A virtual office Menlo Park address is not a desk and not a mailbox. It is a street address in 94025 that your company can put on a state filing, an invoice and a letterhead, with somebody at the building to take delivery of the post. Wezoo lists two of them, both in the bayfront business park east of US-101, and neither one publishes a price up front.
This guide walks both addresses, says plainly what the plans include, sets out which filings a Menlo Park address does and does not settle, and shows how to request one. For an overview of every option, see all business addresses in Menlo Park.

What does a virtual office Menlo Park address cost?
Neither Menlo Park listing carries a published starting price on Wezoo. That is the shape of the product rather than a hole in the data: a virtual office is a bundle, and what you pay turns on whether you take the address on its own or add mail forwarding, call answering and meeting-room time on top. Both listings are enquiry-only, so the operator quotes against the services you actually pick.
Two things you can anchor on instead. First, the national picture: our guide to virtual offices in the US sets out the usual range, from a basic address with mail handling at the low end up to bundles with forwarding, a dedicated answered line and meeting-room credits. Second, the local floor and ceiling of the alternative. In these same two buildings, a private office is listed from $739 per month and runs to $14,780 per month. A virtual office is the cheap end of Menlo Park by construction, because it buys the address and not the room.
Both listings name the same services: a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and access to meeting rooms at the building. That last one is worth asking about in the same message as the price, because meeting-room time is the part of the bundle people actually use.
Is a Menlo Park business address accepted for company registration?
Short answer: a real Menlo Park street address clears a bar that a PO box does not, but the address on its own is not the whole filing. Four separate bodies have a say, and they want different things.
The state. Corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships are required by statute to designate an agent for service of process, per the California Secretary of State. That agent is either an individual who resides in California at a physical California street address, or a registered corporate agent qualified with the Secretary of State under Corporations Code section 1505. A business cannot serve as its own agent. The Secretary of State also says the physical street address of the agent is a public record, open to all, which is the reason a great many people want an address that is not their house. A virtual office plan does not by itself make your operator that agent, so settle it before you file, not after.
The Postal Service. If the operator takes delivery of your post as a commercial mail receiving agency, you complete PS Form 1583. The rules sit in section 508 of the Domestic Mail Manual: a separate form for each addressee, two forms of identification of which one must be a current government-issued photo ID, and name and address details that match the documents you supply, or the application is rejected. The signature has to be witnessed by the agency owner or manager, an authorised employee or a notary public, with real-time audio and video presence allowed. Budget an afternoon for it, not five minutes.
The IRS. Once the address is live, keep it current. Form 8822-B is what businesses and other entities with an EIN application on file use to report a change of business mailing address, business location or responsible party, and a change of responsible party has to be reported within 60 days.
The city. Menlo Park wants its own paperwork. The City says that with few exceptions, all businesses located, operating or conducting business within the city limits are required to have a valid business license from the City of Menlo Park, and that it collects a business license tax based on gross receipts or employee count. The same page adds a line worth reading twice if you are buying an address rather than a room: all cities regulate business activity by location, so check with the Planning Division that your business is permissible where you are considering. Ask the operator what their plan covers here before you assume the address does it for you.
Not legal or tax advice. This section summarises public guidance from the California Secretary of State, the United States Postal Service, the Internal Revenue Service and the City of Menlo Park, checked on 26 October 2026. Rules change and your situation may differ. Confirm the terms of any individual address with the operator, and check your filing with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
The 2 virtual office Menlo Park addresses on Wezoo
Two buildings, two operators, a few minutes apart in the same business park. Both are genuinely inside Menlo Park city limits rather than near it, and both carry 94025.
1. 101 Jefferson Drive — Menlo Park

What to expect: A white-and-glass tech building on the bayfront side of US-101, across the highway from Bedwell Bayfront Park and sitting between Highway 101 and State Route 84. The virtual office listing here names a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting-room access at the building. Wezoo’s location data puts the nearest public parking 267 metres from the door and the nearest bus stop, Bohannon Drive and Campbell Avenue, 1,887 metres away, so treat this as a drive-to address if you ever plan to collect post in person. Of the two, this is the one that scores better on design and ambiance.
Operator: Spaces (rated 4.2/5) · Address: 101 Jefferson Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025

2. 149 Commonwealth Drive — Menlo Park

What to expect: A short way north in the same business park, Regus runs a purpose-built block just off Highway 101 with landscaped patio gardens on site. The plan reads the same on paper: business address, mail handling, call answering, local phone number, meeting-room access. Nearest public parking is 566 metres away and the nearest bus stop, Market Place and Alpine Avenue, 2,080 metres. This listing scores better than its neighbour on value for money and on reachability.

Which Menlo Park districts carry the most weight for a business address?
Both Wezoo addresses sit in the same pocket of the city: the business park east of US-101, on the bayfront side, both in ZIP 94025. There is no downtown Santa Cruz Avenue address and no Sand Hill Road address on Wezoo for this product, so the honest version is that Menlo Park gives you one district rather than a choice of several.
Does the district change what the address is worth? For the state, no. The Secretary of State asks for a physical California street address for the agent, not a prestigious one, and the filing does not grade neighbourhoods. For a reader scanning the footer of your invoice, the city and the ZIP carry most of the signal anyway: Menlo Park, CA 94025 reads as Menlo Park whichever street comes before it.
Where the district does bite is in person. Both addresses are drive-to. The nearest bus stops measure 1,887 metres from 101 Jefferson Drive and 2,080 metres from 149 Commonwealth Drive, while the nearest public parking is 267 and 566 metres respectively. If you intend to collect post yourself or use the meeting rooms that come with the plan, factor the car in. If your buyers sit further up the Peninsula, the neighbouring spokes are worth a look: business addresses in San Mateo and business addresses in Palo Alto, with San Ramon across the bay in the East Bay corridor.
Who uses a Menlo Park business address, and who should not
It earns its keep for three groups. Founders incorporating in California who would rather not put their home on a filing that the Secretary of State publishes. Out-of-state and overseas companies that want a Bay Area footprint before they hire anybody into it. And consultants who meet clients a handful of times a quarter and will actually use the meeting-room access that sits in the plan.
It is the wrong buy in four cases. If you are in the building most days, you want a room, not an address: private offices in these same two buildings are listed from $739 per month, and our guide to office space in Menlo Park walks them. If you want a desk two or three days a week, a hot desk in Menlo Park is cheaper per day and bookable without a contract. If you are counting on the address to settle the agent-for-service requirement or the city business license on its own, it does not. And if you need physical post in your hands the day it lands, remember the listings name mail handling: ask the operator exactly what forwarding looks like and how often it goes out before you sign.
How to request a virtual office Menlo Park address
- Pick the address. There are two, a few minutes apart, and both carry the same ZIP. If you will visit, the parking and bus distances above are the tiebreaker.
- Send the request, do not look for a book button. Private and virtual offices on Wezoo are enquiry products. The listing page takes your details and the operator comes back with the plan, as at 101 Jefferson Drive on Wezoo.
- Ask three things in the first message. What the address costs with mail handling only; what forwarding, call answering and meeting-room time add; and whether the operator will act as your agent for service of process or whether you need to name somebody else.
- Do the Form 1583 paperwork properly. Two IDs, one of them a current government photo ID, details that match, and a signature witnessed by the operator or a notary.
- Close the loop with the city and the IRS. Apply for the Menlo Park business license, and file Form 8822-B if this changes your business mailing address, location or responsible party.

Virtual office Menlo Park FAQs
How many virtual office Menlo Park addresses are on Wezoo?
Two. 101 Jefferson Drive, run by Spaces, and 149 Commonwealth Drive, run by Regus. Both sit in the business park east of US-101 and both carry ZIP 94025.
What does a virtual office Menlo Park plan cost?
Neither Menlo Park listing publishes a starting price on Wezoo. Both are enquiry-only, and the operator confirms the rate against the services you choose, so the number depends on whether you take the address alone or add forwarding, call answering and meeting-room time.
What is included in the plan?
Both listings name the same set: a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and access to meeting rooms at the building.
Can I use a Menlo Park virtual office as my registered agent address?
Not automatically. The California Secretary of State requires corporations, LLCs, LPs and LLPs to designate an agent for service of process at a physical California street address, and a business cannot serve as its own agent. Ask the operator whether their plan covers this before you file.
Can I book a virtual office in Menlo Park?
No. Private offices and virtual offices on Wezoo are requested rather than booked. Hot desks, day offices and meeting rooms at these same two buildings are bookable by the day or the hour.
