You don’t need a reservation, all you need is the app. The app indicates if the workspace is open and it provides live information on the availability of seats. This is why we currently don’t work with reservations. Just simply enter a space with available seats and check-in with the app to start working.
Once you enter a workspace, open the Wezoo app and scan the Wezoo QR-code to start working. If needed, ask the host to assist you with check-in.
Each workspace sets its own price per hour and we charge a small service fee on top. You only pay, down to the minute, for the time you’re working. Choose Post Pay in the app if you want to pay after each work session. Choose Pre Pay in the app if you want to purchase work credit upfront. Be aware that you need a minimum of €15 work credit in your account to start working at one of the workspaces. When your work credit is below this amount the app doesn’t allow check-in.
At Wezoo we want to make your working life as flexible as possible. To achieve this, you need an account. This will enable you to find workspaces, check-in to work, provide you with seamless payment and numerous other benefits.
How do I delete my Wezoo account?
If your account is blocked please contact our customer support via the contact us page. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Go to your account in the app, tap on ‘Personal information’ and follow the instructions.
If your Login is not working you can try to reset your password in the app. In case you don’t receive an email to reset your password, please check your spam filter or try a different email address. For further enquiries please contact the customer support via the contact us page.
How do I register? Have you downloaded the Wezoo app yet? After downloading you will find the login page by tapping on ‘Work’. Once on the login page, tap on ‘Register here’. From here it’s just following the instructions and you’ll be good to go.
Wezoo charges a small service fee for the services we offer. For instance, a workspace charges a price per hour for a seat to work. On top of this price per hour Wezoo charges a service fee.
Thanks to the service fee, we can make our service and development possible.
It’s very simple to check-out when you have an active work session at a workspace. Just press ‘check-out’ in the app and scan the QR-code at the workspace to confirm. That’s it. By the way, at closing time you are automatically checked-out, because it doesn’t make sense to continue work in a closed workspace.

Yes. Our app is developed for smartphone use only. Your smartphone needs to have a working camera for check-in and check-out at workspaces and it needs to be connected to the internet to use our services.
To pay for the services of a workspace you can choose between Post Pay and Pre Pay in the app. Now you have access to all workspaces on our platform without the need to worry about payment. You never pay directly to the workspace. Please inform us via the contact us page if you experience any uncomfortable situation.
You can purchase the work credit in our app. Go to your account, press ‘Purchase work credit’ and choose an amount of credit. Be aware that these amounts exclude VAT. Once you select an amount the VAT is included. Payment by iDEAL, Credit card and Apple Pay is accepted for purchasing work credit in the app.
If you forgot to check-out when you leave the workspace, it means that your seat is vacant but not available for others to use. Therefore, your work costs continue until the workspace closes.
Open the Wezoo app and go to the ‘work’ page. If you are checked-in, you’ll find the confirmation here. Be aware that the continuation of your work session is not dependent on the connection of your smartphone to the internet.
In case you have a positive work credit balance, you can request the remaining amount back. Wezoo charges you with an administrative fee of €5,00. In case you have a negative work credit balance, you will be requested to pay the remaining amount.
After you have made a purchase in our app, you’ll receive the corresponding invoice in your email inbox. Furthermore, in your account you can find an overview of previous transactions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive invoices by post.
In your account you’ll find under ‘Invoice settings’ the option to receive your invoice for business. Fill in the legal name of your company, the business address of your company and press ‘Save’. Purchases hereafter are invoiced to your business.
You can simply clear your negative work credit by purchasing work credit in the Wezoo app. When you have sufficient positive work credit you can start working at the workspaces again.
If you choose for Pre Pay, Wezoo charges VAT over the work credit you purchase, not over the price per hour at a workspace or the service fee. If you choose for Post Pay, Wezoo charges VAT over the cost of that particular work session. Be aware that prices of workspaces are always communicated excluding VAT.

Workers on our platform are looking for flexible seats. They are not picky about where they sit in your workspace. So it’s fine to decide for yourself which seats you make available on any given day. They do expect a decent desk, (office) chair, power outlets and a good WiFi connection.
It’s up to you to set the price per hour. Always state pricing excluding VAT. Workers appreciated Coffee, tea and water to be included in the price per hour, but this is up to you. Lunch and other extras can be billed separately.
It’s up to you to determine how many seats you offer per day. Always make sure that the number of available seats is correct, otherwise there is a risk that workers have to be disappointed upon arrival. To change the number of seats please use the Host Dashboard.
It’s important to correctly state your opening hours to avoid disappointed workers. If needed, you can choose to let the opening times for our services differ from the opening hours of the workspace itself. To change the number of seats please use the Host Dashboard.
Wezoo provides you with a unique Wezoo QR-code. We advise you to place this at the entrance of your workspace. Workers use the Wezoo app to scan the QR-code to check-in and check-out. We would like to ask you to provide workers with assistance if needed.
Workers cannot make a reservation in advance, but they can see in real time in the app how many seats are available at your workspace. This means that you can expect workers to arrive when there are seats available. It is therefore essential to accurately communicate the availability of seats to via the Host Dashboard.
Workers using Wezoo are not are not only our customers, but your customers as well. This means that you’re free to sell them another product (lunch, events, offices or meeting rooms). Wezoo is developing fast, we hope to be able to list all your products on our platform for our customers to use soon.
You can use the Host Dashboard to see which workers are checked-in at any moment.
The worker pays through the Wezoo app for the time your workspace is used. Therefore it is important that the worker checks-in at arrival and checks-out at departure. We provide you with a QR-code to enable this process. The QR-code used for check-in, is identical to the QR-code used for check-out. It’s important that this QR code is always clearly visible for workers at the entrance and exit of your workspace. Wezoo can’t take responsibility for accurate check-in and check-out times.
If the QR-code is clearly visible at the exit of your workspace, it’s the responsibility of the worker to check-out when they leave your workspace. In case the worker forgets to check-out, they will be checked-out automatically at the closing time of your workspace. However, you can also check-out the user manually through the Host Dashboard.
Workspaces can use our platform to promote their workspace and to welcome the workers for free. There are no hidden costs. Also, we take care of all administrative hassle that comes with this service.
In the first week of each month, Wezoo provides an overview of all hours that Workers have used in the previous month. On this basis, Wezoo issues a purchase invoice to the Workspace (self-billing: “invoice issued by the Workspace”), based on the hours invoiced. The payout term that Wezoo adheres to is 20 workdays.
