3-6 person office space San Jose - Wezoo

Wezoo lists 88 private offices for three to six people across 8 San Jose buildings. This is all of them: every price, capacity, floor area and term Wezoo holds for 3-6 person office space San Jose, read live on 4 September 2026. For the wider product, start with our complete guide to private offices.

One rule runs through almost all of it. At seven of the eight buildings, the monthly starting price is that building’s own per-person rate multiplied by the room’s maximum occupancy — exact to the cent, on every listing. The building fixes your rate; the size you choose multiplies it. Get the address right first and the rest is arithmetic.

How much does 3-6 person office space San Jose cost?

From $520 to $4,854 a month for the whole unit, median $1,900. Every figure on this page is a starting price: a “from” number, per month, for the whole office rather than per person. It is the operator’s opening figure, with no tax component published against it, so ask what is bundled — internet, furniture, cleaning, meeting-room credits — when you inquire.

Inside a single building, the pattern is exact. Take the starting price of any listing at 110 Plaza West, divide it by that room’s maximum occupancy, and you get $809.00 — on all 17 of them, across four room sizes. At 18 South 2nd Street it is from $355.00 per person at maximum occupancy, on all 7. At 2880 Zanker Road, from $525.00, on all 17. Seven of the eight buildings price this way, to the cent.

Six of those seven list both a three-person and a six-person office, and at all six the six-person starting price is exactly twice the three-person one. The seventh, 2033 Gateway Place, has nothing above five people in this size range.

Per-person rate at every San Jose building in this size range

Sorted from lowest to highest on the per-person column.

Building Operator Per person at max. occupancy, from Sizes listed Listings
Riverpark Tower WeWork $173.33 at 3 people, $193.33 at 6 — the one building not on a flat rate 3, 6 2
18 South 2nd Street Spaces $355.00 3, 4, 5, 6 7
2033 Gateway Place Regus $449.00 3, 4, 5 20
84 South First Street Regus $465.00 3, 4, 5, 6 8
6203 San Ignacio Avenue Regus $475.00 3, 4, 5, 6 10
2880 Zanker Road HQ $525.00 3, 4, 5, 6 17
The Almaden Regus $555.00 3, 4, 6 7
110 Plaza West Spaces $809.00 3, 4, 5, 6 17
Total listings for 3 to 6 people 88

The per-person column is derived by dividing the whole-unit starting price by the room’s maximum occupancy, so it holds only when the office is filled to capacity.

The one building that does not price this way — and it is the cheapest

Riverpark Tower, on West San Carlos Street, is the exception. It lists two offices in this size range: from $520 a month for up to three people, from $1,160 for up to six. Divide each by its maximum occupancy and you get from $173.33 and from $193.33 per person. Double the maximum occupancy here and the price goes up 2.23 times, not twice.

It is the only one of the eight where a bigger room costs more per person. It is also the cheapest: from $173.33 per person at maximum occupancy against from $355.00 at the next building up the table, 18 South 2nd Street.

Two things temper that. Riverpark’s two listings have the smallest floor areas published at their headcounts — 7 m² (about 75 sq ft), the smallest in the whole set, for the three-person office, and 12 m² (about 129 sq ft), the smallest six-person one, against a median of 15 m². Both are worth viewing before you commit. And they are the only two of the 88 that publish no minimum rent term; the other 86 all carry a one-month minimum.

The building sets your rate. The size sets the multiplier.

Read across a row for one building’s whole ladder; read down a column for every price at your headcount.

Building 3 people, whole unit from 4 people, whole unit from 5 people, whole unit from 6 people, whole unit from
Riverpark Tower $520 no listing no listing $1,160
18 South 2nd Street $1,065 $1,420 $1,775 $2,130
2033 Gateway Place $1,347 $1,796 $2,245 no listing
84 South First Street $1,395 $1,860 $2,325 $2,790
6203 San Ignacio Avenue $1,425 $1,900 $2,375 $2,850
2880 Zanker Road $1,575 $2,100 $2,625 $3,150
The Almaden $1,665 $2,220 no listing $3,330
110 Plaza West $2,427 $3,236 $4,045 $4,854

Whole-unit monthly starting prices. “No listing” means that building publishes no office at that maximum occupancy in this size range.

The address is the bigger of the two levers: from $355.00 per person at maximum occupancy at 18 South 2nd Street against from $809.00 at 110 Plaza West. Across the five buildings that list all four sizes, the gap between lowest and highest holds at 2.28 times whichever headcount you pick, because each of them charges a single rate per person. Then the size multiplies that rate straight through, so at the six flat-rate buildings that list both, a six-person office costs exactly twice a three-person one. Riverpark Tower is the exception: 2.23 times, not twice.

Teams of four and five: price the six-person room too

Riverpark Tower lists no four-person or five-person office — only up to three and up to six. But its six-person room starts at $1,160 a month for the whole unit, below the cheapest four-person office anywhere on this list (18 South 2nd Street, from $1,420) and below the cheapest five-person one (from $1,775). A room rated for six can hold four. It is also 12 m², smaller than every four-person and five-person room here, so view it before you decide — but if your team is four or five, price both.

Which San Jose buildings list offices for three to six people?

Eight of the nine San Jose buildings where Wezoo lists private offices hold at least one office for three to six people. So the choice for 3-6 person office space San Jose is among eight addresses. The ninth, Expansive North First on North First Street, lists four private-office groups — for 14, 21, 32 and 42 people — none of which falls in this size range.

In this size range: Two offices, and the only pricing here that is not a flat per-person rate — from $520 a month for the whole unit at up to three people, from $1,160 at up to six. Both are compact: 7 m² and 12 m², against a median of 15 m² across the 88. Neither publishes a minimum rent term.

The six other buildings

2033 Gateway Place (Regus, 95110) — the deepest catalog at 20 listings, more than any other address here, though its listings in this size range top out at five people. From $449.00 per person at maximum occupancy. All nine of its four-person offices start at from $1,796 for the whole unit, in rooms of 14 to 17 m².

110 Plaza West (Spaces, 3031 Tisch Way, 95128) — the highest rate of the eight, from $809.00 per person at maximum occupancy, and the only address that lists a six-person office above $4,000 for the whole unit.

2880 Zanker Road (HQ, 95134) — the only HQ-operated address here. All 17 of its listings, across all four sizes, sit on one rate: from $525.00 per person at maximum occupancy.

6203 San Ignacio Avenue (Regus, 95119) — 10 listings covering all four sizes, from $475.00 per person at maximum occupancy, and the only address in this size range on the 95119 ZIP.

18 South 2nd Street (Spaces, 95113) — the lowest flat rate of the seven, from $355.00 per person at maximum occupancy, and the cheapest four-person and five-person offices on the list, from $1,420 and from $1,775.

The Almaden (Regus, 99 South Almaden Blvd., 95113) — the longest amenity list of the eight: parking, breakout spaces, catering, a coffee and tea bar, a lounge, a restaurant, wheelchair access and bike storage. Seven listings from $555.00 per person at maximum occupancy, in three sizes; it lists no five-person office.

What do you get at this size?

A lockable room for your team inside a serviced building, on a one-month minimum term at 86 of the 88 listings. Floor areas run from 7 to 24 m² (about 75 to 258 sq ft) for the whole office, median 15 m². By size: three-person offices run 7 to 14 m², four-person 14 to 17, five-person 18 to 21, six-person 12 to 24.

Bigger offices do cost more overall, but at a fixed headcount floor area and price move separately, so read the two as separate facts. 110 Plaza West lists six four-person offices that all start at $3,236 for the whole unit, in rooms of 14 to 17 m²; 2033 Gateway Place lists nine at from $1,796 for the whole unit across the same spread. Amenities are a building-level fact throughout: parking, lounges, catering and reception belong to the address, not to the room.

Office space is one of the common startup costs the U.S. Small Business Administration tells new businesses to plan for, alongside equipment, communications and utilities. When can you move into a 3-6 person office in San Jose?

It depends on the listing, and most do not say. Of the 88, 61 publish no start date at all. Another 25 carry a future date, spread from 1 October 2026 to 1 August 2027. The remaining 2 carry 1 September 2026, so they need confirming. Separately, 2 listings — both at Riverpark Tower, both among the 61 with no date — add a note reading “Enquire for availability”.

A blank date field is not a promise that the room is free today. It means no start date has been published, and the only way to find out is to ask. Dates move as rooms are taken, so confirm availability in your first message rather than planning around a published date.

How to request 3-6 person office space San Jose

Private offices work by inquiry, not instant booking: you send a message from the listing and the operator comes back to you with a quote. Four steps get you there.

  1. Choose the address before the room. It fixes your per-person rate, and that is the bigger of the two levers.
  2. Compare on the per-person column. At from $355.00 and from $809.00 per person at maximum occupancy, 18 South 2nd Street and 110 Plaza West are 2.28 times apart at every size.
  3. Price the size above yours as well. Riverpark Tower’s up-to-six room starts below every four-person and five-person office on the list. At the seven flat-rate buildings a bigger room costs proportionally more, so there the extra size buys nothing.
  4. Ask about the start date. 61 of the 88 listings publish none. Put it in your first message.

Frequently asked questions about 3-6 person office space San Jose

How much does 3-6 person office space San Jose cost per month?

Starting prices across the 88 listings run from $520 to $4,854 a month for the whole unit, median $1,900. Divide by the room’s maximum occupancy and the per-person figure runs from $173.33 to $809.00, median $475.00 — that per-person number holds only when the office is filled to capacity. Every figure is the operator’s opening price, with no tax component published against it.

Is a six-person office really twice the price of a three-person one?

At the six flat-rate buildings that list both sizes, yes — exactly. Those six price on a single per-person rate, so the whole-unit starting price is that rate multiplied by the room’s maximum occupancy, to the cent. Riverpark Tower is the exception: from $520 for up to three people becomes from $1,160 for up to six, a factor of 2.23.

Which San Jose building has the cheapest office for three to six people?

Riverpark Tower, from $520 a month for the whole unit at up to three people. It is also the only one of the eight that does not use a flat per-person rate, and its two listings have the smallest floor areas published at their headcounts, 7 and 12 square meters.

How many buildings list offices for teams of three to six in San Jose?

Eight. Wezoo lists private offices at nine buildings in San Jose, and eight hold at least one office for three to six people. The ninth, Expansive North First, lists private-office groups for 14, 21, 32 and 42 people only.

My team is four. Should I only look at four-person offices?

Not only. Seven buildings list a four-person office, from $1,420 for the whole unit at 18 South 2nd Street. But Riverpark Tower lists no four-person office at all and its up-to-six room starts at from $1,160 for the whole unit, below every four-person listing here. A room rated for six can hold four. It is 12 m² against 14 to 17 m² for the four-person rooms, so view it first — but price both.

Can I move in straight away?

Most listings will not tell you either way: 61 of the 88 publish no start date at all, 25 carry a date between October 2026 and August 2027, and 2 carry 1 September 2026, which needs confirming. Ask the operator in your first message rather than planning around a published date.

Is there a minimum contract length?

86 of the 88 listings publish a minimum rent term of one month. The 2 exceptions are both at Riverpark Tower, which publishes no minimum term against either listing. Confirm the term with the operator when you inquire.
