Which Kent town is actually the cheapest?
Careful. Eight of Kent’s nine hot-desk buildings are the only one in their town. When a town has exactly one building, “the cheapest town” and “the cheapest operator in that town” are the same sentence wearing two hats. You cannot tell them apart, and any ranking of Kent towns by desk price is really a ranking of whichever brand happened to open there.
Dartford is the exception, and the only place in Kent where the question can be answered at all. Two buildings, four miles apart, both bookable by the day:

Same town, same day, 53% apart. That gap is the operator, because the town is held constant. Run the brands the other way and the pattern holds.
