Before reading the table as a map, it is worth testing whether town or operator explains more of the spread. Across the 43 priced buildings, town accounts for 53.9 percent of the variance in the day rate and operator 11.1 percent. Those two numbers are not directly comparable — town has 11 categories and operator only four, and a variable with more categories explains more by chance alone (23.8 percent versus 7.1 percent here). Corrected for that, town still leads, but by 2.26× chance against 1.55×, not by the five-to-one the raw figures suggest. It also helps that Regus runs 31 of the 43 buildings: with one operator that dominant, the operator term has very little room to move.
The clock is the same everywhere — and in Arizona the clock moves
Here is the finding that surprised us. Across all 45 Arizona buildings, the published access window is effectively a constant: every one of them closes at 5:00 p.m., and 44 of the 45 open at 8:30 a.m. on every published day. The lone exception, Spaces at 555 W Turney Ave in Phoenix, opens at 8:00 on one day of the week. No building publishes weekend hours.
There is no variance to explain, so there is nothing to attribute to an operator or a town. Whatever else separates one coworking space Arizona listing from another, it is not the hours: the $89 desk in Scottsdale and the $25 desk in Fountain Hills sell the identical 8.5-hour weekday. The price buys the room. It never buys the clock.

What the 8:30-to-5:00 window means if your team is on the East Coast
Every Arizona building on Wezoo carries the time zone America/Phoenix, and Arizona — outside the Navajo Nation — does not move its clocks.
