A virtual office Kentucky plan buys you one thing that matters and several that are convenient: a street address in the Commonwealth that your mail, your clients and, if the operator agrees to it, your Secretary of State filing can all point at. Wezoo lists fourteen of those addresses, spread across five Kentucky cities. This guide walks every one of them, says plainly what the backend does and does not publish about each, and sets out what Kentucky law actually requires of a registered office before you put an address on a form.
Kentucky is not one market. Louisville holds six of the fourteen, Lexington three, the Northern Kentucky side of the Cincinnati metro four, and Bowling Green one. Which you pick changes the ZIP code on your letterhead and very little else, so the question is who needs to believe the address. For the product itself rather than the geography, our complete guide to virtual office covers how these plans work across markets.
Every address below is live on Wezoo today and each one links straight to its own door. For an overview of every option, see all business addresses in Kentucky.
Wezoo snapshot: virtual office Kentucky
- 14 distinct business addresses, carried as 15 listings (the two airport entries sit at one address)
- 5 cities: Louisville 6, Lexington 3, Covington 2, Hebron 2, Bowling Green 1
- Operators: Regus 9 addresses, HQ 4, COhatch 1
- Price range: none published. No Wezoo virtual office listing in Kentucky carries a starting price, so every plan is quoted on request
-
11 of the 14 publish the same service list: business address, mail handling, call answering, local phone number, meeting room access
What does a virtual office Kentucky plan cost?
Wezoo does not publish a price for any of them. Not one of the fifteen virtual office Kentucky listings carries a starting price in our inventory, which is normal for this product: a virtual office is an address plus a service agreement, and operators quote it per customer rather than per square foot. So the honest answer is that you request a quote, and you will get one per address rather than one for the state.
That is not a dodge, it is a buying instruction. When you ask, ask three things at once: what the monthly fee covers, whether mail is held for collection or forwarded, and whether the operator will consent in writing to the address being used as your registered office. The third question is the one that decides whether the plan is any use to you, and it is the one most people ask last.
Is a Kentucky business address accepted for company registration?
Sometimes, and the condition is specific. Under KRS 14A.4-010, every entity and every foreign entity qualified to transact business in Kentucky must continuously maintain both a registered office in the Commonwealth, which may be the same as any of its places of business, and a registered agent. The agent must be either an individual who resides in Kentucky whose business address is identical with the registered office, or an entity qualified to transact business in Kentucky whose business address is identical with the registered office.
Read that second clause again, because it is the whole answer. The agent’s business address and the registered office have to be the same address. A mail-and-phone plan does not make the operator your registered agent, and nothing in a virtual office package appoints one. The statute also says that unless the agent signs the appointing document, the appointment is not effective until the agent delivers a written acceptance to the Secretary of State. So the sequence is: get the operator’s written consent to the address, line up an agent at that same address, then file.
After that it is housekeeping, and the deadlines are real. The Kentucky Secretary of State requires every entity conducting business in the Commonwealth to file an annual report by June 30, signed and with a $15 filing fee, confirming the principal and the registered agent and office. Changes to the principal or registered office cannot be made on the annual report postcard: those go in on a statement of change. Domestic entities that miss June 30 are administratively dissolved. Foreign entities have their certificate of authority revoked.
Two federal threads run alongside it. A business centre that operates primarily to provide private office facilities and takes single-point mail delivery counts as a commercial mail receiving agency for Postal Service purposes, which is why the operator will hand you PS Form 1583: you complete it, a manager or notary witnesses your signature, and if the name and address on the form do not match your identification the agency has to deny it. Separately, the IRS wants to hear about the move. Form 8822-B is how you report a changed business mailing address, a changed business location or a changed responsible party, and a responsible-party change has to be reported within 60 days.
The 14 virtual office Kentucky addresses on Wezoo
Ordered so the cities nobody has written up yet come first. The two metros that already have their own Wezoo guide are at the end, with links across to them.
Covington and Hebron: the Northern Kentucky addresses
Four of the fourteen addresses sit in the Cincinnati metro on the Kentucky side of the river, two in Covington and two in Hebron. This is the part of the state no Wezoo guide has covered for virtual offices yet. If your buyers are in Ohio but you want a Kentucky filing, these are the addresses that do both jobs, and our virtual office Cincinnati options cover the Ohio side of the same river. For the private office question in the same two Covington buildings, see office space in Covington, Kentucky.
1. COhatch Covington

COhatch Covington by COhatch
What to expect: COhatch took the former John R. Green Company building in MainStrasse Village and turned it into its first Kentucky location, which opened in 2025. Coworking runs over two floors and members have 24/7 access. This listing does not publish a virtual office service list, so ask the operator what the address plan covers before you commit to it on a filing.
Operator: COhatch · Address: 409 W 6th St, Suite 200, Covington, KY 41011
👉 Request COhatch Covington on Wezoo
2. 1032 Madison Avenue, Covington

1032 Madison Avenue by Regus, Covington
What to expect: A Regus floor on Madison Avenue, the commercial spine that runs up from the Ohio River through MainStrasse Village. This listing publishes the full plan: a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access. If you want a Northern Kentucky address with a staffed front desk behind it, start here.
Operator: Regus · Address: 1032 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY 41011
👉 Request 1032 Madison Avenue on Wezoo
3. 2300 Litton Ln., Hebron

2300 Litton Ln. by HQ, Hebron
What to expect: HQ runs shared office space on Litton Lane, a few minutes from the CVG cargo and logistics cluster. The plan covers the business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access. Hebron carries a 41048 ZIP, which reads as Northern Kentucky rather than Cincinnati to anyone checking a filing.
Operator: HQ · Address: 2300 Litton Lane, Hebron, KY 41048
👉 Request 2300 Litton Ln. on Wezoo
4. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Concourse B, Hebron

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Concourse B by Regus, Hebron
What to expect: This is the Jabbrrbox installation inside Concourse B at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport: a technology-equipped single-occupancy pod built for people working between flights. Wezoo carries two listings for the concourse and both sit at the same airport street address. Neither publishes a virtual office service list, so treat the address as the product and ask the operator how mail handling works airside before you file anything on it.
Operator: Regus · Address: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Concourse B, Hebron, KY 41048
👉 Request Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Concourse B on Wezoo
Bowling Green: the one southern address
One address, one operator, and the only virtual office Kentucky listing in the southern half of the state. If your customers are in Warren County, nothing in Louisville will read as local to them.
5. 922 State Street, Bowling Green

922 State Street by Regus, Bowling Green
What to expect: The only Wezoo address in southern Kentucky, and the only one outside the Louisville, Lexington and Northern Kentucky triangle. The listing puts 922 State Street near Bowling Green City Hall, US Bank and Western Kentucky University, which is the downtown block a Warren County filing would be expected to carry. Full plan: address, mail, call answering, local number, meeting room access.
Operator: Regus · Address: 922 State Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101
👉 Request 922 State Street on Wezoo
Lexington: three addresses, three different rings
All three Lexington addresses are already profiled in our virtual office Lexington picks, so the notes below stick to what separates them: which ring of the city each one sits in.
6. Lewis Hargett Circle, Lexington

Lewis Hargett Circle by HQ, Lexington
What to expect: An HQ building in brick and stone on Lewis Hargett Circle, in the Lexington ring south west of the centre near Harrodsburg Road. The 40503 ZIP is residential-adjacent professional rather than downtown, which suits a consultancy that wants a credible Lexington address without a Main Street rent attached to it.
Operator: HQ · Address: 424 Lewis Hargett Cir, Lexington, KY 40503
👉 Request Lewis Hargett Circle on Wezoo
7. 3499 Blazer Parkway, Lexington

3499 Blazer Parkway by Regus, Lexington
What to expect: Regus on Blazer Parkway, in Lexington’s Hamburg area on the east side. The 40509 ZIP sits closest to the I-75 interchange of the three Lexington options, so it is the one to ask about if clients drive in from Cincinnati or Knoxville rather than flying.
Operator: Regus · Address: 3499 Blazer Parkway, Lexington, KY 40509
👉 Request 3499 Blazer Parkway on Wezoo
8. 1040 Monarch Street, Lexington

1040 Monarch Street by HQ, Lexington
What to expect: HQ on Monarch Street, in the Beaumont and Palomar corridor west of the centre. The building houses businesses across insurance and healthcare, which is the useful signal here: a 40513 address lands you among established Lexington service firms rather than in a startup block.
Operator: HQ · Address: 1040 Monarch Street, Lexington, KY 40513
👉 Request 1040 Monarch Street on Wezoo
Louisville: six addresses, three of them unwritten
Six of the fourteen virtual office Kentucky addresses sit in Louisville, more than in any other city. Our virtual office Louisville locations guide profiles three of them in depth. The other three, 455 South Fourth, Ormsby III and Linn Station Road, appear here for the first time.
9. MET Building, Louisville

MET Building by Regus, Louisville
What to expect: The MET Building on South Fourth Street, in the middle of the Louisville central business district. A 40202 address is the Louisville most people picture when they read a filing, and this is a Regus floor inside it, so the mail desk and the meeting rooms are staffed.
Operator: Regus · Address: 312 S. Fourth Street, Louisville, KY 40202
👉 Request MET Building on Wezoo
10. East Witherspoon Street, Louisville

East Witherspoon Street by Regus, Louisville
What to expect: Regus on East Witherspoon Street, Louisville 40202, a few blocks north of Fourth Street toward the waterfront. Same downtown ZIP as the MET Building and the same published plan, so the choice between them comes down to which block you would rather walk clients to.
Operator: Regus · Address: 222 East Witherspoon Street, Louisville, KY 40202
👉 Request East Witherspoon Street on Wezoo
11. 455 S 4th St, Louisville

455 S 4th St by Regus, Louisville
What to expect: A Regus floor on South Fourth Street opposite the Fourth Street Live entertainment complex, also in 40202. This listing does not publish a virtual office service list, unlike the other two downtown Louisville addresses, so confirm with the operator what the plan includes before you commit to it on a filing.
Operator: Regus · Address: 455 S 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202
👉 Request 455 S 4th St on Wezoo
12. Brownsboro Crossing Center, Louisville

Brownsboro Crossing Center by Regus, Louisville
What to expect: Brownsboro Crossing is a Class A building on Von Allmen Court in the 40241 ZIP, out in east Louisville near the Gene Snyder Freeway. It is the suburban end of the Louisville set: easier parking, further from the courthouse, and the full virtual office plan is published against it.
Operator: Regus · Address: 9850 Von Allmen Court, Louisville, KY 40241
👉 Request Brownsboro Crossing Center on Wezoo
13. Ormsby III, Louisville

Ormsby III by Regus, Louisville
What to expect: Ormsby III sits on Forest Green Boulevard in the 40223 ZIP, part of the Hurstbourne office corridor. Of the six Louisville addresses this is one of three that no Wezoo guide has written up yet, which means nobody has compared it for you. The plan itself is the standard Regus set.
Operator: Regus · Address: 10200 Forest Green Blvd., Louisville, KY 40223
14. 10200 Linn Station Road, Louisville

10200 Linn Station Road by HQ, Louisville
What to expect: HQ on Linn Station Road, the other 40223 address, in the same Hurstbourne cluster as Ormsby III. The virtual office plan is published in full here, and like Ormsby III it is one of the three Louisville addresses no Wezoo guide has covered until now.
Operator: HQ · Address: 10200 Linn Station Rd., Louisville, KY 40223
👉 Request 10200 Linn Station Road on Wezoo
Which Kentucky cities and ZIP codes carry the most weight for a business address
For a registered address the ZIP code does more work than the city name, because that is what a counterparty actually reads. Every virtual office Kentucky address above falls into one of five clusters, and they do not say the same thing.
| Area | ZIP codes on Wezoo | Addresses | What it signals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Downtown Louisville | 40202 | 3 | The default Kentucky business address: courthouse, banks, Fourth Street |
| East Louisville | 40223, 40241 | 3 | Hurstbourne and Brownsboro office corridors, suburban and easy to park |
| Lexington | 40503, 40509, 40513 | 3 | Professional services, horse economy, the I-75 corridor |
| Northern Kentucky | 41011, 41048 | 4 | Cincinnati metro reach with a Kentucky filing |
| Bowling Green | 42101 | 1 |
Warren County and the southern half of the state |
The Northern Kentucky block is the one people underrate. A 41011 Covington address or a 41048 Hebron address puts you inside the Cincinnati travel-to-work area while keeping your filing in Frankfort’s register, and Covington is a short walk over the river from downtown Cincinnati. Downtown Louisville remains the safest default if your buyers are spread across the state.
Who uses a Kentucky business address, and who should not
A virtual office Kentucky plan works for a remote-first company that needs somewhere in the Commonwealth for mail and a credible letterhead. It works for an out-of-state firm qualifying to do business in Kentucky that wants a real street address instead of its lawyer’s. It works for a consultant who does not want a home address in a public register, and for a founder who meets clients three times a quarter and would rather pay for a meeting room each time than a desk every month.
It does not work if you need staff at that address every day: that is a private office, and every building above has those too. It does not work if you have not arranged a registered agent, because the statute above will not be satisfied by a mail plan. And it will not work if you cannot pass the Form 1583 identity check at the operator’s front desk, which is the step that quietly ends most applications.
How to request a virtual office Kentucky address on Wezoo
There is nothing to add to a basket. A virtual office is an enquiry, not a booking, because the operator has to agree to carry your mail and your name before anything starts. Pick the virtual office Kentucky address whose ZIP code does the job, open its page from the list above, and send the request. The operator comes back with the plan and the price for that building.
Have three answers ready when they do, and you will save a week: the legal name you want on the mail, whether you want the address used as your registered office, and the identification you will bring for Form 1583. Specificity is what gets a virtual office Kentucky plan opened quickly. Vagueness is what gets it quoted slowly.
Ready to set up your virtual office in Kentucky?
Virtual office Kentucky: frequently asked questions
Can I use a virtual office Kentucky address as my registered office?
Only with the operator’s written consent, and only if your registered agent’s business address is that same address. KRS 14A.4-010 requires the registered office and the agent’s business address to be identical, and a mail handling plan does not appoint an agent. Ask the operator before you file.
How many virtual office addresses does Wezoo list in Kentucky?
Fourteen distinct addresses, carried as fifteen listings. The two Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport entries sit at the same airport street address. They are spread over Louisville, Lexington, Covington, Hebron and Bowling Green.
What does a virtual office Kentucky plan include?
Eleven of the fourteen addresses publish the same service list: a business address, mail handling, call answering, a local phone number and meeting room access. Three do not publish a list, so confirm the contents with the operator for COhatch Covington, 455 South Fourth Street and the airport concourse.
Why is there no price shown?
No Wezoo virtual office listing in Kentucky carries a starting price in our inventory. Operators quote this product per customer, so you request a quote per address rather than reading one off a page. That is the product working as designed, not missing data.
Do I have to file anything with USPS?
You complete PS Form 1583 so the operator can accept mail on your behalf. A manager or a notary witnesses your signature, and the name and address on the form must match your identification or the agency has to deny the application.
Which Kentucky city should I choose?
Choose by who reads the address. Downtown Louisville 40202 needs no explanation anywhere in the state to a bank or a counterparty. Northern Kentucky 41011 and 41048 give you Cincinnati metro reach with a Kentucky filing, though they read as Cincinnati to a customer in Bowling Green. Lexington suits professional services, and Bowling Green is the only option that reads as local in the south.
