When and how do we get paid?
At Wezoo, you benefit from consistent and guaranteed payouts without any credit risk. Also, we cover all transaction costs.
Our automated payment process ensures that at the beginning of each month, you receive a self-billing invoice detailing all successful bookings from the previous month. You will receive your payment within 30 days of this invoice.
What are the costs?
The costs for partnering with Wezoo are zero. We provide free onboarding for your location, and there are no monthly fees or subscription costs.
We do charge a commission on each successful booking, which we believe is the fairest approach as it means we share in each other’s success.

Yes, bookings are truly instant and will always be. This is because we allow our customers to make bookings directly in your Property Management System (PMS) agenda.

We require only minimal data to provide our services, yet we take data security and privacy very seriously.

Customers book directly into the calendar of your Property Management System (PMS), which prevents any possibility of double booking.

Is there a cancellation policy?
As we know, plans can change, so it’s important that a customer can book your location with peace of mind.
That’s why at Wezoo, we have a cancellation policy for customers. A customer can cancel their booking free of charge. It’s up to you what cancellation period you would like to offer for your workspace.
This process is fully automated, ensuring that your operation is not inconvenienced. Additionally, when a booking is canceled, the space automatically becomes available for other customers to book.
