day office Milwaukee - Wezoo price guide cover

Six buildings around Milwaukee list a private room you can take for a single working day, and the day office Milwaukee rates on them run from $95 to $159. Every price on this page was read off the live listings. If you want the format explained before the addresses, our complete guide to day offices covers what one is and when it beats a desk.

For an overview of every option, see all day offices in Milwaukee.

A day office is a lockable private room, booked for one day, with no membership and no lease. People take them for the client meeting that cannot happen at a kitchen table, the deposition, the interview day, the quarter-close that needs a door. Six addresses is a shortlist rather than a market, and they are spread wide: two sit downtown, both within half a mile of City Hall, and the other four stand between about six and eleven miles out. Check the distance before you check the price.

Wezoo snapshot — day office Milwaukee, September 2026

  • 6 buildings list day offices on Wezoo, carrying 105 rooms between them
  • Listed day rate: $95 to $159 · median of the six buildings $104
  • Listed total including the 10% fee: $104.50 to $174.90 · median of the six $114.40
  • Operators: Regus (5 addresses), Spaces (1)

Five of the six are Regus addresses and the sixth is a Spaces. Both brands belong to the same parent company, IWG, so what you are choosing between here is a spread of buildings rather than a spread of operators. Location, not brand, is what separates one day office Milwaukee listing from the next.

Day office Milwaukee prices: what a day actually costs

Between $95 and $159 for the day, before the booking fee. The lowest listed rate is at Honey Creek Corporate Center IV on the west side; the highest is at 1433 North Water Street downtown. Across the six buildings the median is $104. Add the 10% booking fee and the figure that leaves your card runs $104.50 to $174.90, median $114.40.

Two columns in that table need a word of explanation.

The max-occupancy column is a ceiling on how many people the listing allows in the room — not a count of desks, and not a table plan. And the all-in column is the one to quote when you expense it: every listing here adds a 10% booking fee to the listed rate, and the listings show no tax line on top of that.

The more useful pattern is in the first two columns. The listed rate is set by the address, not by the room. Every room at a given building carries the same listed day rate: $159 at 1433 North Water whether the room is listed for one person or twenty-nine, $95 at Honey Creek whether it is listed for one or for eight.

That pattern is not peculiar to Milwaukee: it holds on all 35 day-office buildings we checked in Chicago, Madison and Minneapolis too. Treat it as how these listings are published rather than a discovery about the market. But it changes how you shop — the question is not which room, it is which building.

It also means a larger room does not start higher: if one is open on your date, taking it adds nothing to the rate on the listing. That listed figure is a starting rate, so the checkout total for your date is the one that binds. And a day office covers a day however you split it — a two-hour pitch and a working afternoon is one booking, not two.

Which Milwaukee buildings list a day office on Wezoo?

All six, ordered by straight-line distance from City Hall — a map distance, not a drive. The listed day rate comes first, with the all-in checkout total in brackets.

1. Mayer Building — Historic Third Ward

day office Milwaukee - Mayer Building
Mayer Building by Regus, Historic Third Ward — Milwaukee

$129 a day ($141.90 all in) · 15 rooms · listed for up to 4 people · 0.4 mi from City Hall, 6.1 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: A white terracotta corner block on North Water Street, standing beside the Milwaukee Public Market with the Riverwalk behind it. It is the closer of the two downtown addresses to the CONNECT 1 line: the Water & Wisconsin station on the CONNECT 1 bus rapid transit line is about a quarter of a mile away, which puts the west side and the Watertown Plank park-and-ride on a single bus. Fifteen rooms are listed and none of them is listed above four people. Take it for the meeting where a client is driving in and you want parking listed at the building itself.

Operator: Regus · Address: 342 N. Water Street, WI 53202 · Listed here: breakout space, catering, a lounge, parking and step-free access. 5 of the 15 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

2. 1433 North Water Street — East Town

day office Milwaukee - 1433 North Water Street
1433 North Water Street by Spaces, East Town — Milwaukee

$159 a day ($174.90 all in) · 36 rooms · listed for up to 29 people · 0.5 mi from City Hall, 7.1 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: Glass and grey steel on North Water Street, north of Cathedral Square, with the Spaces sign running up the facade. It carries the highest listed rate here at $159 and much the deepest bench: 36 rooms, more than a third of the 105 in this guide, and the only ones listed above eight people. If the day is a workshop, an offsite or an interview panel rather than a one-to-one, this is the address with rooms listed to fit it.

Operator: Spaces · Address: 1433 N Water Street, WI 53202 · Listed here: breakout space, catering, parking and step-free access. 11 of the 36 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

3. Honey Creek Corporate Center IV — West side

Honey Creek Corporate Center IV by Regus, West side — Milwaukee

$95 a day ($104.50 all in) · 13 rooms · listed for up to 8 people · 5.9 mi from City Hall, 8.6 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: A three-storey brick-and-glass block set back from West Chester Street on the west side. At $95 it carries the lowest listed rate of the six, $64 a day under the highest. Thirteen rooms, the largest listed for eight people — the second-largest capacity in this guide, at the lowest rate in it. It suits the day you are coming in from the western suburbs and have no reason to go downtown at all.

Operator: Regus · Address: 9000 W. Chester Street, WI 53214 · Listed here: breakout space and catering. 6 of the 13 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

4. Lincoln Center III — Southwest, off West National Avenue

day office Milwaukee - Lincoln Center III
Lincoln Center III by Regus, Southwest, off West National Avenue — Milwaukee

$99 a day ($108.90 all in) · 6 rooms · listed for up to 5 people · 7.3 mi from City Hall, 8.1 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: A plain three-storey office block on West National Avenue, about seven miles southwest of City Hall and the furthest south of the six. Only six rooms are listed here, the smallest inventory in this guide, and the largest of them is listed for five people. On an inventory that small a single booking removes a sixth of the address, so it pays to look early in the week rather than late.

Operator: Regus · Address: 10150 W National Ave, WI 53227 · Listed here: breakout space and catering. 5 of the 6 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

5. Bayside — North, on West Brown Deer Road

day office Milwaukee - Bayside
Bayside by Regus, North, on West Brown Deer Road — Milwaukee

$99 a day ($108.90 all in) · 7 rooms · listed for up to 6 people · 9.3 mi from City Hall, 15.8 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: Not a tower — a red-brick two-storey on West Brown Deer Road with shops at street level and offices above, nine miles north of City Hall and the furthest north of the six. Seven rooms, listed for one to six people. This is the North Shore option: if your day is with people in Glendale, Fox Point or Mequon, it saves everyone the drive downtown, and its listed rate is $30 a day under the lower of the two downtown addresses.

Operator: Regus · Address: 555 W Brown Deer Road, WI 53217 · Listed here: breakout space and catering. 4 of the 7 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

6. Liberty 1 — Park Place, far northwest

day office Milwaukee - Liberty 1
Liberty 1 by Regus, Park Place, far northwest — Milwaukee

$109 a day ($119.90 all in) · 28 rooms · listed for up to 3 people · 10.6 mi from City Hall, 16.2 mi from Mitchell International, both straight-line

What to expect: A curved brick low-rise in the Park Place business park, the furthest of the six from City Hall at a shade under eleven miles. Twenty-eight rooms are listed and every one of them is small: three people is the ceiling here, the tightest on the list. That makes it a one-to-one address — the review, the appraisal, the call you need to take alone with the door shut.

Operator: Regus · Address: 11414 W. Park Place, WI 53224 · Listed here: breakout space, catering, a lounge and step-free access. 8 of the 28 rooms carry a natural-light tag.

What you get for the day rate

Wi-Fi and the coffee, tea and water are identical on every day office Milwaukee listing — all 105 rooms carry both. Thirty-nine of the 105 also carry a natural-light tag, a little over a third.

Building services are published per address, not per room. All six list breakout space and catering. The Mayer Building and Liberty 1 add a lounge. Mayer, 1433 North Water and Liberty 1 list step-free access. Of the six, only the two downtown addresses list parking as a building service — which is the line to weigh hardest if you or your guests are driving in.

Every one of the 105 rooms publishes the same opening window: 8:30am to 5:00pm. If your day might run past five, check the listing before you plan around it.

These listings publish a day rate. For ninety minutes, look at a meeting room in Milwaukee instead — meeting rooms are priced by the hour.

Five things to confirm with the building

The listing settles the address, the room’s maximum occupancy and a starting rate. Five things sit outside it, and each one can decide the day:

  1. Parking, properly. Two of the six list it. The rate per car and whether guests can use it are set by the building.
  2. The room’s shape. Maximum occupancy is a ceiling, not a boardroom table. Confirm the layout, not the number.
  3. A screen, and anything you plug into it. Wi-Fi is on every listing. The listings do not show printing, screens or speakerphones, so ask before a pitch or a panel depends on one.
  4. A second room. If people need somewhere to wait between sessions, check what else is open at the same address before you book the first.
  5. The cancellation window. Read the terms on the listing before you pay, not after.

None of the five is expensive to ask about. All five are expensive to discover on the day.

If the transit leg matters, the Milwaukee County Transit System trip planner will tell you what the distances above will not.

When should you choose a day office over a coworking day pass in Milwaukee?

When the day involves anything you would rather not say out loud in an open room. A day office is a door you can close. A hot desk is a seat on a shared floor. Book the door. Skip the lease.

FormatPricedBest forAround Milwaukee on Wezoo
Day officePer dayClient meetings, confidential calls, interview days$95–$159 a day, 6 buildings
Coworking day passPer dayHeads-down solo work you do not mind doing in companyThe same six buildings, plus one more on South 1st Street
Meeting roomPer hourA fixed one-to-three-hour meeting with a start and an endHourly rooms at all six of the same buildings

The overlap is the point: you rarely have to change address to change format.

Milwaukee has all three formats on Wezoo, and largely in the same buildings — which is why the choice is about the shape of your day rather than the map. The shared desks are covered in our guide to coworking space in Milwaukee. If you are weighing the formats in general rather than for one particular Tuesday, the flexible workspace options guide lines them up side by side, and for anything longer than a day the monthly suites around Milwaukee sit in our Wisconsin office space round-up.

How to book a day office Milwaukee listing

Four steps, and the whole thing takes about two minutes.

  1. Pick the building, not the room. The listed rate is the same across every room at an address, so choose on location and parking first.
  2. Open the listing for your date. The rate on this page is the published starting rate; the total for your day is confirmed at checkout.
  3. Take the larger room if one is open. A bigger room does not start higher, so extra seats cost nothing at the listing stage.
  4. Read the cancellation terms before you pay. They are on the listing.

Two minutes, start to finish, for a day office Milwaukee booking.

That is the whole day office Milwaukee booking flow — no membership and no lease.

Day office Milwaukee FAQ

How much does a day office Milwaukee booking cost?

Between $95 and $159 for the day, a median of $104 across the six buildings that list one on Wezoo. Add the 10% booking fee and the checkout total runs $104.50 to $174.90. The listings show no tax line on top of the fee.

Which Milwaukee buildings list a day office?

Six carry a day office Milwaukee listing on Wezoo. Downtown: the Mayer Building at 342 N. Water Street and 1433 North Water Street. West and southwest: Honey Creek Corporate Center IV on West Chester Street and Lincoln Center III on West National Avenue. North: Bayside on West Brown Deer Road and Liberty 1 at Park Place. Five are Regus, one is Spaces.

Does a bigger room cost more?

Not on the listing. Each building publishes one listed day rate whatever the room size, so a room listed for eight at Honey Creek shows the same $95 as a room listed for one. Confirm the total for your date at checkout.

What is included in the day rate?

Wi-Fi and coffee, tea and water are listed on every room. All six buildings also list breakout space and catering; two of the six list parking. A little over a third of the 105 rooms carry a natural-light tag. The listings do not show printing, screens or speakerphones — ask if your day depends on them.

How late can I book, and can I cancel?

Open the listing for the day you want and the total is confirmed at checkout. The published window at all six addresses is 8:30am to 5:00pm. Cancellation terms are on the listing, so read them before you pay.

Is a day office better than a coworking day pass?

It depends on the day. Take a day office when you need a door that closes — client meetings, confidential calls, interviews. Take a day pass when you only need somewhere to work and do not mind doing it in a shared room.

Every day office Milwaukee rate, room count and opening window on this page was read from the live Wezoo listings on 13 September 2026. Building descriptions come from the listing photos. Rates change, and the all-in total at checkout is always the number that counts.
