coworking space dunwoody — Wezoo

Coworking space Dunwoody is a short answer dressed up as a long one. Wezoo lists exactly one building inside the city limits where you can book a desk by the day. One building. One floor. Two reserved desks, at $42.90 a day.

That building is Sterling Pointe II, a Regus location at 303 Perimeter Center North. Our complete guide to coworking spaces covers how day-rate desks work across the country; this page covers what is bookable inside these city limits, what it costs, and when a desk is the wrong thing to book.

What does a coworking space cost in Dunwoody?

The coworking space Dunwoody answer is one number: $42.90 per person per day. Both reserved desks at Sterling Pointe II carry the same listed rate, tax included. There is no membership to join and no monthly subscription attached to it.

One thing worth being clear about, because the two words get used interchangeably. Wezoo files these under hot desks, but the listing calls each one a reserved coworking desk — a dedicated spot in a shared professional space, not a first-come seat. The rate is a day rate; the listing sets the minimum booking length at 60 minutes. It is priced per person rather than per room, so two colleagues coming in together are two bookings. Listed hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

Before you book, it is worth knowing what else on that floor is priced, because the desk is not the only day-rate option in the building. Day offices are listed at $119.90 a day and the two boardrooms go by the hour; both are set out with the building below. Two people means two bookings, so if you would rather have a room to yourselves, look at the day office rate before you decide.

When should you choose coworking spaces over a private office?

The coworking space Dunwoody decision is really desk versus door. Choose the desk when the commitment should end at 5pm. A reserved coworking desk at Sterling Pointe II seats one person, bills by the day and asks nothing of you afterwards — right for a client day in Perimeter, a quiet Tuesday out of the house, a contractor working a two-week stint north of the city.

Choose a private office when the address has to hold still. The same building lists sixteen private office suites on floor 3, for two to eight people, taken on monthly terms rather than as a day pass; each suite carries its own indicative price and its own move-in date, so that is a quote-and-compare exercise rather than a checkout. That is why a coworking space Dunwoody search and an office-space search end up in different places: three buildings in the city list private offices, and only one lists desks. Our guide to office space Dunwoody covers the private-office side of the Perimeter market. The wider trade-off between desks, day offices and monthly suites is set out in our flexible office space guide.

The best coworking space on Wezoo for 2026

The coworking space Dunwoody shortlist is not a shortlist — it is a yes or no. So take the building in three parts: the two desks, the rest of the floor they sit on, and how you get there.

One detail first. Every desk, day office and boardroom Wezoo lists in Dunwoody is on the third floor of this one building, along with sixteen private office suites — which is what makes the decision simple.

1. Sterling Pointe II — Perimeter Center

What to expect: Two reserved coworking desks on floor 3, each listed for one person at $42.90 a day. They are not identical: one is described simply as a reserved desk in a shared professional space, the other as a reserved desk with natural light, and only the second carries the natural-light tag. Both list wifi. Regus describes the building as being in “a lush parkland location” near the intersection of State Route 400 and Interstate 285, and the listing photographs bear that out — lounge seating against full-height glass with trees on the other side of it, and an outdoor terrace with picnic tables. The building’s service list adds breakout spaces, a lounge, a coffee-and-tea bar, catering and a restaurant.

The rest of floor 3: twenty day offices at $119.90 a day, described as standard or economy rooms plus one self-contained suite, seating between two and eight people depending on the room. Two boardrooms go by the hour and they are a genuine pair rather than two of the same thing: Spruill, 26 sqm, natural light, seats up to ten, at $96.80 an hour; Ebenezer, 14 sqm, an interior room, seats up to six, at $70.84 an hour. Sixteen private office suites share the same floor on monthly terms. Those two boardroom names are Dunwoody names: Wikipedia’s entry on the city records that the Spruill family sold the land Perimeter Mall was built on in 1971, and that the Ebenezer Primitive Baptist Church on Roberts Drive dates from 1829.

Getting there: the listing names the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs MARTA Red Line stations as the public-transport option. It also plots five parking areas nearby. The closest is 918 walking metres out, in the unit the listing uses; the Perimeter Mall Parking Deck is one of the five and it is the furthest of them. On-site there is a restaurant, a business lounge and a cafe with barista coffee, and Perimeter Mall dining is close by.

That is the whole coworking space Dunwoody list. Across the county line in Central Perimeter there are three more buildings with desks; their addresses, floors and day rates are in our guide to coworking space Sandy Springs.

How do you choose, and how far in advance should you book?

Anyone running a coworking space Dunwoody search is choosing what, not which. Desk, day office, or boardroom by the hour — decide that first and the rest is quick.

Then pick the date rather than the week. Two desks is a small pool, so look at live availability on the listing and book the day you actually want. If natural light is what makes a working day bearable for you, only one of the two desks lists it, so pick that one explicitly. There is one published lead time in the building: if you book either boardroom and want whiteboards, flipcharts, AV or catering, both listings ask you to contact the location team at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Dunwoody is not unusual in this. Plenty of suburbs carry one or two flexible buildings and nothing else: Wezoo’s guide to coworking space Carmel lists two in that Indianapolis suburb, and coworking space Plantation three in Broward County. The habit that serves you in all of them is the same: check the city limits before you check the skyline.

Best Dunwoody neighborhoods for coworking space searchers

A coworking space Dunwoody searcher only needs one district, and it is the one that carries the city’s office towers. Perimeter is an edge city centered on Perimeter Mall, sitting at the junction of Georgia 400 and Interstate 285, and it spans three cities and two counties: the county line runs north to south a few hundred yards west of the mall, putting Sandy Springs on the Fulton side and Dunwoody and Brookhaven on the DeKalb side. Sterling Pointe II is on the Dunwoody side of that line.

The address says Atlanta. The city limits say Dunwoody. Both are correct, and the reason is postal rather than geographic: the Perimeter core has its own ZIP code, 30346, covering the south-west corner of Dunwoody, and because all three cities incorporated long after the codes were set, Wikipedia’s Perimeter entry notes that those ZIPs still default to “Atlanta” on a reverse lookup. That is why a building at 303 Perimeter Center North reads as an Atlanta address on the listing and still sits in Dunwoody, which incorporated as a city on 1 December 2008.

Transit follows the same pattern. MARTA’s stations here are concentrated in the western part of the city, and Dunwoody station is the only one inside the city limits — Medical Center, Sandy Springs and North Springs all sit very close to the western border, and every station in the area is on the Red Line.

The city’s other districts are where Dunwoody lives rather than where it works. Wikipedia’s entry on the city describes Dunwoody Village as the historic heart, its Colonial Williamsburg shopfront style setting the look of the district, and lists Georgetown, Williamsburg, Winters Chapel and Tilly Mill as residential areas with retail strips of their own. Wezoo lists no desks in any of them. So if your reason for wanting a Dunwoody desk is a short drive from one of those neighborhoods, Perimeter Center is the answer by default — as it is for anyone coming up GA 400, or over from coworking space Sandy Springs.

So the whole thing fits in a sentence. There is one coworking space Dunwoody can call its own, it is on the third floor at 303 Perimeter Center North, it costs $42.90 a day, and it sits in Perimeter Center at the GA 400 and I-285 junction. Book for the day you need it. Pay for the day you use.

Coworking Space Dunwoody — FAQ

How many coworking spaces does Wezoo list in Dunwoody?

One. The coworking space Dunwoody list starts and ends at Sterling Pointe II, 303 Perimeter Center North, which lists two reserved coworking desks on floor 3. It is the only building inside the Dunwoody city limits where Wezoo lists a bookable desk. Three buildings in the city list private offices, but only this one lists desks.

What does a hot desk cost in Dunwoody?

$42.90 per person per day. Both desks at Sterling Pointe II carry the same listed rate, tax included, with listed hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, and the listing sets a 60-minute minimum booking length.

Why does a Dunwoody address show up as Atlanta?

The building is in Dunwoody; the postal city line reads Atlanta.

Can I reach Sterling Pointe II on MARTA?

The listing names the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs MARTA Red Line stations as the public-transport option for this building. Dunwoody station is the only MARTA station inside the Dunwoody city limits, and every station in the Perimeter area is served by the Red Line.

Across the county line, three more buildings with desks are covered in our coworking space Sandy Springs guide.
