Wezoo lists 48 private-office units in Marlow, all of them inside two buildings about 600 metres apart in SL7. Every unit publishes a monthly starting price, a maximum declared occupancy and a floor area, so a search for office space Marlow can be answered with figures rather than adjectives. That is what this guide does.
The two price lists are built on different rules. At Jubilee House, run by Spaces, the monthly starting price is exactly £235 for every declared person, and the size of the room does not change it. At Marlow International, run by Orega, neither the rate per person nor the rate per square metre is fixed. For how monthly serviced-office pricing works in general, before any one town, see our complete guide to private offices.
Which building is cheaper turns out to depend on what you are buying. Compare by headcount and Jubilee House is lower everywhere the two overlap. Compare by floor area and Marlow International comes out ahead at two points. Both tests are below, with the numbers behind them.

The hourly and daily figures further down are quoted including VAT and the Wezoo booking fee.

Office space Marlow: what the two price lists say
Jubilee House lists 34 private offices, from a 4 m² room declared for one person at £235 a month up to a 740 m² floor declared for 207 at £48,645 a month. Divide any of those 34 monthly starting prices by the unit’s maximum declared occupancy and the answer is the same every time: £235. Not approximately. Exactly, on 34 of 34 units.
The list is built as £235 × occupancy, so of course it divides out — that is arithmetic, not a discovery. The interesting question is the one after it: if occupancy sets the price to the penny, what does floor area do? At Jubilee House, nothing at all.
Look for Jubilee House units declared for the same number of people at different floor areas. Five occupancy levels have them, and within each level every unit carries the same monthly starting price:
| Max declared occupancy | Floor areas listed (m²) | Monthly starting price |
|---|---|---|
| 3 people | 8, 9, 10 | £705 for each |
| 5 people | 13, 14, 14 | £1,175 for each |
| 9 people | 24, 25 | £2,115 for each |
| 10 people | 26, 27 | £2,350 for each |
| 17 people | 43, 44 | £3,995 for each |
The five Jubilee House occupancy levels that list units of more than one floor area. Prices are monthly starting prices on Wezoo.
Three rooms declared for three people, at 8, 9 and 10 m², all cost £705 a month. At Jubilee House, floor area is the thing you tour and the thing you do not pay for. Those 34 units run from 2.53 to 4.00 m² per declared person, a 1.58× spread that costs nothing either way.
There is a second way to say the same thing, and it is worth naming so nobody counts it twice. Because the price per declared person never moves at Jubilee House, its price per square metre is £235 divided by the floor area per person, and it therefore varies by exactly the same 1.58×: £58.75 to £92.91 per m² a month.
Marlow International reverses that ranking. Across its 14 units the price per declared person runs £322.70 to £484.17 a month, a 1.50× spread, while the price per square metre runs £101.78 to £122.03, a narrower 1.20×. Neither measure is fixed there: in each of its 4 same-occupancy groups, no two units share a price. The two rooms declared for seven people, at 22 and 27 m², cost £2,273 and £3,003 a month.
How much does a private office in Marlow cost?
On Wezoo, between £235 and £48,645 a month. Here is the whole Jubilee House ladder, one row per occupancy level. Each per-person figure is the monthly starting price divided by that maximum declared occupancy, so it describes what you pay a head only if you fill the room to its declared capacity.
| Max declared occupancy | Units listed | Floor area (m²) | Monthly starting price |

Marlow International lists a narrower band — nothing declared for fewer than 6 people and nothing for more than 22 — and no two units of the same declared capacity cost the same:
| Max declared occupancy | Floor area (m²) | Monthly starting price | Per declared person, a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 | 24 | £2,905 | £484.17 |
| 7 | 22 | £2,273 | £324.71 |

| 20 | 59 | £6,454 | £322.70 |
| 22 | 75 | £8,161 | £370.95 |
| 22 | 93 | £9,466 | £430.27 |
All 14 Marlow International private-office units on Wezoo. Every per-person figure assumes the unit is filled to its maximum declared occupancy.
There is one comparison those figures do not make for you. A monthly serviced-office fee and a conventional lease are billed differently, and business rates are the clearest example: GOV.UK charges business rates on most non-domestic properties, offices among them, and you will probably pay them if you use a building or part of one for non-domestic purposes. Smaller occupiers may pay nothing: in England, small business rate relief means no business rates on a property with a rateable value of £12,000 or less, if that is the only property the business uses, tapering to zero between £12,001 and £15,000. Relief is sometimes applied automatically and sometimes has to be claimed from the council. Ask each operator who the ratepayer is and what the monthly fee covers before you set it against a lease.
The two buildings behind Marlow’s private-office listings on Wezoo
Jubilee House — Spaces, SL7 1EY

Jubilee House holds the larger and more varied of Marlow’s two private-office lists: 34 of the 48 units Wezoo lists in the town. It is also the only Marlow building on Wezoo that lists all four products: private offices, day offices, hot desks and meeting rooms.
Its private offices cover 22 distinct occupancy levels; 24 of the 34 are listed as external and 10 as internal. Every one of the 34 lists a minimum rent term of one month, so the flat per-head rate does not come attached to a long lock-in. Its listed services are breakout spaces, catering and step-free access — somewhere other than your own room to take a call, and someone to feed a workshop. Reception cover and parking are not on that list, so ask about both when you enquire.
Best for: teams whose headcount is uncertain. Because the rate per declared person does not change with the size of the room, moving from a unit declared for four to one declared for nine costs exactly what the extra five people cost, £1,175 a month, with no size-band jump buried in it.

Marlow International — Orega, SL7 1YL

Orega’s Marlow International listings start at a unit declared for 6 people and stop at 22, a much narrower band than Jubilee House’s. The services list is the longer of the two: parking nearby, climate control, lockers, a lounge, phone booths, a staffed reception, breakout spaces and step-free access. Of the two buildings, only Marlow International carries a building-level rating on Wezoo, at 4.6 out of 5 from 23 reviews. Its listings do not publish a minimum rent term, so ask for it when you enquire.
Best for: a settled team in the 6-to-22-person range that hosts clients and wants reception cover, parking and meeting rooms in the same building as its desks.

Which Marlow building is cheaper for your headcount?
Jubilee House, on monthly starting price, at every maximum declared occupancy the two Wezoo listings share. Comparing the cheapest unit each building lists at each of the 6 occupancies both of them offer, Jubilee House’s monthly starting price is lower by £628 to £2,991 a month:
| Max declared occupancy | Jubilee House (cheapest) | Marlow International (cheapest) | Monthly difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 | £1,410 · 17 m² | £2,905 · 24 m² | £1,495 |
| 7 | £1,645 · 20 m² | £2,273 · 22 m² | £628 |
| 9 | £2,115 · 24, 25 m² | £3,018 · 28 m² | £903 |
| 11 | £2,585 · 29 m² | £4,394 · 37 m² | £1,809 |
| 12 | £2,820 · 31 m² | £3,988 · 39 m² | £1,168 |
| 22 | £5,170 · 60 m² | £8,161 · 75 m² | £2,991 |
Cheapest unit each building lists at each maximum declared occupancy both of them list, compared on monthly starting price on Wezoo; where two units tie on price, both areas are shown. Comparing every same-occupancy pair rather than only the cheapest, the difference runs £628 to £4,296 a month.
Look at the square metres in that table, though. At all 6 of those occupancies the Jubilee House unit is also the smaller room, so this is not a like-for-like on floor space. Buying seats and buying square metres are different purchases, which is what the second test settles.
And which is cheaper by floor area?
Here the answer flips, still on monthly starting prices published on Wezoo. Take each Marlow International unit and ask whether it undercuts the cheapest Jubilee House unit of equal or greater floor area. That test handicaps Jubilee House, because its comparator has to be at least as large, and a larger Jubilee House room costs more only when it is declared for more people. 2 of the 14 Marlow International units clear it:
- Its 45 m² unit, declared for 12 people, at a monthly starting price of £4,894. The cheapest Jubilee House unit of 45 m² or larger is £4,935 a month.
- Its 75 m² unit, declared for 22 people, at a monthly starting price of £8,161. The cheapest Jubilee House unit of 75 m² or larger is £8,930 a month.
The margins are narrow — £41 a month at 45 m² and £769 at 75 m² — but they are real, and they are the practical point of this whole comparison. If you are buying seats, Jubilee House is lower at every shared headcount. If you are buying floor space at 45 m² or at 75 m², price the Marlow International unit too. The services each building lists differ as well, and those differences are set out in the profiles above.
When can you move into a Marlow office?
The two buildings answer this differently, so read both. Marlow International either flags a unit as available now or gives it a start date. Jubilee House gives a start date or leaves the field empty. Of its 34 units, 22 leave it empty, one carries a date that has already passed (1 September 2026), and the remaining 11 are dated forward — the earliest 1 January 2027, the latest 1 October 2031. At Marlow International, 12 of the 14 units are flagged available now and the other 2 are dated 1 October 2026.
Check a unit’s date before you build a plan around it, and treat an empty field as a question for the operator rather than as a promise.
What else can you book in Marlow besides a private office?
Three other Wezoo products, spread unevenly across the two buildings. Each figure below is the lowest price the listing publishes, including VAT and the Wezoo booking fee — a basis the monthly figures above do not state either way:
- Hot desks — Jubilee House only. All 11 hot-desk listings publish the same lowest price, £46.20 a day. Marlow International lists none on Wezoo.
- Day offices — Jubilee House only, and again one lowest published price across all 19 listings: £112.20 a day. Marlow International lists none on Wezoo.
- Meeting rooms — the one product both buildings list, three rooms each, and here the price rises with maximum declared occupancy inside each building:
- Jubilee House, 4 people: £46.81 an hour
- Jubilee House, 8 people: £60.96 an hour
- Jubilee House, 10 people: £68.04 an hour
- Marlow International, 6 people: £47.52 an hour
- Marlow International, 10 people: £76.56 an hour
- Marlow International, 12 people: £89.76 an hour
Lowest published price per listing on Wezoo, including VAT and the Wezoo booking fee. The meeting-room listings publish no floor area, so capacity is the only size shown.
At the one maximum declared occupancy both buildings offer, ten people, the lowest published hourly price is £68.04 at Jubilee House and £76.56 at Marlow International, both including VAT and the Wezoo booking fee. Jubilee House is also the only Marlow building on Wezoo that answers both “I need a desk on Thursday” and “I need a room for a year”. Office space Marlow in the wider Buckinghamshire market
Our office space Buckinghamshire guide counts six county towns with private offices on Wezoo. Marlow’s two addresses put it level with Aylesbury and behind High Wycombe’s three, so volume is not what distinguishes it. What does is that 600 metres separate two price lists built on different rules — 48 units, two addresses, and one to-the-penny pricing rule that holds at just one of them.

Office space Marlow — frequently asked questions
Office space Marlow: how much does it cost?
Private offices in Marlow run from £235 to £48,645 a month on Wezoo. Jubilee House spans that whole range, from a single-person room at £235 to a 740 m² floor declared for 207 people at £48,645. Marlow International’s 14 units span £2,273 to £9,466 a month. Each figure is the monthly starting price the unit publishes on Wezoo, with no VAT or fee label attached, so confirm both on enquiry.
Is there a flat per-person office rate in Marlow?
At one of the two Marlow buildings on Wezoo, yes. Each of the 34 private-office units Jubilee House lists costs exactly £235 multiplied by its maximum declared occupancy, so £235 a head is what you pay only if you fill the unit to that declared capacity. Marlow International does not price that way: none of its 14 units follows the same rule, and its price per declared person ranges from £322.70 to £484.17 a month.
Does a bigger office in Marlow cost more?
At Jubilee House, not if it is declared for the same number of people. Five of its occupancy levels on Wezoo list units of different floor areas at an identical monthly starting price — the three rooms declared for three people, at 8, 9 and 10 m², all cost £705 a month. At Marlow International the opposite holds: in none of its 4 same-occupancy groups do the units share one price, and across its 14 units the price per square metre varies less (1.20× from lowest to highest) than the price per declared person (1.50×).
Which Marlow office building is cheaper?
It depends on whether you are buying seats or floor space, and both tests use monthly starting prices published on Wezoo. By headcount, Jubilee House is lower than Marlow International at all 6 maximum declared occupancies where both Marlow buildings list a unit — 6, 7, 9, 11, 12 and 22 people — by £628 to £2,991 a month when the cheapest unit at each occupancy is compared. By floor area, 2 of Marlow International’s 14 units undercut the cheapest Jubilee House unit of equal or greater size: its 45 m² unit at £4,894 against £4,935, and its 75 m² unit at £8,161 against £8,930. The two buildings also list different services: Jubilee House lists breakout spaces, catering and step-free access; Marlow International lists a staffed reception, phone booths, climate control, lockers, a lounge, nearby parking, breakout spaces and step-free access.
Can I get a short-term office in Marlow?
Yes. All 34 private-office units Jubilee House lists on Wezoo carry a minimum rent term of one month. For shorter than that, Jubilee House lists 19 day offices, all at £112.20 a day, and 11 hot desks, all at £46.20 a day, both including VAT and the Wezoo booking fee. Marlow International lists neither of those products on Wezoo, and does not publish a minimum rent term for its private offices, but both Marlow buildings list three meeting rooms each for hourly hire.
How soon can I move into an office in Marlow?
Of the 34 Jubilee House private-office units on Wezoo, 22 carry no start date at all and one carries a date that has already passed, while 12 of Marlow International’s 14 units are flagged available now. The rest are dated forward: 11 Jubilee House units between 1 January 2027 and 1 October 2031, and 2 Marlow International units from 1 October 2026. Dates were read from the listings on 5 September 2026.
