serviced office Yokohama – Wezoo

A serviced office Yokohama search usually ends in a phone call before you have seen a price. Wezoo lists 188 private offices across 11 Yokohama buildings, and every one of them publishes a monthly figure, a floor area and a headcount up front. There is no single serviced office price in Yokohama. There are 188 published figures.

This guide walks through ten of those 11 buildings — three in Minatomirai, three in Shin-Yokohama, and one each in Takashima, Kitasaiwai, Kinkocho and Onoecho — with the numbers the listings actually carry. If you are weighing the product itself rather than the city, the complete guide to private offices covers how the model works.

Serviced office Yokohama prices: what a room costs per month

Between ¥35,900 and ¥943,500 a month, and the figure covers the whole office unit rather than one desk inside it. The floor is ¥35,900 at Shin-Yokohama, where three separate listings share that figure; the ceiling is ¥943,500 at the Shin Yokohama Square Building. If your team is four, the band that matters is narrower: across the 27 four-person rooms in the city the published figures run from ¥143,600 to ¥347,600 a month.

Read the term the figure belongs to before you compare anything. On 177 of the 188 Yokohama listings the published monthly rate is the one quoted for a commitment of 24 months or longer, and each of those listings also names a second, higher rate for a 12-to-24-month term — those run from ¥58,497 to ¥1,530,034. The remaining 11, all at one building, publish only the 12-to-24-month rate. A headline number without its term is half a number.

When should you choose serviced offices over a conventional office lease?

When you cannot sign for years. Every one of the 188 Yokohama listings states a minimum rent term of one month. A conventional lease in Japan asks for a multi-year commitment and a substantial sum at signing; a serviced office asks for a month and a monthly figure. The trade is flexibility for a higher rate.

Cost is the second reason. JETRO puts Yokohama land prices and office rents at about 60% to 70% of Tokyo — the gap a Kanagawa base or a second Japanese office is weighing. If the product itself is new to you, what is a serviced office sets out what is bundled into the monthly figure and what is not.

The 10 best serviced offices on Wezoo for 2026

Ten of the 11 Yokohama buildings are profiled below, ordered by district and starting in Minatomirai. The numbering is the order they appear in, not a ranking. Kohoku New Town in Tsuzuki-ku is on Wezoo too. Fix your headcount before you read: capacity is the field that removes most of the 11 in one pass.

1. Yokohama Landmark Tower — Minatomirai

9. Wise Next Shinyokohama — Shin-Yokohama

Regus lists fourteen offices here, with nothing larger than four people or twelve square metres. If a small team is all you need, the short menu is the feature rather than the limitation.

How to choose, and how far in advance to enquire

Four steps, in the order the listings let you apply them to a serviced office Yokohama shortlist.

  1. Fix the headcount first. Capacity is the field that removes most of the 11 buildings in one pass.

  2. Read the floor area next to it. Across the 27 four-person rooms Wezoo lists in Yokohama the published area runs from 10 to 13 square metres, and the listing says which.

  3. Check the term the monthly figure belongs to, then ask the operator what the shorter term costs.

  4. Send the request and ask for a viewing. Private offices are enquiry products, so this step is a conversation with the operator.

On lead time the listings split exactly down the middle: 94 of the 188 Yokohama private offices carry a date from which the unit is free, and the other 94 carry none. The dated ones start in October 2026 and run years out, so an absent date is not a statement that the room is free now. Ask in the same message as the viewing.

Best Yokohama neighbourhoods for a serviced office search

JETRO maps the city’s industry clusters onto three districts — semiconductor developers around Shin-Yokohama, software companies around Yokohama Station, digital content in Kannai and Yamashita — and Wezoo’s 11 buildings sit close to that map.

Minatomirai holds three of them, two of them Regus addresses in the Landmark buildings, and their entry figures run from ¥45,500 at Blue Avenue to ¥141,000 at the tower, the highest in the city. The district does not set the price; the building does.

Shin-Yokohama also holds three, and they cover the widest ground of any district: the cheapest listing in Yokohama and the dearest one are both here. Takashima, Kitasaiwai, Kinkocho, Onoecho and Tsuzuki-ku hold one building each.

If you are arriving from outside Japan there is a step before any of this. JETRO’s Invest Japan Business Support Center for Yokohama is listed at the Industry & Trade Center Building in Naka-ku, a central ward of the city. JETRO says the centre provides rental office space for up to 50 days while a company gets established; the 11 buildings here are the commercial step after that one.

Serviced Office Yokohama — FAQ

How much does a serviced office Yokohama listing cost per month?

Wezoo publishes a monthly figure on all 188 private offices in Yokohama, running from ¥35,900 to ¥943,500. The figure is the rate for the whole office unit, not a rate per desk. On 177 of those 188 listings it is the rate quoted for a term of 24 months or longer.

Is the serviced office Yokohama price per desk or per office?

It is the price of the office unit — one monthly figure for the whole room, whatever the headcount. A price quoted for the same room on a per-person basis will look lower, so check which basis a figure is quoted on before you compare two of them.

How many serviced office Yokohama buildings does Wezoo list?

Eleven. Regus operates eight of them and Open Office the other three. They sit in Minatomirai, Shin-Yokohama, Takashima, Kitasaiwai, Kinkocho, Onoecho and Tsuzuki-ku.

What is the minimum term on a serviced office in Yokohama?

One month. All 188 Yokohama private-office listings on Wezoo state a minimum rent term of one month.

Can I book a private office in Yokohama online?

No. A private office on Wezoo is an enquiry product, not an instant booking. You send a request for the building you want and the operator comes back to you with terms and a viewing.

Can I register a company at a Yokohama serviced office address?

Ask the operator, and ask early. The private-office listings on Wezoo do not state one way or the other whether an address may be used for company registration; that is set by the operator’s own contract, so put the question in your first message alongside the viewing request.

The short version

11 buildings, 188 listings, one month’s minimum term on every one of them. The best serviced office Yokohama has to offer is the one you can leave. Pick the capacity, read the area beside it, check which term the monthly figure belongs to, and send the request.
