A day office St Louis search has 11 answers and 5 prices. Wezoo lists day offices at 11 buildings across the metro — 4 inside the City of St. Louis and 7 out in St. Louis County — and each building publishes a single rate for the day that applies to every room it lists, whatever size that room is. Between them the 11 buildings carry 283 bookable listings at 5 different prices, $108.90 to $163.90 a day with the booking fee included. For how the product works anywhere, our complete guide to day offices covers it; this page is about St. Louis.
The metropolitan area extends into Illinois, so it is worth saying plainly: all 11 of these buildings are in Missouri, none is across the river, and none is in St. Louis Park, Minnesota — a different place whose listings answer to the same city name.

What a day office St Louis booking costs
The listed rate is not what you pay: a booking fee of 10% is added to every one of the 283 listings, and the fee-inclusive figure is the last column. That column is the listing’s own total-including-tax figure, and on these US listings it is exactly the rate plus the fee — there is no separate tax line in it. Every difference quoted on this page is a fee-inclusive one.

Read across any row and the capacity column does not touch the price column. At 211 N Broadway the same $163.90 buys a room declared for one person and a room declared for 34 — and so do the other 72 listings at that address, across 15 different declared sizes. The rule holds at all 11 buildings: you are renting a room for a day, not a seat, so there is no saving in taking a smaller one.
One caution on that capacity column, and it is the thing most likely to catch you out. It is a declared maximum for the room, not a count of desks that are in it, so treat it as a ceiling you should not exceed. And the ranges hide very different stock: Deloitte Building lists 28 rooms but only 2 are declared for four people and none at all for six, while 211 N Broadway has 23 for four or more and 15 for six or more. If you are three or more, check the size column before the price column.

The three buildings left out of that table — 111 Westport Plaza Drive, Ellisville Pointe, Laumeier II — list no room for four people at all.
What the price column does not track is geography. The two addresses closest together — 211 N Broadway and Deloitte Building, 0.25 miles apart — are $44 a day apart, and they are both downtown. Going out to the county does not buy you a discount either: every one of the 7 county buildings costs more per day than the cheapest building in the city, and one of them, Two CityPlace Drive, matches the dearest rate in the metro. The cheapest day office in St. Louis, 1031 Lami St, is inside the city. Pick on the building, not on the map.
If you want the long-lease side of these buildings, our office space St Louis guide covers the private-office market across a wider set of addresses.
The day office St Louis buildings you can book
The four inside the city first, cheapest to dearest, each linking straight to that building’s day-office page. Two things no listing publishes, and which you should settle with the operator before a booking that matters: how visitors who are not on the booking get past reception, and what is actually in the room. There is no photograph, floor plan or equipment list attached to any individual day office here.

What you get for a day rate
Less is published than you might hope, and it is worth knowing which parts are facts and which are tags. Wi-Fi and coffee, tea and water are tagged on all 283 listings, without exception. No day-office listing here carries a floor area, a room type or a photograph of the room itself, so the declared capacity is the only size signal you get. That is a gap in this product rather than in the data as a whole — at the four city buildings the private-office listings publish floor areas from 43 to 1432 square feet (4 to 133 square metres) and mark each room internal or external.
The one tag that does vary is natural light. It appears on 133 of the 283 rooms, and the share swings hard by building — from 4 of 16 at Laumeier II to 14 of 17 at 5000 Cedar Plaza Pkwy.
At 211 N Broadway — 74 listings, more than any other address here — that tag is not scattered at random. Not one of the 48 rooms declared for one or two people carries it, and 22 of the 26 declared for three or more do. The line sits at three, not at two: moving from a one-person room to a two-person room changes nothing.
Before you read that as a St. Louis quirk, it is not one. We ran the same split across 42 buildings in 8 other US cities that list enough day offices on both sides of the line, and 36 of them lean the same way: pooled, 32% of the rooms declared for one or two carry the tag against 66% of those declared for three or more. The building that runs against it is 4625 Lindell Boulevard, where the split is 12 of 21 in the smaller rooms against 12 of 24 in the larger — no pattern at all.
Which makes a bigger room the better pick at the same money — with one thing to check. At 211 N Broadway and 4625 Lindell Boulevard the cancellation window is not the same on every room; the largest rooms sit in a longer band than everything below them. The rate does not change, the terms do, so read the window on the room before you take the upgrade. The other 9 buildings carry one window throughout.
The building entry is where the facilities live, and they do not track the price. The two Spaces buildings both charge $163.90: 4625 Lindell Boulevard names parking, breakout spaces, catering and wheelchair access, while 211 N Broadway names only breakout spaces and catering. The longest list of the 11 belongs to 111 Westport Plaza Drive, at $141.90 — near public parking lot, parking, catering, coffee and tea bar, a lounge, a restaurant and wheelchair access. Paying more does not buy a longer list.
On hours, every listing publishes the same day window: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the building’s own local time. There is no hourly figure on a day office — the price is quoted per day, so the listing offers you nothing cheaper for a shorter stay. If you only need an hour, that is what the meeting rooms are for. What happens if a booking overruns the 5:00 p.m. close is not published; ask before you rely on it.
Day office vs coworking day pass vs meeting room in St Louis
All three products sit in these same buildings, each priced in its own unit. Every figure below includes the booking fee.

| 100 Chesterfield Business Parkway | $42.90 | $119.90 |
$92.40 |
| Deloitte Building | $42.90 | $119.90 |

| Ellisville Pointe | $42.90 | $119.90 |
$68.78 |
| 2055 Craigshire Rd | $49.50 | $130.90 |

| 111 Westport Plaza Drive | $53.90 | $141.90 |
$109.48 |
| 5000 Cedar Plaza Pkwy | $53.90 | $141.90 |

| Laumeier II | $53.90 | $141.90 |
$88.66 |
The remaining three — 211 N Broadway, 4625 Lindell Boulevard, Two CityPlace Drive — run to the same shape: a desk in the forties or fifties, a room in the low hundreds.
Against a day pass. Across the 11 buildings the private room costs roughly 2.63 to 2.83 times the shared desk at the same address. Those numbers sit close together, and that is worth less than it looks: several buildings share a rate card, so there are fewer independent figures here than there are buildings. The wider check is the one to trust — across 96 buildings in 8 other US cities the same multiple runs from 2.0 to 3.3.
The decision it points to is the useful part, and it lands in the same place at every one of the 11 buildings: the desks are cheaper at one and two people, and the room is cheaper from three. At Deloitte Building, two desks are $85.80 against $119.90 for the room; three desks are $128.70, and the room is still $119.90. The desk price multiplies by heads and the room price does not. One caveat at the small end: Deloitte Building and 1031 Lami St list only 3 and 3 hot desks in total, so three is close to the most you could book there.
Against a meeting room. This is where St. Louis produces its oddity. 1031 Lami St lists one meeting room, at $121.05 an hour, and a day office in the same building is $108.90 for the whole day. One hour in that room costs more than the whole day in the private room beside it — and that holds before the fee too, $110.04 against $99. The comparison is less dramatic elsewhere but points the same way: a day office is worth about 1.4 hours of the cheapest room at Deloitte Building and 2.4 hours at 211 N Broadway. If your booking is a long meeting rather than a short one, price the day office first; if it really is an hour you need, our meeting room St Louis guide covers the rooms properly.
The desk side of these buildings is covered in our coworking space St Louis guide, and the flexible workspace options guide sets out how the products differ before you pick one.
How to book a day office in St Louis
Pick the date, pick a building, pay. These listings are priced by the day and carry no minimum term, so a single Thursday is a complete purchase. Availability is not something this page can tell you: the buildings and their rates are stable, but whether a particular room is free on a particular morning is shown live at the listing, and that is the thing to check first.
Because the rate is flat across every room a building lists, a room declared larger than your group does not cost more per day — and at 211 N Broadway it is how you reach the rooms with a natural-light tag, subject to the cancellation note above. Compare the fee-inclusive column, not the headline rate: the gap between the two runs $9.90 to $14.90 a day.
A day office is also not a business address. At the four city buildings the virtual-office entry is a placeholder with no price and nothing bookable behind it, so you cannot add a registered address to a day-office booking there — that would be a separate arrangement with the operator. Booking a room for a day is not opening a location either; if you are actually basing a business in the city, that is a question for the City of St. Louis License Collector, which sets out who needs a business licence and how the fiscal year runs.
Booking a day at a time works the same everywhere we list the product — our day office Houston guide runs the same arithmetic across a deeper market, and renting an office for a day covers the decision in general terms.

Frequently asked questions
What does a day office cost per day in St Louis?
There are 5 rates across 11 buildings: $108.90, $119.90, $130.90, $141.90 and $163.90 including the booking fee. Before the fee those are $99, $109, $119, $129 and $149. Every room a building lists carries that building’s rate, whatever the room’s declared capacity.
Which St Louis buildings actually have day offices?
11 in total: 4 inside the City of St. Louis (1031 Lami St, Deloitte Building, 211 N Broadway, 4625 Lindell Boulevard) and 7 in St. Louis County (100 Chesterfield Business Parkway, Ellisville Pointe, 2055 Craigshire Rd, 111 Westport Plaza Drive, 5000 Cedar Plaza Pkwy, Laumeier II, Two CityPlace Drive). All 11 are in Missouri — none is across the river in Illinois.
Does a bigger day office cost more in St Louis?
No. Within each building the rate is identical at every capacity it lists. At 211 N Broadway the same $163.90 covers a room declared for one person and one declared for 34. Capacity is a maximum for the room rather than a desk count, so check it as a ceiling, but it will not change the price.
Is a day office cheaper than a coworking day pass in St Louis?
From three people, at every building here. A hot desk runs $38.50 to $60.50 a day including the fee and is for one person; the private room is $108.90 to $163.90 and its price does not move with headcount. At one and two people the desks are clearly cheaper, and three desks cost more than the room everywhere, so three is where it flips.
What hours do St Louis day offices keep?
Every listing publishes the same day window, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the building’s local time. The price is quoted per day and there is no hourly figure, so a shorter booking inside that window costs the same as a full one.
How far ahead do I need to book a day office in St Louis?
The listings do not publish a lead time, and this page cannot tell you what is free on a given morning — availability is shown live on the listing itself. What is stable is the shortlist and the rates: 11 buildings, 5 prices, and a cancellation window attached to the individual room and shown at checkout.
Which St Louis day office fits a group of four?
Check the size column before the price. 211 N Broadway lists 23 rooms declared for four or more and 15 for six or more; 4625 Lindell Boulevard lists 7 and 5. Deloitte Building lists only 2 for four or more and none for six, and three buildings list no room for four at all.
