Welcome to Wezoo! Our platform offers a seamless way to book Products, such as meeting rooms, without the need for an account. With real-time availability, transparent pricing, and instant booking confirmation, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience for all our users. 

Effective Date 

These Terms and Conditions are activated and become binding upon the User’s action of requesting a Booking through the Wezoo platform. In proceeding with a booking request, the User hereby recognises and consents to adhere to, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions in full.

Booking and Confirmation 

Meeting rooms on our Platform are open for Bookings starting at a minimum duration of one hour, featuring straightforward, transparent pricing per hour that does not include VAT. Throughout the booking process, the VAT amount and the total cost, inclusive of VAT, will be clearly displayed to ensure full transparency. Importantly, no service fees are applied by us for the use of our services.

Following the successful processing of your booking payment, a confirmation of your Booking along with an invoice is sent in separate emails to the email address you have provided.

To guarantee that the meeting space is adequately prepared for your visit, a minimal lead time is mandated between the Booking moment and the utilisation of the meeting room, reinforcing our commitment to delivering the high-quality service you anticipate.


Payment is required upfront to secure your Booking. We accept various payment methods including Apple Pay, iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Cancellation Policy 

Most Bookings may be cancelled by the User without incurring any charges, ensuring eligibility for a full refund. The specific cancellation terms relevant to your Booking will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

To cancel your Booking, please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation email. Please note that cancellations must be made through the Platform; cancellations directly through the Location are not permitted, and doing so may result in the forfeiture of any refunds you might otherwise have been entitled to receive.

Following the cancellation of your Booking, you will promptly receive an email confirmation. Should you qualify for a refund, a separate email containing a credit invoice will be sent to you. It’s advisable to check your spam folder to ensure you don’t miss these communications.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within three business days. Please be aware that any delays in processing refunds caused by our payment processor are beyond our influence, and as such, we cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect damages stemming from such delays.

User Requirements 

To book a meeting room, it is required that you submit your first name, last name, and email address. Should it be necessary, you have the option to include invoicing details. However, please be advised that any modifications or additions requested may not always be accommodated by Wezoo. Consequently, we bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Additionally, it’s important to highlight that eligibility to utilise our Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Quality Standards 

We partner exclusively with Locations that meet our high standards for facilities and hospitality, ensuring professional environments that are fully equipped. You can expect top-notch reception and Products ready for your use. However, the quality of service delivered by Locations is beyond our responsibility and liability.

Failed Payments 

Should a payment attempt fail, an email notification will inform you that your booking attempt was unsuccessful. Consequently, the chosen Product will revert to being available for booking on the Platform. Wezoo assumes no liability for failed payment attempts or any direct or indirect damages that may ensue from such failures.

Information Accuracy

While Wezoo always strives to provide Users with the most up-to-date and accurate information on Products sold through our Platform, inaccuracies may occur. Wezoo is not liable for any incorrect information regarding Products, including but not limited to availability, pricing, and specifications, nor for the consequences that arise from such inaccuracies. 


Wezoo strives to ensure that our services are available to Users at all times. However, due to the nature of online and technology-based services, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Wezoo is not liable for any inability to access our services or for any interruptions that may occur, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, updates, or external factors beyond our control.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wezoo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except in cases of intentional acts or gross negligence on our part. This includes any loss of income, business, or profits, or any loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered this Agreement. This limitation of liability applies to all aspects of service use, including but not limited to the Booking, cancellation, payment processing, and the use of Locations.

Wezoo’s commitment to providing a high-quality service remains steadfast, and we will take reasonable measures to minimise service disruptions and to restore access as promptly as possible should any interruptions occur.

Location Cancellation 

If a Location cancels a Booking, it should be understood that, under normal circumstances, a Location is not permitted to cancel a Booking unless it is due to force majeure. However, in exceptional situations, cancellations may occur. In such instances, Wezoo shall not be held liable, except in cases of intentional acts or gross negligence on our part.


The currency used for all transactions on our platform will be determined by Wezoo and is clearly communicated within our services. 

Compliance with Location House Rules 

Users are required to adhere to the house rules established by Locations, as long as they do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement. Should any discrepancies arise, the provisions of this Agreement take precedence.

Communication Channels

Direct communication with the Location is not necessary, as we will efficiently inform them of your booking details.

Please do not directly contact the Location related to your Booking, as such interactions are not permitted unless explicitly authorised by Wezoo through written consent.  

Third Parties 

Wezoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to freely select third-party service providers, including payment processors among others, to facilitate the delivery of its services to the User.

Transfer of rights

This Agreement establishes a binding contract solely between the User and Wezoo. It grants no enforcement rights to any third parties. Furthermore, the rights bestowed by this Agreement may not be transferred or assigned without the express written approval from Wezoo.

Non-Compliance and Abuse 

We can immediately terminate or suspend this Agreement in case you do not comply with your material responsibilities as set out in these Terms and Conditions or our documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions or if you abuse or manipulate our service. We will provide you with written notice per email if we choose to terminate or suspend our services. Please note that the following events will in any case qualify as events that trigger our right to immediately terminate or suspend our service:reports of unauthorised or unusual use by you, excessive levels of disputes or reversals, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information that you provide to us, we believe that your activities pose a credit or fraud risk to us or we believe that your actions will cause financial loss for us.

Additionally, should you fail to comply with their material responsibilities as outlined in this Agreement, you may be held liable by us for both direct and indirect damages resulting from such non-compliance.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the software, websites, data files, equipment, and other materials such as analyses, designs, documentation, reports, offers, as well as preparatory materials thereof, developed or made available to the User through the Platform, belong exclusively to Wezoo, its licensors, or its suppliers. The User is granted use rights explicitly provided by this Agreement and the law, which are non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-pledgeable, and non-sublicensable. Unless explicitly stated in the Agreement, Wezoo reserves the right to implement technical measures to protect the aforementioned intellectual property, including but not limited to limitations on the content or duration of use rights. The User agrees not to remove or circumvent, or allow others to remove or circumvent, such technical protections. 

Force Majeure 

In case of force majeure, for example disruptions in the telecommunication infrastructure (internet), national unrest, mobilisation, war, traffic closures, strikes, lockout, denial-of- service attacks, distributed-denial-of-service attacks, disruption of operations, stagnation of supply, fire, flood or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which we are prevented from providing our services so that we cannot reasonably be required to fulfil the Agreement – our duty to perform ceases to apply.

Data Protection 

Wezoo will comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local privacy laws. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You have the option to resolve any claim, action or dispute by means of a procedure before the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Amendments and Invalidity 

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Wezoo is entitled to amend these T&Cs from time to time. For the latest version please refer to our website.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate all or part of our services immediately.

Duration of Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in force as long as necessary to fulfil one or more clauses contained herein. This includes, but is not limited to, the period required to manage any Bookings made, to process payments and refunds, to resolve disputes, and to comply with legal obligations. Even after the termination of Wezoo’s services, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

“Booking(s)”means the Product that is reserved for you.
“Effective Date”is the moment the Agreement takes effect between the Parties.
“Location(s)”means the party offering its Products through the Platform. 
“Platform”means our services; website; our backend technologies, functions, servers, databases; working management systems; and our other products, services, content, features, technologies, functions, applications, and related websites or other applications; and any future updates, changes, revisions or additions thereto, that are related to Products offered.
“Product(s)”an offering with a similar group of characteristics found at a Location.
“Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Agreement”mean this document and the terms, conditions, obligations, and rights included herein, as updated, revised, or amended from time to time by us.
“User(s)” or “you”means the individual using our Platform.
“Wezoo,” “us,” “we,” or “our”mean Wezoo, Wezoo B.V., and its affiliates.
