insurers and law firms.
4. Zuellig Building — Makati

Zuellig Building sits at 20/F, Zuellig Building, Makati Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati. The Zuellig Building sits on the Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas corner, one of the most recognised office addresses in the country.
5. One Vertis Plaza — Quezon City

One Vertis Plaza sits at One Vertis Plaza, 26/F, Vertis North, 1105, Quezon City. Vertis North is the newest business district in Quezon City and is built around the Trinoma and Vertis transport interchange, which matters if couriers struggle with older Quezon City addresses.
6. Triumph Building — Quezon City

Triumph Building sits at 1610 Quezon Avenue, South Triangle, District 4, Quezon City. Quezon Avenue is a straight run into the national government offices clustered around the Quezon Memorial Circle, and South Triangle is the media and production quarter.
7. Eco Tower — Manila

Eco Tower sits at 35/F and 36/F Penthouse units, Eco Tower, Manila. A penthouse floor address in a tower on the Manila bay side, useful when your clients are in the port, logistics and government licensing world.
8. Times Plaza — Manila

Times Plaza sits at 12/F, Times Plaza Building, United Nations Avenue corner Taft Avenue, Manila. The United Nations and Taft Avenue corner is walking distance from the City of Manila offices and the UN Avenue LRT station, which keeps a courier run short.
9. Net Lima Tower — Taguig

Net Lima Tower sits at Unit 10-B, Six/NEO Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Bonifacio Global City is the address most international clients recognise first, and the Net and Six/NEO cluster sits in its northern office core.
10. Apple One Equicom Tower — Cebu City

Apple One Equicom Tower sits at 11th Floor, AppleOne Equicom Tower, Mindanao Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. Cebu Business Park is the commercial centre of the Visayas, and an address here is the obvious choice if your market is central and southern Philippines rather than Luzon.
11. Felcris Centrale — Davao

Felcris Centrale sits at 6th Floor, Felcris Centrale, Quimpo Boulevard, Davao. Quimpo Boulevard runs through the commercial middle of Davao City, which makes this the practical Mindanao address on the list.
12. Clark Centre 07 — Pampanga

Clark Centre 07 sits at 5th Floor, Clark Center 07, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The Clark Freeport Zone has its own airport and its own commercial character, and it is the only address on this list inside a freeport.
13. Festive Walk Mall — Iloilo City

Festive Walk Mall sits at 3F, Iloilo Business Park, Festive Walk Mall, Iloilo City. Iloilo Business Park is the planned business district of Western Visayas, and this is the only Wezoo address in the city.
The remaining 41 addresses sit in the same cities plus Antipolo, Baguio, Carmona, Cagayan de Oro, Lapu-Lapu City, Las Piñas, Lipa, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Olongapo City, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan and Tagbilaran City. All 54 are visible on the Wezoo listing.
How to request a virtual office on Wezoo
There is no checkout and no instant booking, because the building has to agree to carry your name. The sequence is short.
- Settle your address requirement first. Confirm with the authority you are registering with what it needs from an address, before you choose one.
- Pick the city, then the building. Weigh how the address reads to your clients against how easily a courier reaches it.
- Send the request. Use the request link on the address. Say what you need the address for, which services you want attached, and for how long.
- Agree the services in writing. Mail handling, scanning, forwarding and call answering vary per address. Get your list confirmed before you sign.
- Ask what documentation the operator supplies. If you will use the address for a registration, ask now what paperwork comes with it.
A worked example: if your market is Cebu and the Visayas, Apple One Equicom Tower in Cebu Business Park is the address to start from.

Frequently asked questions
What is meant by a virtual office?
A commercial business address you may use on your paperwork and correspondence, in a real building with staff on site, without renting space in it. The services attached to the address, such as mail handling or call answering, are agreed per address when you request it.
Is a virtual office legal in the Philippines?
Using a commercial address for your correspondence, website and invoices is ordinary business practice. Whether a given address may serve as your registered or principal office address is decided by the authority you register with, and we have not verified those requirements for this market. Confirm the requirement with that authority before you register, and ask the building operator what documentation it supplies.
Where can I find the cheapest virtual office in the Philippines?
None of the 54 Philippine addresses on Wezoo publishes a price, so there is no cheapest to point at from the listing. Provincial addresses are generally less expensive than central Makati or Bonifacio Global City, and the price depends on which services you attach. Request two or three and compare what comes back.
Is there a free virtual office address in the Philippines?
Not on Wezoo. Free addresses elsewhere are usually either unstaffed mail drops or addresses shared by very large numbers of registrations, and both tend to cause problems later.
How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in the Philippines?
54, across 24 cities. Makati carries 12, Quezon City 6, Manila 5 and Taguig 4, with the rest spread from Baguio down to Davao and Tagbilaran City.
