Wezoo lists a day office at 31 buildings in Ireland, from Gladstone Street in Clonmel to a first-floor suite at Dublin Airport. A day office is a room you can close, booked for a single working day, and every one of those 31 addresses publishes its own day rate. This guide walks the whole set: what the room actually gives you, which county each building is in, what a day costs, and when a day office is the wrong answer.
Two things shape everything below. The room is yours for the day, so the door locks and the desks are not shared, while the kitchen, the breakout areas and reception belong to the whole building. And every day office price on Wezoo Ireland is a day rate in euro, shown with tax included before you confirm, with no membership behind it.

What a day office is, and what you get at our buildings
A day office is a private, lockable room in a building somebody else runs, hired for one working day. You get the room and the desks inside it, and nobody else is put in with you. That single difference is the whole product. A hot desk gives you a seat on an open floor; a meeting room gives you a table for a couple of hours; a day office gives you a door.
At the 31 Irish buildings, every day office listing includes WiFi and tea, coffee and water as part of the rate, and 29 of the 31 flag natural light in the room itself. Beyond the room, the building is shared: 27 of the 31 list breakout space, 12 list a lounge and 4 list phone booths. On access, 19 of the 31 flag that they are near public transport, 21 flag nearby public parking and 14 list parking of their own. Eleven publish a wheelchair accessible flag. Where a flag is absent it means the building has not published it, not that the facility is missing.
Room sizes are published per listing. The smallest listings in Ireland seat one person, and the largest listing takes 60 people, at 77 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin 2. Most sit between two and ten. Because the figure is a ceiling, a listing for six will take a team of four; it will not take a team of eight.
Two things a day office is not. It is not a desk on a shared floor, and it is not a room you can keep: at the end of the day you hand it back. For a seat on an open floor see coworking space in Ireland; for a room you hold by the month see private offices in Ireland; for a table and a screen for a couple of hours see meeting rooms in Ireland. Where day offices are available in Ireland: the cities and how many in each
The 31 buildings sit in 7 counties and 10 local authority areas. Dublin carries 20 of them, split across the four separate councils the capital is divided into: Dublin City, Fingal, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and South Dublin, all four of which are listed as distinct authorities on the government’s register of city and county councils. The remaining 11 buildings are in Limerick, Cork, Kilkenny, Louth, Tipperary and Wexford. Every address below is a live listing with its own day rate, and the price shown is the lowest day office rate that building currently publishes.

What a day office costs in Ireland: by the hour and by the day
By the day, first, because that is how the product is sold. Across the 31 buildings the lowest published day rate is €66.30 at West Cork Business and Technology Park, and the highest is €730.62 at The Masonry on Thomas Street in Dublin 8. Every rate is for the room, not per person, and every one includes tax. After West Cork, the next lowest are €79.83 at Dublin Road in Kilkenny and €93.36 at R6 Clonard Village Centre in Wexford. Inside the Dublin area the lowest is €87.95 at 11 Wynnefield Road in Rathmines.
By the hour, the honest answer is that there is no hourly day office rate in Ireland. Every one of the 274 day office listings across the 31 buildings is priced per day and only per day. The booking system accepts a minimum of 60 minutes, but the money does not change: an hour in a day office costs the day rate. If you need a room for an hour or two, that is a meeting room, and meeting rooms are priced by the hour at 28 of these same 31 buildings. The meeting room guide for Ireland has those rates.
What moves the number is the building and the size of the room, not the day of the week. The rate you see on a listing is the rate you pay, with tax already in it and nothing added at checkout. Prices are indicative of what is published today and change when an operator updates a listing, so the figure on the booking page is the one that counts.
Who uses a day office, and when it beats a coworking day pass
Three jobs account for most of it. A hybrid team that works from home four days a week and needs one room together on the fifth. A visiting colleague or client who needs somewhere credible to work and take calls for a day, which is why there is a day office at Dublin Airport. And a stretch of work that cannot be done on an open floor: interviews, a confidential review, a day of calls that would annoy everyone within earshot.
A coworking day pass beats a day office when you are on your own and happy on a shared floor. It is the cheaper product by a wide margin and you are buying a seat, not a room. The moment there are two of you, or there is anything you would rather not say out loud in a shared space, the day office is the one that works. See coworking day passes in Dublin if a seat is all you need.
A meeting room beats a day office when the booking is about a meeting rather than a working day: a two-hour session with a screen and a table, with people arriving and leaving. A day office beats it when people need to sit down and work between the conversations.
Who it is not for. Anyone who needs the same room tomorrow and the day after. The hours are the giveaway: every day office listing in Ireland runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with no weekend and no evening. If your week does not fit inside that window, or if you want the room to stay yours, a private office on a monthly term is the right product. And if what you actually need is a business address rather than a desk, that is a virtual office.
How to book a day office on Wezoo
Booking is four steps and no account is needed until the last one.
-
Open the building from the list above, or start from all day offices in Ireland and filter by county.
-
Pick your date. Availability is shown per listing, so a building with 20 listings can be free on a day when one particular room is not.
-
Choose a room that fits. The capacity shown is a ceiling, so book the listing whose number is at least the size of your group.
-
Confirm. The total you see includes tax, and the operator takes it from there.
Two practical notes. Book the day before you travel where you can: seven of the 31 buildings list a single day office, so if that one is taken there is nothing else at that address. And check the address, not just the town. Two of the Dublin-area buildings say where they are in their own name: Citywest Business Campus in South Dublin and Dublin Airport in Fingal. Neither is in the city centre, which is useful if your team is driving in and awkward if they are not.
A worked example. Say four of you need a room in Cork for a Thursday. Of the three Cork buildings, West Cork Business and Technology Park lists rooms for up to seven at €66.30, so that fits and it is the lowest rate in the country. Open West Cork Business and Technology Park, pick Thursday, choose a listing sized four or more, and confirm.
Day office Ireland FAQ
How much does a day office cost in Ireland?
Day rates on Wezoo run from €66.30 to €730.62 per room, tax included. The lowest is West Cork Business and Technology Park in Cork and the highest is The Masonry in Dublin 8. In Dublin the lowest is €87.95, at 11 Wynnefield Road in Rathmines. Every rate is for the room, not per person.
Can I book a day office in Ireland by the hour?
No. All 274 day office listings across the 31 Irish buildings are priced per day. The booking system takes a minimum of 60 minutes, but the charge is the day rate either way. For an hourly room, book a meeting room instead: 28 of these same 31 buildings list one.
How many day offices are there in Ireland on Wezoo?
Thirty-one buildings list a day office, carrying 274 day office listings between them. Twenty of the 31 are in the Dublin area, with the other eleven in Limerick, Cork, Kilkenny, Louth, Tipperary and Wexford.
What is the difference between a day office and a hot desk?
A day office is a private room with a door you can close, hired for the day and priced per room. A hot desk is one unassigned seat on a shared floor, priced per person. If there is more than one of you, or anything confidential, the day office is the one that works.
Are day offices in Ireland open at weekends?
Not on Wezoo. Every day office listing in the country runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. If you need a room outside those hours, a private office on a monthly term is the product that gives you your own access.
Is there a day office in Ireland outside Dublin?
Yes. Eleven of the 31 buildings are outside the Dublin area: four in Limerick, three in Cork and one each in Kilkenny, Louth, Tipperary and Wexford.
Do I need a membership to book a day office in Ireland?
No. Every day office on Wezoo Ireland is sold by the day and booked as a guest. There is no membership, no minimum number of days and no fee added on top of the rate you see.
